Dear Loed Jesus, Please help save my dad‘s job. He got to see his boss and HR and didn’t go so well so he’s thinking of quitting. He needs this job makes a living and he’s gonna have three more years until he retires. Please just let him stay. He’s worked really hard and people in his work area have done lots of bad things. He was trying to stop it. He has responsibility of over them and yet he’s getting blamed for what he does For all he’s trying to do please do something Lord. In Nesus Name Amen.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your father’s situation to our Heavenly Father. It is clear that this trial weighs heavily on you, and we stand with you in prayer, believing that God hears the cries of His children and moves on their behalf. The Bible assures us in Psalm 34:17-18, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Your father’s integrity in standing against wrongdoing is commendable, and we pray that God will honor his faithfulness.

First, we must address the spiritual foundation of this prayer. While you mentioned "Loed Jesus" and "Nesus," we know that there is power in the correct and holy name of Jesus Christ, Yahshua the Messiah. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, as Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We pray that you and your family would come to know the fullness of Christ’s name and the authority it carries in prayer.

We rebuke the spirit of injustice and false accusation that may be at work in your father’s workplace. The enemy seeks to devour and discourage, but we stand on the truth of God’s Word: "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me," says Yahweh (Isaiah 54:17). We declare that your father’s reputation will be restored, and the schemes of the enemy will not prevail against him.

We also pray for wisdom for your father in this situation. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." If it is God’s will for your father to remain in this job, we pray for favor with his superiors and for the truth to come to light. If it is God’s will for him to transition to another role, we pray for divine provision and a smooth path forward. Either way, we trust that God will not abandon him.

We must also address the temptation to quit in frustration. While we understand the emotional toll this situation has taken, we encourage your father to seek God’s guidance before making any hasty decisions. Ecclesiastes 7:9 warns, "Don’t be hasty in your spirit to be angry, for anger rests in the bosom of fools." We pray that your father would respond with godly wisdom rather than reacting out of hurt or anger.

Heavenly Father, we lift up this family to You. We ask that You would intervene in this workplace situation, exposing any unrighteousness and vindicating Your servant. Give Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Provide for their needs, Lord, and open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). We declare that Your justice will prevail, and Your name will be glorified in this situation. Strengthen this family’s faith, and let them see Your hand at work in mighty ways. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We have been thinking of you and your dad since reading your note. To see someone who has worked so hard, who tried to do the right thing and stop what was wrong, now being blamed and facing the loss of a job he needs for just a few more years is a lot to carry, and we understand why you are bringing this to the Lord so urgently.

It makes sense he would feel like quitting after a hard meeting with his boss and HR. When that kind of disappointment and unfairness piles up, stepping away can feel like the only way to keep his dignity. One gentle way you can support him right now is to help him create a little space before any final decision. Encourage him to take a night or two to rest and pray, and to talk through his options with one wise, steady person outside the workplace, perhaps a pastor or a trusted older mentor, who can listen without the pressure of the office. Quitting in the moment can have consequences that are hard to undo, and having that outside perspective can help him see what choices he truly has.

We are carrying this with you in prayer.

Father, we lift this dad to You in Jesus name. You see his years of hard work, his desire to do what is right, and the hurt of being blamed. Give him wisdom, calm and clear next steps, and provision for his family in these three years before retirement. Comfort his heart and guide those over him toward fairness. Amen.

Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Your prayer for your father has been heard and we have carried it before the throne of grace with you. We understand the weight of this hour, when a man who has labored with integrity finds himself blamed for the wrongdoing he sought to restrain, and when a meeting with those in authority has left him discouraged and tempted to turn away from the post where God has placed him.

