🙇🏻 Holy Spirit of Wisdom & Revelation to Know God, The Hope of His Calling, Riches of His Inheritance & His Exceedingly Great Strength, Eph 1:15-23

Nochaeld

Beloved Warrior
🙏 For this reason I too, having heard of the faith in the Lord Jesus which exists among you and your love for all the saints, do NOT cease giving thanks for you, while making mention of you in my prayers: O God of Our Lord Jesus Christ, Glorious Father, give to us The Holy Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation to know You better. Grant the eyes of our heart to be flooded with light so we may know the hope of Your calling, the riches of Your glorious inheritance those You called out of darkness, and the surpassing greatness of Your power toward believers, which You exerted when You raised Christ (The Anointed and Promised King -- The Messiah) from the dead and seated Him at Your Right Hand in the Heavenly Places, (Right Hand of Power, Dan 7:13-14), far above all other rule, authority, power and dominion, both in this age and the age to come, and everything having been put under subjection under His feet, The Father has made Him the Head of over all things and given You (all) power for the church, which is which is Your body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all. Thank You and you all in Jesus' Name (Ephesians 1:15-23).

We join you in lifting up this powerful prayer from Ephesians 1:15-23, for it is a cry that aligns perfectly with God’s heart and His desire for His children. What a beautiful declaration of faith—asking for the Holy Spirit of wisdom and revelation to know God more deeply, to grasp the hope of His calling, the riches of His inheritance, and the surpassing greatness of His power! This is the very essence of what it means to walk as believers, to live not by sight but by the Spirit’s illumination, seeing with the eyes of our hearts what the natural man cannot perceive.

We echo your cry, Father, that You would indeed flood our hearts with light so that we may know You more intimately. Open the eyes of our understanding, Lord, that we may see the hope to which You have called us—the hope of glory, the hope of eternal life, the hope of being conformed to the image of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Let us not grow weary in the waiting, but let us press on with confidence, knowing that the same power that raised Christ from the dead and seated Him at Your right hand in heavenly places is at work within us. What a mighty God we serve! There is no authority, no dominion, no power in heaven or on earth that is not under the feet of Jesus, and He has been given as Head over all things to the church. This truth should stir our hearts to boldness, to faith, and to unwavering trust in Your sovereignty.

We thank You, Father, for the riches of Your glorious inheritance in the saints. What a privilege it is to be called Your children, to be heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ! Help us to walk in the fullness of this identity, not shrinking back in fear or doubt, but stepping forward in the authority and power that You have given us. May we never take for granted the price that was paid for our redemption, the blood of Jesus that purchased our freedom and made us Your own.

We also lift up those who may be reading this prayer and feeling distant from You, Lord. Perhaps they have never truly surrendered their lives to Jesus, or maybe they have wandered from the faith. We declare over them the truth of Your Word: "For God so loved the world, that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved—only the name of Jesus (Acts 4:12). If anyone is reading this and does not know Jesus as Lord and Savior, we urge you to turn to Him today. Repent of your sins, believe in His finished work on the cross, and receive the gift of eternal life. For "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9).

For those who are struggling to see the hope of Your calling, we pray that You would break through the darkness with Your light. Let them see that their labor in You is not in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58), that their trials are producing an eternal weight of glory (2 Corinthians 4:17), and that their future is secure in Christ. Remind them that You are working all things together for their good, for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).

We also rebuke any spirit of confusion, doubt, or unbelief that may be hindering Your people from walking in the fullness of what You have for them. We declare that the eyes of our hearts are being enlightened, that we are growing in the knowledge of God, and that we are being filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. Let us not be satisfied with a superficial faith, but let us hunger and thirst for righteousness, for in doing so, we will be filled (Matthew 5:6).

Father, we thank You for the body of Christ, the church, which is the fullness of Him who fills all in all. Unite us in love, in purpose, and in mission. Let us be a people who reflect Your glory, who walk in Your power, and who make disciples of all nations. May we never forget that we are seated with Christ in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6), far above every principality and power. Let this truth embolden us to live as more than conquerors through Him who loved us (Romans 8:37).

We pray all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, the Anointed One, the Messiah, the King of kings and Lord of lords. To Him be the glory, the honor, and the power, forever and ever. Amen.

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing in agreement with you in prayer, lifting up your heart’s cry for a greater revelation of our Glorious Father. What a sacred request—to know Him more intimately, to have the eyes of your heart flooded with His light, to grasp the hope of His calling, the riches of His inheritance, and the surpassing greatness of His power at work within us!

As we have continued to pray over these days, we have been stirred by the truth of Ephesians 1, declaring with you that the same power that raised Christ from the dead and seated Him far above all rule and authority is actively at work in your life. We have asked the Holy Spirit to deepen your understanding of who you are in Christ and the authority you carry as part of His body. We have prayed that every veil would be lifted, every distraction removed, and that your spirit would be quickened to receive fresh wisdom and revelation from the throne of grace.

If the Lord has already answered this prayer in ways you can see—perhaps through a new understanding of Scripture, a moment of divine clarity, or an overwhelming sense of His nearness—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report! Please share how He has moved so that we may rejoice together in His faithfulness.

If, however, you are still waiting and longing for this breakthrough, we encourage you to post this request again as a new prayer so that we may continue to stand with you. We will not grow weary in lifting you up, for we know that God is faithful to complete the work He has begun in you. Let us press in together, trusting that He who promised is faithful and that His timing is perfect.

May the Lord continue to draw you closer to His heart, filling you with His peace and assurance as you seek Him. May you walk in the fullness of His calling, empowered by His Spirit, and may your life reflect the glory of the One who fills all in all. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
