Please pray for me that God helps me at work i’m so stressed they’ve added something ridiculous hard to just a few of us slates pray that it comes and i can do it confidently or that God opens up another job where I am able to leave on my own terms also pray for my marriage and all that God moves family like sister in law out of our life permanently who tries to come between raising our kids in biblical faith if they can’t respect that we are of different faiths then let them be removed in Jesus name

We join you in bringing these heavy burdens before the Lord and we thank you for calling on the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name alone that we are saved and heard. As it is written, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 and Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son John 14:13.

We understand the stress you are carrying at work where a difficult task has been placed on just a few of you and it feels overwhelming. We pray with you for confidence and strength and for God to provide a way forward according to His will, whether that is grace to complete this task well or a new door to another job where you can leave on good terms. God cares about our daily work and our anxieties. We are told, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We are also reminded to cast all our worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7 and Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23. We encourage you to commit this work situation to the Lord, to do what you can with excellence as unto Him, to ask Him for wisdom and skill, and to trust Him with the outcome and with any future job He may open in His timing. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6.

We also lift up your marriage before the Lord. We praise God for your marriage and we pray He will strengthen the covenant between you and your spouse, guarding it in unity, love, and faithfulness as He designed marriage to be a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman that reflects Christ and the church. We pray you both will be built up together and that your home will be a place of peace where Christ is honored.

We hear your concern for raising your children in biblical faith while facing interference from extended family of a different faith, specifically your sister in law. We join you in praying that your children will be raised in the nurture and instruction of the Lord. As Scripture says, You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise up Deuteronomy 6:7 and Fathers, don’t provoke your children to wrath, but nurture them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord Ephesians 6:4. It is right and necessary to set loving, firm boundaries to protect your home and your children’s discipleship.

We must also gently encourage you regarding the desire to have family permanently removed from your lives. While we understand the pain of conflict and disrespect, we are called not to harbor bitterness or seek to cut off family in anger, but to pursue peace as far as it depends on us and to love and pray even for those who oppose us. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men Romans 12:18 and Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44. We can pray for God to change hearts, to convict where there is disrespect, to establish healthy boundaries, and to protect your household, while also asking Him to help us forgive and to not be overcome by evil, but to overcome evil with good Romans 12:21. We pray not out of hatred that someone be removed permanently, but that God would either bring repentance and respect or, if necessary, create godly distance and protection for your family in a way that still honors Him and leaves room for reconciliation.

We pray together now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and lift up this dear one to You. Lord, You see the stress and pressure at work, the heavy slate that has been placed on a few, and the anxiety it brings. Grant peace that surpasses understanding, grant confidence and clarity of mind, grant skill and wisdom to complete what is required with excellence for Your glory. If it is Your will, make a way through this assignment, and if You have another job prepared, open that door in Your perfect timing so this departure, if it comes, can be on good terms and for Your purposes. Strengthen this marriage, Lord, knit husband and wife together in love, understanding, and unity, and make their home a testimony of Your grace. Give them wisdom and courage to raise their children in Your truth without compromise, and give them grace to set firm and loving boundaries with extended family. Work in the heart of the sister in law and all family of different faiths, draw them toward truth, give them respect for this household’s convictions, and where there is strife, bring conviction or bring healthy separation that protects the children and honors You. Help this family to walk in forgiveness, love, and discernment, not in bitterness. Guard their hearts and keep them close to You. In Jesus’ name we pray, amen.

We hear how heavy this feels right now. Being handed something that feels unmanageable, especially when it lands on just a few of you, can leave you carrying tension all day and wondering if you can do it well. And we understand wanting either confidence to handle what is in front of you or a clear path to another job where you can leave on your own terms, with steadiness and dignity.

We also hear your love for your marriage and for raising your children in your faith, and how wearing it is when extended family does not respect those convictions. Wanting peace and unity at home is a good desire.

A couple of steady next steps that have helped others under similar pressure: at work, try writing down exactly what is new, what is expected, and what a good outcome would look like, then ask your supervisor for a brief time to clarify priorities and what support is available. Having it in concrete terms can lower some of the fog and give you something specific to pray over. At home, keep checking in with your spouse first so the two of you are aligned on boundaries and responses before extended family conversations happen, even a short weekly time to talk and pray together can help you stay united.

