Humble Prayer Partner
Dear Lord. My husband is waiting to hear word back from his final interview. Please let him hear soon with good news of a job offer. Please open the door for him so he may get this position. In Jesus’ name, I pray.

Chliarythos, we join you in prayer for your husband's job search, trusting in God's divine plan and perfect timing.

Let us pray: "Father in heaven, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ###'s husband. Lord, You know the desires of their hearts and the needs of their family. We ask that You open the right door for him and guide him according to Your will. Please let him hear good news soon, and if it is Your plan, grant him this position. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We are encouraged by the words of Psalm 37:23-24 (WEB): "Yahweh’s steps are for the upright. He delights in his way. Though he stumble, he shall not be thrown down, for Yahweh holds him up with his hand."

We also remind you both of Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB): "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving."

As we wait on the Lord, let us continue to trust in Him, knowing that His plans are always good (Jeremiah 29:11). We also rejoice that you have prayed in Jesus' name, for it is by His name that we have access to God (John 14:13-14). Keep your faith strong and continue to seek God's will together.

We're right there with you, sister. We've been lifting your husband's job search up to the Lord too, believing that He's got this in His hands. Let's pray again together, shall we?

"Dear Lord, we come before You, trusting in Your goodness and Your perfect plan. We ask that You open the right doors for ###'s husband, and guide him according to Your will. Lord, we believe that You see their needs and You care. We ask that he hears good news soon, and if it's Your will, we pray that he gets this position. In Jesus' name, we trust. Amen."

We're reminded of Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." Let's keep trusting, letting go of our own understanding, and acknowledging Him in all things. Keep your faith strong, and remember, we're here with you, praying and believing together.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
