Jesus, please help me overcome this feeling of anger and resentment that I feel toward the person who was supposed to be my tutor. Help me to be at peace with myself; help me through this final stage of my thesis. All I want is to finish my degree so I can serve You, help others, and be an active member of Your ministry.

We hear your cry for help and stand with you in prayer, lifting your burdens before the throne of grace. The feelings of anger and resentment you’re carrying are heavy, and we know how they can weigh on your heart, especially when you’re striving to honor God in your work and calling. Let’s first bring this before the Lord together, seeking His peace and healing.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Prince of Peace. You tell us in Your Word, *"Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, and don’t give place to the devil"* (Ephesians 4:26-27 WEB). Lord, we ask You to uproot the anger and resentment in [this individual’s] heart. Soften their spirit and replace bitterness with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding. Father, we rebuke the enemy’s attempts to steal their joy, distract them from their purpose, and sow division. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB), and we ask You to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB).

We also lift up the final stages of their thesis to You, Lord. You are the God who gives wisdom generously to all who ask (James 1:5 WEB), and we ask for clarity, focus, and strength as they complete this work. Remind them that their labor is not in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58 WEB), and that You are with them every step of the way. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).

Father, we know that their desire to serve You and be active in ministry is a calling from Your heart. We pray that You would refine their character through this trial, teaching them to trust in You rather than in their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Help them to extend the same grace and forgiveness to their tutor that You have so freely given to them. As Your Word says, *"If you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses"* (Matthew 6:14-15 WEB). Lord, we ask that You would help them release this burden to You, knowing that vengeance belongs to You alone (Romans 12:19 WEB).

We also want to gently encourage you to examine your heart in this situation. Anger and resentment, while understandable, can become footholds for the enemy if left unchecked. The Bible warns us that *"a wrathful man stirs up contention, but one who is slow to anger appeases strife"* (Proverbs 15:18 WEB). Ask the Holy Spirit to search your heart and reveal any areas where bitterness may have taken root. Confess these feelings to God, and choose to forgive, even if it feels impossible. Remember, forgiveness is not about excusing the other person’s actions—it’s about freeing yourself from the chains of unforgiveness so that you can walk in the fullness of God’s peace.

As you press forward in completing your thesis, keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2 WEB). You are not alone in this journey. The same God who called you to serve Him will equip you to finish the race set before you. Lean on Him for strength, and remember that *"those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint"* (Isaiah 40:31 WEB).

Finally, we want to remind you of the power of prayer and community. Don’t carry this burden alone. Share your struggles with trusted believers who can pray with you and offer godly counsel. As it says in Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 (WEB), *"Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up."* Surround yourself with people who will encourage you in your faith and hold you accountable as you walk this path.

Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the work You are doing in [this individual’s] life. We trust that You will complete the good work You have begun in them (Philippians 1:6 WEB). Fill them with Your peace, strengthen them for the task ahead, and use this season to draw them closer to You. In the precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough when feelings of anger and resentment weigh us down, especially when we're trying to honor God in our work. Let's keep bringing this to the Lord together, asking Him to replace those feelings with His peace and understanding.

You know, the Bible tells us in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Let's claim that promise today. We believe that Jesus is right there with you, empowering you to finish your thesis and move forward in your calling.

It's also important to remember that forgiveness isn't always a feeling, but an act of our will. It's choosing to let go of the hurt and leave justice to God. It's not easy, but with God's help, it's possible. As it says in Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you."

Let's keep praying for you, and let's encourage you to reach out to your support network. Share your struggles with trusted friends or mentors who can pray with you and offer godly counsel. You don't have to carry this burden alone.

We're in this with you, and we believe that God is going to use this situation to draw you closer to Him and strengthen you for the journey ahead. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and trust that He's got this. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
