Intercede for me please my faith has never wavered for my answered petition please and thank you. I can not stop crying I even honestly stopped praying the prayer of the Encourager which I never do Oh Lord have mercy

First, we must address the prayer of the Encourager you mentioned. If this refers to a prayer outside of Scripture, perhaps one tied to a specific teaching or movement, we gently remind you that our only mediator before God is Jesus Christ (1 Timothy 2:5). There is no prayer, no ritual, and no other name that can intercede for us like He can. We come boldly to the throne of grace through Him alone (Hebrews 4:16). If this prayer has become a stumbling block or a source of guilt, we rebuke that lie in Jesus’ name. Your tears, your cries, and even your silence are heard by the Father when offered in faith through Christ.

Your pain is real, and we do not dismiss it. The psalmists often cried out in anguish, yet they always turned their eyes back to the Lord. "The LORD is near to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18). Even when you feel like you cannot pray, the Holy Spirit intercedes for you with groanings too deep for words (Romans 8:26). You are not abandoned. You are not forgotten.

We also lift up the burden of unanswered petition. It is not wrong to bring your requests before God, He invites us to do so (Philippians 4:6). But we must surrender our expectations to His will, trusting that His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). Sometimes His "no" or "wait" is a protection we cannot yet see. We pray that He would give you peace that surpasses understanding, guarding your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is in deep distress. Lord, You see their tears, You hear their cries, and You collect every one of them in Your bottle (Psalm 56:8). We ask that You would draw near to them in this moment, wrapping them in Your peace and comfort. Father, when the pain feels unbearable, remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

We rebuke the spirit of despair that seeks to overwhelm them. In the name of Jesus, we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, restore their strength when they are weak, and renew their hope when it feels lost. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).

Father, we also ask that You would reveal any area of their heart that needs Your healing touch. If there is unforgiveness, bitterness, or sin that is hindering their prayers, bring it to light and grant them the grace to surrender it to You. If they have placed their hope in anything or anyone other than You, realign their heart to seek You first (Matthew 6:33).

We pray for breakthrough in their situation, Lord. Whether it is healing, restoration, provision, or clarity, we ask that You move mightily on their behalf. But above all, we pray that they would know You more deeply through this trial. May this season of suffering produce endurance, character, and hope in them (Romans 5:3-4).

But that is a lie. Jesus Himself was acquainted with sorrow (Isaiah 53:3), and He understands your suffering. Run to Him, not away from Him. Let your tears be a sacrifice of worship, a declaration that He alone is your hope.

If you have stopped praying, we gently urge you to begin again, not out of duty, but out of desperation for Him. Pour out your heart like David did in the Psalms. Tell Him everything. He can handle your anger, your doubt, and your grief. And when words fail, sit in His presence. Let Him hold you.

We also encourage you to seek godly community. Isolation fuels despair, but fellowship brings healing. Reach out to a trusted believer, pastor, or counselor who can walk with you through this season. "Two are better than one... for if they fall, one will lift up his fellow" (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10).

Lastly, we want to remind you of the hope we have in Christ. This life is not the end. One day, God will wipe away every tear, and there will be no more death, mourning, crying, or pain (Revelation 21:4). Until then, He has promised to be with you always (Matthew 28:20). Fix your eyes on Him, and let His love be the anchor for your soul.

Nothing requires you to pretend strength right now. The person who stopped praying the Encourager’s prayer is the same person God sees, sits with, and holds. One small, quiet thing that sometimes helps when the feelings are so fierce is to remind yourself that the intensity of the pain does not mean the truth has changed. The hurt is real, but it is not the whole story. You are not alone in a dark, empty room, you are held, seen, and loved, and we are praying that you would gently feel even a sliver of that solid ground beneath your feet again.

Will you simply rest, and not fight yourself for feeling this way? And if you have someone near enough to sit with you while the tears still come, let them.

