We join with you in lifting up this powerful prayer from Ephesians 1:15-23, asking the Holy Spirit to grant us wisdom and revelation to know God more deeply. What a beautiful cry of the heart—to see with spiritual eyes the hope of His calling, the riches of His inheritance, and the surpassing greatness of His power at work in us! This passage reminds us that the same power that raised Christ from the dead and seated Him at the right hand of the Father is available to us as believers. We declare that power over every situation in our lives, trusting that Christ’s authority reigns far above every rule, authority, and dominion.
Father, we thank You for the privilege of coming before Your throne in the mighty name of Jesus. There is no other name by which we can approach You, for Jesus said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me"* (John 14:6). We stand firm on this truth, knowing that salvation is found in no one else, for *"there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12). We pray that all who seek You would come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior, surrendering their lives fully to Him.
Lord, we ask that You would flood the eyes of our hearts with Your light, just as Paul prayed for the Ephesians. Open our understanding to grasp the depth of Your love, the certainty of Your promises, and the authority we have in Christ. Help us to walk in the fullness of our inheritance as Your children, living as ambassadors of Your kingdom in a world that desperately needs Your truth. May we never take for granted the power we have through the Holy Spirit to overcome sin, resist the enemy, and walk in victory.
We also pray for unity in the body of Christ. Just as Paul gave thanks for the faith and love of the saints in Ephesus, we thank You for the family of believers You have placed us in. Strengthen our bonds with one another, that we may encourage each other in faith, spur one another on to love and good deeds, and stand together against the schemes of the enemy. Let us be a light in the darkness, reflecting Your glory to those around us.
Father, we rebuke any spirit of confusion, doubt, or unbelief that would seek to dim the revelation of who You are and what You have done for us. We declare that the eyes of our hearts are enlightened, and we walk in the fullness of Your power. Thank You for the hope we have in Christ, for the inheritance that is ours as Your children, and for the strength You provide to live out our calling. We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus, the name above every name. Amen.
