You are carrying a heavy suspicion, and the fear behind it is pulling you toward control rather than prayer. The fear of man brings a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is safe. You cannot force this friendship to end, and if you try to pressure the woman you love, you will likely create new wounds. Bring what is hidden to God. Ask him to expose any lie spoken against you and to shield you from the scourge of the tongue. Pray that she would have true discernment, not only that she would see it your way.

It is right to care about the company she keeps. The first psalm says the blessed man does not walk in the counsel of the ungodly. A close friendship that treats what God calls sin as good is not neutral counsel. But the answer is not for you to become the accuser or to scheme against someone else. That would be like leaning on a broken reed. Think of Christ, who did not cling to his reputation or demand fair treatment. He emptied himself and trusted the Father, even to the cross. That same mind must be in you. When you are afraid of what is being said behind your back, humble yourself before God and leave your name in his keeping.

Do not let bitterness grow. Pray that the Lord would give her wisdom, guard your own heart, and make the truth plain. I will pray with you for those things. But the first prayer is this: that your trust would be in Jesus Christ alone, not in your ability to manage other people's relationships. The outcome belongs to him.