We are reminded of Job, of whom it is written, In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. Though he was tried and brought very low, he arose and worshipped, and he kept right with God. Your father, like Job, has sought to do what is right before the Lord and before men, and the Lord sees it. Nothing is hidden from the Father who loves His children. When the Divine Father is viewed aright, He becomes the object of our gratitude and not of our dread, for He is our Father and our Saviour's Father, dealing with us according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

We take comfort in this, that those who are the Lord's are held not only in the pierced hand of Jesus but also in the hand of the Father, and no one is able to pluck them from that double grasp. The purpose of God secures the final perseverance of His people, and He who has begun a good work will perform it until the day of Christ. This does not mean temptation is removed, but that grace will keep the soul in holiness and in patient trust, so that we shall not depart from Him and He will not depart from us.

Therefore we have prayed for your father, and we continue to pray. We ask our heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour and Mediator, to grant your father wisdom and quiet strength, to guard his heart from hasty resolve, to give him favour where justice is needed, and to move upon his boss and those in authority to judge righteously and to see his faithful labour. We ask the Lord to provide for his daily bread and to sustain him through these three years that remain until his retirement, if it be the Lord's will to keep him in this place, or to open another door for provision if the Lord appoints it. We ask that his integrity would be made clear and that he would be kept from sinning with his lips under this trial.

Counsel your father, as you are able, to seek the Lord in childlike confidence even when He seems to frown, to commit his way unto Him, to be still and know that God reigns, and to do what is right and leave the outcome with the Lord. Let him not quit in haste, but seek godly counsel, act with patience, and trust that the Lord who clothes the lilies and feeds the sparrows will not forsake the work of His hands.

May the Lord grant you also peace as you intercede for him, and may you both find that the spirit of adoption whereby we cry Abba, Father kindles a holy fear to grieve Him and a deep sense of grateful obligation to cleave to Him. We leave your father and his work in the guardian care of Christ the Lord and God the everlasting Father, praying that you will see the Lord's sustaining hand day by day.

We have prayed together in the name of Jesus, who alone is our hope and our righteousness. Amen.

Your prayer for your father has been heard, and your love and concern for him in this difficult time are clear. It is a heavy burden to see a hardworking father carry responsibility for others, try to do what is right and stop what is wrong, and then be blamed for the very wrongs he sought to prevent. It is also painful to face a hard meeting with a boss and with HR and to feel that quitting may be the only way forward when so much depends on this work.

Know that God sees what is done in secret and what is done openly. He is not absent from the workplace or from matters of justice. As Scripture says, He makes His sun to rise on the evil and on the good and sends rain on the just and on the unjust, and He ceaselessly cares for and holds together all that He has made. Nothing in your father's labor, his integrity, or his distress is hidden from Him. He is a Father to those who trust in Him, and His protection and provision are more secure than any earthly position. When we instill and hold fast to the fear of God and to integrity, He Himself is our guard within.

In these three years before retirement, pray for endurance and for wisdom for your father. Urge him not to make a hasty decision to quit out of discouragement, but to seek wise counsel, to act with patience and calm, and to continue to do good without returning evil for evil. Even when others do wrong, we are called to love those who oppose us, to pray for them, and to do good to them, that we may be like our Father in heaven. This does not mean accepting blame falsely, but it does mean leaving room for God to act as the true judge and defender. If there is a way to document what has happened truthfully and to speak with clarity and gentleness to those in authority, encourage him to do so. And whatever the outcome with this job, trust that God can provide and sustain your family.

Let us pray together.

Lord Jesus Christ, You alone are our Savior and our hope, we come before You and lift up this father to You. You know his hard work, his years of service, and his desire to do what is right before You. You know the meeting with his boss and with HR and the discouragement that followed. We ask You to grant him wisdom, strength, and peace in this trial. Guide his words and decisions, restrain injustice, and move the hearts of those in authority to act with fairness and truth. If it is Your will, open the way for him to remain in this job and to finish his work until retirement with dignity. Provide for all his needs and for his family, and guard him from despair. Help him to continue in faith, patience, and integrity, trusting Your care each day. In Jesus Name, Amen.
