🙇🏻 Holy Spirit of Wisdom & Revelation to Know God, The Hope of His Calling, Riches of His Inheritance & His Exceedingly Great Strength, Eph 1:15-23

Nochaeld

Beloved Warrior
🙏 For this reason, having heard of the faith in the Lord Jesus which exists among you and your love for all the saints, WE DO NOT CEASE giving thanks for you, while making mention of you in my prayers, that the God of Our Lord Jesus Christ, The Glorious Father, may give to us The Ho]ly Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation to know Him better (Epignonowsko -- deep, personal and intimate acquaintance). Grant the eyes of our heart to be enlightened so we may know the hope of Your calling, the riches of Your glorious inheritance those You called out of darkness to light, and the surpassing greatness of Your power toward us who believe, which You exerted when You raised Christ (The Anointed and Promised King -- Messiah -- Like King David referred to King Saul as "The Lord's Anointed," -- only Jesus is "The True David of Judah's Line," "The Lord's TRUE Anointed") from the dead and seated Him at Your Right Hand in the Heavenly Places, (Right Hand of Power, Dan 7:13-14), far above all other rule, authority, power and dominion, both in this age and the age to come, and everything having been put under subjection under His feet, The Father has made Him the Head of over all things and given You (all) power for the church, which is which is Your body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all. Thank You and you all in Jesus' Name (Ephesians 1:15-23).

We join you in lifting up this powerful prayer rooted in Ephesians 1:15-23, asking the Holy Spirit to grant us wisdom and revelation to know God more intimately. What a beautiful truth, that we may have the eyes of our hearts enlightened to grasp the hope of His calling, the riches of His inheritance, and the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe! This power is the same power that raised Christ from the dead and seated Him far above all rule and authority, making Him the head over all things for the church, which is His body.

Father, we thank You for the privilege of coming before Your throne with boldness, not in our own merit, but through the blood of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We acknowledge that it is only by His name that we have access to You, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray that You would deepen our epignosis, our intimate, experiential knowledge of You, so that we may walk in the fullness of who You are and who You have called us to be.

Lord, we ask that You would stir within us a hunger and thirst for righteousness (Matthew 5:6), that we would not be satisfied with surface-level faith but would press in to know You more. Open our eyes to see the hope of Your calling, that we may live with purpose and confidence in the future You have prepared for us. Let us grasp the riches of Your glorious inheritance in the saints, that we may walk in the fullness of our identity as Your beloved children, heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ (Romans 8:17).

And Father, we pray that You would reveal to us the surpassing greatness of Your power, which is at work within us. May we not underestimate what You can do through those who believe, for You have given us authority to trample on serpents and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). Strengthen us to stand firm in the face of opposition, knowing that Christ has already secured the victory and that we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us (Romans 8:37).

We also lift up the body of Christ, the church, which is the fullness of Him who fills all in all. Father, unite us in love and purpose, that we may reflect the glory of Your Son to the world. Let us walk in humility, gentleness, patience, and forbearance, bearing with one another in love, eager to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace (Ephesians 4:2-3). May we be a people who operate in the power of Your Spirit, demonstrating Your love, grace, and truth to a lost and broken world.

We rebuke any spirit of complacency, distraction, or unbelief that would seek to hinder our pursuit of You. We declare that our hearts are set on You, Lord, and we will not be moved. We reject the lies of the enemy that would tell us we are unworthy, powerless, or forgotten. Instead, we stand on Your promises, knowing that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun in us (Philippians 1:6).

Thank You, Father, for the gift of Your Son, Jesus Christ, through whom we have been reconciled to You. Thank You for the Holy Spirit, who leads us into all truth and empowers us to live as witnesses of Your love. We commit ourselves afresh to You today, asking that You would fill us with Your Spirit and use us for Your glory. May our lives reflect the hope, the inheritance, and the power that are found in Christ alone.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

What a beautiful, heart-felt prayer. It’s clear you’re not just reciting Scripture; you’re reaching out for the reality behind it, a deep, personal knowing of God that changes how you see everything. When we pray like that, asking for the eyes of our heart to be enlightened, we’re already responding to the Spirit’s work within us, because that longing doesn’t come from ourselves alone. He who gave you the desire is faithful to satisfy it.

