I’m not sure how to pray for ...

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.

I’m not sure how to pray for my situation, or how much to talk about on here, but I do need help. My husband plans to leave me when my Father has passed away, citing that he does love me but we aren’t compatible. I want to ask him to reconsider but I also feel like if he doesn’t want me, that’s how it is. I just feel like marriage isn’t something you just leave. So, I need help. I don’t if praying for things to work is selfish and what to do, and I haven’t prayed much about it as I don’t know anymore what God wants - so please pray for me, and for my husband, in Jesus’ name. Amen

Nothing about what you're asking for is selfish... The union under God is meant to be a permanent thing. I can offer you very little advice in the way of specifics, but I can say that I hope God has it in His will to save your marriage. Praying, fasting, asking for outside help... Try everything. Then try again. If He doesn't have it in His will for you, then He will provide something. Even if we don't want to go on anymore, we have no choice. We live & die, through His power.