Father, in Jesus name we bring our friend before You. Give calm and clarity at work, steady hands and mind for the tasks at hand, and wisdom for next steps, whether that is grace to do this assignment well or an open door to something new in Your timing. Guard their marriage, draw them closer together as they parent, and give them gracious and firm wisdom for navigating extended family. Bring peace to their home and guide them day by day. Amen.

We have brought your burdens before the Lord and we join you in prayer to the throne of grace for help in time of need.

For your work, we ask that the Lord who works in us to will and to do of His good pleasure would also give you strength to labor and to strive with confidence. The doctrine of the Holy Spirit's work never lulls the soul into sloth, but wherever He works He makes men to work. We pray that He would work mightily in you, giving you clarity of mind, steadiness of hand, and perseverance under this heavy and unequal load. May He establish the work of your hands, and if it be His wisdom, may He either give you grace to bear this task with confidence and competence, or in His providence open another door where you may labor faithfully and leave this place, if you must leave it, on honorable terms and in His perfect timing. Remember that He could have done His work without us, yet He is pleased to use us for a while, and He is able to carry on His work and your life without fail.

For your marriage, we pray that the Lord would cement and strengthen that sacred covenant. Marriage is not a light affinity but a joining where two are made one, cemented by mutual love and by His own choice toward us when He says, I am married unto you. We ask that He would make your union to reflect that faithful, enduring love of Christ for His Church, that you and your spouse would be of one heart and one mind in the Lord, patient and tender toward one another, and steadfast in the face of outward pressures.

For your children and for this trial with your sister in law, we pray with special earnestness. It is right and good that you desire to raise your children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord, that His law might be written not only on tables of stone but upon their hearts. We ask that God would write His law fully and harmoniously upon their hearts, so that they delight in His will and hate sin, and that He would give you and your spouse wisdom to train them in the school of Christ with gentleness and truth. Concerning your extended family, we do not pray for a permanent cutting off in bitterness, but we do pray for the Lord's protection over your home, for wise and loving boundaries, and for peace where it is possible. He who has power over the hearts of men can work what He pleases, even where there is unwillingness, and He can turn Baali into Ishi. Therefore we pray that He would guard your household from division, give you grace to speak the truth in love, and if it be His will, work in the heart of your sister in law to bring her to know Christ as Savior, or at least to grant respect and restraint so that your children may be raised in biblical faith without strife. Where respect is not given, we pray the Lord would in His wisdom limit harmful influence and keep your home in quietness and godliness.

May the Lord keep you, give you rest in Christ who bears all our burdens, and make you to go forth to your daily work serving Him in love and joy and gladness. We commit you and your household to Him who will not leave unfinished the good work He has begun in you.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Thank you for sharing so honestly about the pressure you are carrying. I have heard your request and I am praying with you.

For your work, I pray that God will give you peace that steadies your heart, wisdom for the difficult task that has been placed on you and a few others, and strength to do your work with confidence and diligence. Scripture calls us to do all things as unto the Lord, and to show our faith by our life and practice. I pray He sustains you in this season, grants you clarity and skill for what is before you, and if it is His will, opens a new door where you can continue to provide and serve Him well and leave your current place in a way that honors Him. I pray also for rest and for trust in His provision day by day.

For your marriage, I thank God that you desire to honor Him in it. Marriage is a bond ordained by God and is honorable, and He calls husband and wife to pursue peace and holiness together. I pray He will strengthen your unity, guard your covenant, help you to love and serve one another with patience and grace, and to raise your children together in the nurture and instruction of the Lord with gentleness and consistency.

For the struggle with your sister in law, I understand the pain of feeling that someone is coming between you and your desire to raise your children in biblical faith. God calls us to follow peace with all people and holiness, as far as it depends on us, and to raise our children faithfully while also loving those who disagree with us. Rather than praying that God would permanently remove someone from your lives, I pray that He will give you wise and loving boundaries, protect your home and your children, and give you grace to stand firm in your faith without bitterness. I pray also for your sister in law, that if she does not know Christ, she would come to know salvation through Jesus Christ alone, and that any influence that is harmful would be restrained. I pray God will give you and your spouse unity in how you handle family relationships, courage to speak the truth in love, and a testimony that points others to Christ.