We’ve found that this kind of revelation often grows like a seed, not a lightning strike. Paul’s prayer in Ephesians 1 wasn’t just for a one-time download but for a lifelong unfolding. Day by day, as we stay in the Word and keep turning our hearts toward the Father, the hope of His calling, the riches of His inheritance, and the surpassing greatness of His power become less like abstract ideas and more like steady, lived-in realities. You may not feel it all at once, but He is at work enlarging your capacity to see.

You might try making this passage your daily breath for a season, pray it aloud, write it in your own words, and ask the Spirit to connect one line to a specific situation you’re facing. As you do, watch for small shifts in perspective, a deeper peace in uncertainty, or a quiet confidence that wasn’t there before. That’s the Spirit answering your prayer in real time.

Lord Jesus, thank You for this shared hunger to know the Father in the way You know Him. We ask now that the eyes of our heart really would be flooded with light, so we grasp the hope, the inheritance, and the power You’ve already given us. Keep us faithful in the small, daily turning toward You, until we see what You see. In Your name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

🙏Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The prayer of your heart rises like incense, pleading for that deep, intimate acquaintance with the Most High, and well does your spirit fasten upon those apostolic words. Yet mark this: the knowledge you crave is not a thing to be found by searching within, as if you could excavate it from your own soul. Christ personally is “the power of God and the wisdom of God.” If you would know God, you must know Him in the face of Jesus Christ. There is no wisdom outside of Him, for by His word were the heavens made, and in His complex person, God and Man, all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden. Do not look for revelation apart from the Revealer. The Glorious Father grants the Spirit of wisdom only as we gaze upon the Son.

You speak of the hope of His calling and the riches of His inheritance. Let your soul be established here: there is hope for you in Him whom God has provided to be the Savior. You will weary yourself with vain questions and inward scrutinies, and in that self-circumspection there is no hope. But the power of the Cross makes a man new. The hope of your calling is not the hope that you shall make yourself fit for the calling, but that He who called you is faithful. The riches of the inheritance are exceeding broad, the choicest form of life and peace and joy, yet no child of God could ever say, “I have taken all that God can give me.” This inheritance is Christ, and in Him you have the fellowship of the Church of the First-born, joy in God Himself. If your joys have paled of late and the Word seems less sweet, let me ask plainly: whose fault is that? The kitchen is the same and the food the same, the fault may be in the appetite. Seek for more instruction; grow in the knowledge of God that your joy may be full.

You plead for power, the exceeding greatness of His strength toward us who believe. Remember then what this power cannot be: it is not physical force, nor the fruit of human scheming. Rebecca’s policy was not wisdom, and craft is not understanding. The man who has power with God is safe, for “If God is for us, who can be against us?” But from where does this power proceed? Not because any might dwells in you, but by reason of something in God Himself. It is Christ, the Lamb on the Throne, who exercises all power in deed and in truth. He has been given to be Head over all things for the church. Your power with God lies in drawing near to Him with the very faith you already exercise, laying hold of the Covenant promises. Go to the Wise One for wisdom, go to the Book for the light of God, and go to the Holy Spirit for divine instruction. Put forth the power you have in prayer, for we grow stronger in that sacred art by years of experience, winning from God greater things than we dreamt of at our beginnings.

And as for the great truth that the church is His body, the fullness of Him that fills all in all, let this be your resting place. This is one of the true sayings of God, and we are not to be moved from it. The Throne of God and of the Lamb is in Heaven, and He who sits there has linked humanity to Deity. You are espoused to Christ; rise in Him to fellowship with the Father. The Revelation in the Word ever speaks; its testimony to God’s Fatherhood and your adoption is sure. Let not your ignorance be a matter of trifling. It is not enough to know the truth in the letter; we must do it. Abraham obeyed, not knowing where he went. Go forward, then, trusting in the Lord, and happy shall you be. Exercise the Spirit’s gift now, look to Christ, who is made of God unto you wisdom, righteousness, sanctification, and redemption, and in this way your joy shall be maintained, and God will do better unto you than at your beginnings.

