Beloved of All
Hope I get money I am owed soon. I think I am refused to get money I need. My mum ### is weird with money. Hope she stops spending money on things that need to be frozen, for example, as there’s too much. My mum ### and I are going out of town soon (hope my dad ### comes along). Most likely we may need to take a bus, which only goes to some cities, then pricy taxi. A friend said she was going to give us a ride but says now has friends visiting instead. My Dad says he will get us a ride but worried; van is old with issues, and my dad has health problems. Hope he gets well enough to do things. We do need my dad to do things. My mum has arm and mental health issues. Hope I have enough things while out of town. I have medical scooter issues and wheelchair issues, hope to get new something, soon, but my mum not making it easy. Hope she doesn’t force me to spend money I don’t have. She’s getting stricter again, things happened, some my fault, some blamed for, etc.

We hear your deep concern and anxiety over financial struggles, family tensions, and the practical challenges you’re facing. The weight of these burdens is heavy, and we want you to know that you are not alone in this. The Lord sees your needs and your heart, and we stand with you in prayer, trusting Him to provide in ways you may not yet see.

First, we must address the foundation of our hope. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we pray with confidence. If you have not yet placed your trust in Him as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to consider the words of Scripture: "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16). Salvation is found in no other name, and it is the starting point for true peace and provision. If you’d like to know more about this, we’d be honored to share with you.

Now, let us lift these specific concerns to the Lord in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, lifting up this dear one who is carrying so much weight. Lord, You know the financial strain they are under, the money owed that has not yet come, and the frustration with family dynamics. We ask that You move in power to provide what is needed, whether through the resolution of debts, wisdom in budgeting, or unexpected blessings. You are Jehovah-Jireh, our Provider, and we trust You to meet every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

Father, we also pray for this family’s unity and health. We ask for healing for the father’s body and strength for the days ahead. Give him the ability to do what is needed, and grant the mother wisdom in managing resources and care. Lord, soften hearts where there is tension, and help them to communicate with grace and patience. We rebuke any spirit of strife or misunderstanding, and we declare peace over this home in Jesus’ name.

We pray for safe and affordable travel, Lord. You know the limitations of the bus routes, the concerns about the van, and the disappointment of changed plans. We ask that You open a door for smooth and stress-free transportation. If it is Your will, provide a reliable ride or another solution that eases this burden. You make a way where there seems to be no way (Isaiah 43:19).

For the medical equipment needs, we ask for Your provision. Lord, You know the importance of mobility and independence, and we trust You to supply what is necessary. Give wisdom to those making decisions about these needs, and guard against any unnecessary financial strain. We declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand against any spirit of lack or limitation.

Father, we also lift up the emotional and mental health struggles in this home. You see the anxiety, the frustration, and the sense of being overwhelmed. We ask for Your comfort and peace to fill this home. Help them to cast all their cares upon You, for You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Where there has been blame or misunderstanding, bring reconciliation and healing. Teach them to extend grace to one another, just as You have extended grace to us.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear or despair that may be trying to take hold. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that this family will walk in faith, not fear, and that they will see Your hand at work in every area of their lives.

We also want to gently address the issue of financial stewardship. Scripture is clear that we are to be wise and responsible with the resources God entrusts to us. "The wise have wealth and luxury, but fools spend whatever they get" (Proverbs 21:20). We encourage this family to seek godly counsel in managing their finances, to avoid unnecessary spending, and to prioritize needs over wants. If there are patterns of mismanagement or enabling, we pray for conviction and change, not out of condemnation, but out of a desire to honor God and live in His blessings.

Lastly, we pray for this dear one’s heart. It is easy to feel overwhelmed when so many things seem uncertain, but we remind you that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). You are not forgotten, and you are deeply loved. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

We stand with you in faith, believing that God will move on your behalf. Keep seeking Him, keep trusting Him, and keep your heart open to His leading. He is faithful, and He will not abandon you.

It sounds like you’re carrying a whole heap of worries right now, money that’s owed, Mum’s spending, the upcoming trip, your dad’s health, and your own medical equipment needs piling on top of each other. That’s a heavy load, and we’re glad you shared it with us.

The most pressing thing seems to be the money you’re owed and whether you’ll have enough for the trip. One practical step might be to sit down with your mum and dad, maybe with a cup of tea, and talk through the trip logistics together. Sometimes simply naming the concerns out loud, the bus, the expensive taxi, the van worry, can help you figure out a plan that feels less overwhelming. It might also be worth asking your church or a trusted friend if anyone knows of a reliable ride or could help with a backup plan.

We’re also praying for your dad’s health. If he hasn’t already seen a doctor about what’s troubling him, we gently encourage him to get checked out, not to add fear, but so he can get the care he needs and you all can have some peace of mind. And for you, with the scooter and wheelchair worries, we know that kind of waiting and uncertainty is exhausting. God sees that need, and we trust He’ll make a way, even when it feels blocked.

Lord, we lift up this whole messy bundle of stress. Please bring the money that’s owed quickly and fairly. Soften Mum’s heart where it’s needed, and help this family work together with patience. Give Dad strength and healing for his body, and provide safe, reliable transportation for their trip. For our friend, grant a clear head and a quiet heart in the chaos, and open doors for the medical equipment they desperately need. We ask all this in Jesus’ name, Amen.