Let me pray for you now:

Father in heaven, I lift up this brother and his marriage and family to You in the name of Jesus. You see the stress at work and the weight of this new assignment. Grant him wisdom, calm, and confidence to do what is before him, and provide for all his needs according to Your will. If You have another place for him, make it clear and open that door in Your timing. Strengthen his marriage, keep it rooted in Your love, and help him and his wife to walk together in peace and faithfulness. Give them wisdom as they raise their children to know and love You, and give them grace and firmness as they navigate extended family. Set a guard over their home, help them to love even those who oppose them, and work in the heart of his sister in law for her good and Your glory. Help this family to trust You, to seek first Your kingdom, and to find rest in Your care. Amen.

You are not alone in this. Continue to seek the Lord in prayer and in His Word, to pursue peace and faithfulness in your home and at work, and to seek counsel from trusted pastors or mature believers near you who can walk with you personally. I will continue to pray that God gives you strength for today and hope for what is ahead.

Thank you for sharing so honestly about the pressure you are carrying. It is understandable to feel stressed when a difficult assignment is placed on just a few of you, and to wonder whether you will be able to do it well or whether God might lead you elsewhere. I am praying with you for both your work and your home.

In seasons like this at work, Scripture reminds us that God is often doing a work in us before He does a work through us. We are told to count it joy when we face hard testings and to rejoice even in tribulation, not because the hardship itself is pleasant, but because God uses it to form Christlike character, patience, and strength in us. You are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works that He has already prepared for you to walk in. That means He has a purpose for you this week, right where you are, and He wants to work in you to equip you for what He has for you to do.

I will pray that He gives you clear wisdom, steady confidence, and peace as you face this new task, and that you can serve not out of mere pressure to perform but in newness of spirit. The law shows us what is right and reveals where we fall short, but it cannot in itself make us able. We are delivered from trying to be accepted by merely keeping demands, so that we can serve God in the life and power of the Spirit. In your inner being you want to honor God and do what is right, even while you feel the tug of weariness and pressure in your body and mind. That inner conflict is real, but Christ lives in you, and He writes His ways on your heart and gives strength as you trust Him. Ask Him for help to do this assignment with excellence and calm, and also trust Him to open another door if that is His better provision. Leaving on your own terms is a natural desire, but even more, ask for His terms and His timing, which are always good.

For your marriage and your children, I join you in praying for protection, unity, and grace. Delighting in God's law in your inward being and wanting to raise your children in biblical faith is a good and right desire. God calls parents to nurture their children in the knowledge of Him with love and consistency. Pray for your marriage to be strengthened in that shared purpose, that you and your spouse would be one in seeking the Lord together and in setting loving, clear boundaries for your home.

Regarding your sister in law, I understand the pain when family does not respect your convictions and seems to come between you and how you feel called to raise your children. It is right to pray for boundaries and for peace in your home, and to ask God to guard your children and your marriage. At the same time, Scripture encourages us to leave room for God to work in the lives of others, even those who oppose or misunderstand us. Under the old law there was even a provision for the leper in the day of his cleansing, a way made for God to do a miraculous work where there had been no hope. That reminds us not to put God in a box or to ask Him to permanently shut the door on someone. Sin, like that disease, slowly deadens feeling and destroys, and only God's grace can heal it. Instead of asking that she be removed permanently, I encourage you to pray that God would work in her heart, bring conviction where needed, bring respect for your household, and either change the relationship into something healthy or, if necessary, allow for wise distance with love. Pray for protection without hatred, for firm boundaries without bitterness, and for a witness that leaves the outcome in God's hands.

May the Lord guard your heart from trusting only in your own effort and help you lean on His finished work for you. He alone saves by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, not by our works, and His work for us is what makes a relationship with God possible.

Let me pray for you. Father, I lift up this dear one who is under heavy pressure at work. Give wisdom, confidence, and peace for each task, and guide every decision about staying or going. Let Your Spirit strengthen the inner being to serve You faithfully and not be overcome by stress. Strengthen this marriage, draw husband and wife closer to You and to each other, and give them unity and discernment as they raise their children to know and follow You. Set a hedge of protection around their home, grant respectful boundaries with extended family, and work in every heart involved to bring peace, understanding, and respect. Where there is tension, bring Your healing. Lead this family in Your grace and keep them abiding in Christ, bearing fruit that remains. In Jesus name, amen.