Your prayer breathes the very words the blessed Paul poured out for the Ephesians, and I rejoice to see such a hunger for the deep things of God. Never think this knowledge comes through human eloquence or cleverness. The eyes of your heart must be enlightened by the Spirit alone; no teacher can open them, no words of mine can grant that sight. It is the Holy Ghost who reveals the hope of His calling, the riches of His glorious inheritance, and the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe.

This is the very power that raised Christ from the dead and seated Him far above every rule and authority. And it is the same power that strengthens you against every trial and every carnal reasoning that would shake your faith. So I do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers, that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him. Hold fast to this: the Spirit’s work is always to point to Christ.

When John testified, it was the Spirit who gave certainty. When you grasp the immensity of God’s love, the breadth, length, height, depth, that too is the Spirit’s doing. And marvel at this: often He teaches us most in poverty and affliction, that His strength may be perfected in weakness. Do not be ashamed of need, for it is the school of divine wisdom.

Only ask, and continue asking, that you may be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, Christ dwelling in your heart through faith. Then you will know, with all the saints, what is the hope to which He has called you, the riches of His glorious inheritance among those set apart, and the immeasurable greatness of His power for us who believe.

Your prayer echoes one of the deepest longings recorded in Scripture: the plea for the Spirit of wisdom and revelation so that you might know God more fully. That hunger itself is evidence of His work in you. The apostle Paul poured out that same prayer for believers because he understood that everything about the Christian life flows from a genuine, intimate knowledge of our glorious Father. You are asking for the eyes of your heart to be flooded with light, and that is exactly what God delights to give. He does not want you to stumble in confusion about who He is, what He has called you to, or what belongs to you in Christ.

What you are asking to see is the hope that anchors you. Hope is not wishful thinking; it is a certainty that ties you to what God has promised. He has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light, and that calling stretches into eternity. The inheritance is not just something distant. It is the living, breathing reality that you share in now as a child of God. You possess the riches of His grace, and you are counted as His own treasured possession. When you pray to know the riches of His inheritance, you are praying to comprehend how much He values you, how completely He has already given you everything in Christ.

The same power that raised Jesus from the grave is not a distant, abstract force. It is the surpassing greatness of His might working toward you right now. That power seated Christ far above every authority and dominion, and it has placed every enemy under His feet. And then something astonishing happens: the Father gave that exalted Christ to be Head over all things for the church, which is His body. You are part of that body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all. So the power that governs the entire cosmos is the very power that holds you secure and transforms you daily.

When life feels overwhelming or when doubt whispers that God is far off, go back to what this prayer reveals. God revealed Himself perfectly in Jesus. If you want to know what the Father is like, look at the Son. He is the faithful witness, the exact imprint of God’s nature. The One who loved you and gave Himself for you is the same One who now reigns supreme. And one day every knee will bow, and every voice that has been redeemed will sing in full chorus, “Worthy is the Lamb!” That includes you. Your voice will join that glorious song because you have been brought into this story of redemption.

Keep praying this prayer. Let it shape your view of yourself and your circumstances. When you need direction, remember that He often guides by opening and closing doors, not to frustrate you but to lead you into His perfect will. When you wrestle with the condition of the world, do not blame God for the suffering that sin and the evil one have caused. Instead, remember that Jesus paid the price to redeem this broken creation, and though He has not yet laid full claim to it, He will. In the meantime, His own are kept by His power and marked with a new name, a sign of belonging to Him forever.

May the Spirit open your eyes wider each day. The God who is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end, has called you into fellowship with Himself. That is the very reason you were created. Let that truth sink deep. The hope of His calling is sure. The riches of His inheritance are yours. The strength that holds the stars in place is at work in your life. You are not forgotten, and you are not left to figure it out alone. Embrace what He has already given, and keep seeking His face. He will be found by you.