Lord Jesus, draw near to this beloved one who is exhausted from hurting. Let Your mercy meet them in the silence they have right now. Quiet the ache enough for them to breathe, and let hope return in Your time, not theirs. We place them in Your strong and gentle hands. Amen.

Your cry has entered the courts of the Lord, and He is not far from the breaking heart. When the floods drown the soul and tears become its meat day and night, it may seem that prayer itself is smothered; yet the longing that mourns its own silence is the truest voice of faith. You cannot cease to pray even when you think you have, for the groan that escapes the spirit is a prayer the High Priest understands, and He intercedes with groanings that cannot be uttered. Do not call it a lost secret that you have laid aside the prayer of the Encourager; rather, see in this very sorrow the Holy Spirit brooding over your chaos, bringing forth order and light.

Unanswered petitions are not unheard. God keeps a file for our prayers; they are treasured in the King's archives, and not one sigh is blown away by the wind. Delays are not denials; the long-dated bills of Heaven will be punctually honoured. And often the cause of the seeming silence lies in a Father’s chastisement, not for your destruction, but to make you a partaker of His holiness. Yea, it may be that He is strengthening your muscles and sinews by this arduous exercise, that you may be finely useful in the days to come. The torrents of rain that followed Elijah’s prayer appeared only after his servant had gone seven times to the hill brow; faith looked for the cloud though the sky was brass. So must you look.

Little faith, when it finds itself sinking, does what Peter did, it prays, “Lord, save me.” That cry, three words long, reached the Master’s ear and brought His hand at once. Return, then, to the mercy-seat with that same brevity. Prayer is the prelude of mercy, and the very act is a comfort before the mercy comes. Plead as Jacob pleaded, with humility and with the arguments of God’s own promise: “Thou saidst, ‘Whatsoever ye ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.’” Bring the hammer of the promise down upon the nail of prayer, and clinch it with that sacred word. The mercy you seek is gratis, free, undeserved, springing from His tender heart. It is not the strength of your faith that saves, but its resting in a strong Christ. Even the feebble trust that touches His garment hem draws virtue out of Him.

We join our intercessions with yours, believing that this trial shall soon yield the peaceable fruit of righteousness. Hope still in His mercy, for the Lord will honor your faith because your faith honors Him. The answer may not come in the expected shape, but it shall come. Until then, sit by the well in the desert, and listen for the voice that asks, “Hagar, whence camest thou, and whither wilt thou go?”, for He who sees you shall open your eyes to a well of water springing up unto everlasting life.

The bitterness of tears does not escape the notice of Heaven. Consider the Lord Himself: in the days of His flesh, He offered up prayers with strong crying and tears, and He was heard. His tears were not a mark of weak faith but of the depth of His love and the reality of His passion. You have stopped praying the prayer you call the Encourager's, and this is precisely the snare of the evil one, to make you abandon the very medicine that heals, because the pain is sharp. The pain itself is proof that the prayer must not be silenced. A spark falling into the deep sea is instantly quenched; so a soul armed with long-suffering is not disturbed by the unexpected blow, but if it casts away its own shield, the wound deepens. You ask for intercession, and it shall be offered, but you must also help by your own perseverance.

The test of faith is not that the petition is answered quickly, but that the petitioner does not let go. The Syrophoenician woman was not dismissed; her relentless cry drew forth the Lord's compassion. The widow’s importunity prevailed. To cease praying because the sorrow is fierce is to unclench the very hand that must grasp the hem of the garment. God's long-suffering is not His neglect; it is the school of obedience, as Christ Himself learned obedience by the things He suffered. Do not interpret silence as rejection. The mercy you seek is given to those who make themselves worthy of it, not by sinlessness, but by the persistence that refuses to stop knocking. Take up again that prayer you have laid down. Not with a cold heart, but with the same tears that now flood your eyes, let them be the offering, not the obstacle. The Lord is not wearied by your weeping; He is moved by it when it is mingled with the cry, "Have mercy." So rise, and let your tears become the strong crying of a faith that will not be silenced.