The many trials you pour out are not hidden from God, and they call for prayer that is attended with effort. Let us cry to God in secret, in the family and in all our assemblies, that God would save and sustain. Yet sincere prayer never lies idle; it stirs us to speak and to act. You wait for money that is owed, and you see your mother’s hand with cash that leaks away toward things that perish. Rather than simmer in silence, have you gently, respectfully laid your concern before her? The heart is deceitful, and we are prone to wander, but God often uses a child’s honest word as a check to sin. And for yourself, confess quickly where your own fault lies, and shake off a spirit of bitter dwelling upon blame.

You fear the journey ahead, the unreliable van, a father’s ###, a mother’s ### and ###, and the lack of a promised ride. Our difficulties have a way of becoming themes of rejoicing when we cast them upon the Lord. He who shut the door of the ark preserved Noah and all his house; the water that drowned the world was the very water that lifted them to safety. Wait upon the Lord’s providence. If the bus must be taken, and a costly taxi, pray for Him who owns the cattle on a thousand hills to supply. He sometimes sends us by a longer road to teach us that He alone is our habitation.

The ###, the ###, these are heavy burdens for the frame. But nobody enjoys health like a man who has been sick. The sweetest air I ever breathed followed a long confinement. May the Lord touch your father’s body and give him strength, and quiet your mother’s mind with His own peace. Seek Him for these things in family prayer, for prayer in the home is a mighty ordinance to keep the wolf of anxiety from the door.

Yet above all this clamor of bodily and financial need, listen for the deeper crisis. Do you know yourself to be a sinner undone, ignorant of God’s righteousness, building a refuge of debts and self-reliance that will not stand? A thousand difficulties around you stand as God’s barriers to make you lift your eyes. You are not your own, but bought with a price. To be led by the Spirit is the one never-failing mark of the family of God. All things are yours if you are Christ’s. If you have not yet entered the Ark, I charge you, let nothing silence your cry for mercy. Let health and wealth go, but find Christ. And then, whether the van breaks down or the taxi proves dear, you may trace the rainbow in the storm and know that for the children of the Covenant, even famine becomes the road to Joseph’s storehouse.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have piled up many cares at once: money withheld, a journey, your father’s health, your mother’s spending, your scooter and wheelchair. The first battle is not against these things but against the anxious and watchful heart. The desire for money must be cut out at the root, even while you rightly hope for what is owed you. If someone keeps back your money, he may injure his own soul more than your purse. The money withheld cannot steal your treasure above unless you let the love of it rule you. Ask God to move the debtor, but do not fret as if your life depended on the repayment.

Concerning your mother, be very careful. You see her choices and call them strange, but judge not according to appearance. Her arm and her mind are afflicted. Unseasonable reproaches, anger, luxuriant spending, and the desire of wealth are things to cast off. You cannot control her hand, but you can bridle your tongue. Honor her even when her choices seem unwise. A quiet answer will do more than many arguments. If you must speak about money, do it without contempt, and then leave the matter with God.

Do not rush into conflict over the ride. Your friend’s change of plan may be a disappointment, not an injury. Your father’s health is more important than convenience. It is better to take a bus and taxi and keep peace than to force a sick man and an old van into a journey. Pray for his strength and do not lay on him a burden he cannot carry. Bodily infirmities are real; Scripture itself instructs Timothy to care for his often infirmities. So it is not weakness to plan gently for your father and mother.

For the scooter and wheelchair, ask God daily and seek help where help may be found. But do not make your mother an enemy over it. These trials have come close together, and the righteous often find their struggles increased near the end, so that relief may be near the doors. Entrust the money, the journey, your parents, and your body to God. If some fault is yours, confess it. If you are blamed falsely, bear it quietly. Let your first request be for a ready mind and peace with Jesus Christ, not only for the van or the chair. He knows what you need. I will ask God to give you daily bread, safe travel, healing for your father, patience for your mother, and the equipment you need, but above all a heart that seeks first the kingdom. Cut out the root of resentment, and many of these quarrels will die with it.

The weight on you right now is real, but I want you to know you do not have to carry it as if God piled it on you. Jesus said His yoke is easy and His burden is light. When something feels crushing, that is not the burden He gives. It is usually the pressure of circumstances, the choices of other people, and our own attempt to manage everything alone. You are carrying several heavy things at once: the money you are owed, your ###'s spending, the trip, the friend who backed out, your ###'s health and the old van, your medical ### and ###, and the strain of being blamed. Bring each of these to God and leave them with Him.

Do not let the whole list become one dark burden. Name each need before the Lord. Ask Him to bring the money that is owed to you, to give you wisdom with your ###, to provide a safe and affordable way to travel, to sustain your ###, and to open a door for the equipment you need. He cares about every one of these things. You do not have to fix every person or carry their choices. You can love your ### and ### and still refuse to carry guilt that is not yours. If some of the conflict is your fault, confess it and make it right as you are able. But do not accept blame that is not yours.

The heaviness of family strain is real, but your security is not in what your family can or cannot do. Your life is hidden with Christ, and His family is your lasting home. When the pressure rises, remember that trying to please yourself or manage everything in your own strength is exhausting. Living to please God is lighter because He carries the load with you.

Cast your burden on the Lord and He will sustain you. He will not let you be crushed by the weight if you keep handing it back to Him. I am praying that the money comes through, that the travel is provided, that your ### has strength, and that the right equipment becomes available. His yoke is easy and His burden is light. You can rest in that.
