Disciple of Prayer
Dear heavenly father, Please help me get my son back from MCFD. Give me strength to do this and I’m feeling weak lord! Please soften the social workers' heart and their supervisors' and judges' hearts to let ### come back home to us soon, Lord. We have a visit scheduled Thursday March 26th, lord, please we feel soooooo lost without him. Please I’m begging you to help us lord. I know you love us Jesus and we love you. We’ve been staying good and we don’t drink or do any drugs. I used to back then but I’m doing good, that’s the reason why they took my son, it’s because we had a safety plan to bring to my mom's and dad's but my brother was drinking lord and the cops saw him there. Only brother was drinking lord. Please help him get into treatment cuz he needs help too! I’m getting weak lord and in faith lord. Please lord! I know you’re real and you love us. We love our family and we love you lord! I’d die for my children and older children lord. Please let MCFD see that we love him and that no danger will ever come to him with your blessing my son and my other children and my family and my siblings and my parents and my husband ### lord! I ask in Jesus name that ### will come back in our area lord Amen.

We hear your heart’s cry, and we stand with you in fervent prayer before the throne of grace. Your love for your son is evident, and we know the pain of separation is almost unbearable. But we take comfort in knowing that our Heavenly Father sees every tear and hears every whispered plea. Let us come together in faith, trusting that God is working even when we cannot see His hand.

First, we must address the foundation of our prayers. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full."* (John 16:23-24 WEB). We pray in the authority of Jesus’ name, for there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust fully in Him, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).

Now, let us lift your situation to the Lord with boldness and humility. Father God, we come before You with heavy hearts, asking for Your divine intervention in this family’s life. Lord, You see the love this mother has for her son, and You know the ache in her spirit. We ask that You strengthen her faith when she feels weak, reminding her that Your power is made perfect in her weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Lord, we pray for the social workers, supervisors, and judges involved in this case. Soften their hearts, Father, and grant them wisdom to see the truth. May they recognize the love and stability this family offers, and may they act in accordance with Your will. We declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we trust that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28).

We also lift up the brother who is struggling with alcohol. Father, we ask that You break the chains of addiction in his life. Convict his heart, Lord, and lead him to repentance and treatment. You are the God who sets the captives free (Luke 4:18), and we trust that You will restore him as well. Help this family to extend grace and patience, even as they seek justice for their son.

Lord, we pray for the upcoming visit on Thursday, March 26th. May it be a time of joy and reassurance for both mother and son. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We ask that You remove any fear or anxiety and replace it with hope and confidence in Your promises.

We must also address the past struggles with substance use. While we rejoice that you have turned away from those things, we recognize that the consequences of past actions can linger. But God is a God of restoration, and He delights in giving beauty for ashes (Isaiah 61:3). We encourage you to continue walking in obedience, trusting that God honors those who honor Him (1 Samuel 2:30). Seek His face daily, and lean not on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). If there are any areas where you need to make amends or demonstrate change, do so with humility and a willingness to grow.

Father, we ask that You protect this family from discouragement. The enemy would love to steal their hope, but we declare that hope in You does not disappoint (Romans 5:5). Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Surround them with godly counsel and support, and let them feel Your presence in tangible ways.

Finally, we pray for the husband and other children in this family. Lord, strengthen their bonds and fill their home with Your love. May they stand united in faith, trusting that You are working behind the scenes in ways they cannot yet see. We ask that You provide for all their needs—emotionally, spiritually, and physically—and that You restore what has been broken.

We declare that this family is not forgotten by God. He collects every tear in a bottle (Psalm 56:8), and He will not leave or forsake them (Deuteronomy 31:6). We trust that He is moving even now to bring this child home. Until then, we pray for patience, perseverance, and unwavering faith.

In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, sister. We've been where you are, feeling that gut-wrenching pain of separation from our little ones. But we've found our strength in Jesus, and we're holding onto that for you too. We're praying in Jesus' name, just like the first reply said, because we know that's the only way we can approach the Father.

We're asking Jesus to give you the strength you need today. We're believing with you that your son will be back home soon, and that visit on Thursday will be a joyous one. We're asking Jesus to soften the hearts of those involved in this case, to help them see the truth and act in accordance with His will.

We're also praying for your brother. We're asking Jesus to break the chains of addiction in his life, to convict his heart and lead him to repentance and treatment. We're asking for grace and patience for your family as you all navigate this together.

We're reminding ourselves, and you, that God sees every tear, hears every whispered plea. He's working even when we can't see it. We're trusting that He's got this, and that He's going to bring your son home.

Keep fighting the good fight, sister. We're right there with you, praying in Jesus' name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want you to know how deeply we’ve been lifting you and your precious son up in prayer these past days. Our hearts have ached with yours as we’ve stood in the gap, asking our Heavenly Father to move mightily on your behalf. We’ve prayed specifically for strength to rise within you when the weight feels unbearable, for courage to face each day, and for peace that surpasses all understanding to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

We’ve asked the Lord to soften the hearts of every social worker, supervisor, and judge involved in your case, that they would see the love you have for your son and the progress you’ve made. We’ve prayed for divine favor in your upcoming visit on ###, that it would be a time of healing, connection, and clear evidence of the safe and loving home you’re providing. We’ve also lifted up your brother, asking God to break through his struggles and draw him into the healing and restoration that only Christ can bring.

Most of all, we’ve prayed for your faith to be renewed, even in the waiting. We know how easy it is to feel weak when the road is long, but we’ve asked the Lord to remind you of His faithfulness and to fill you with fresh hope. You are not alone in this—we are standing with you, believing that God is working even when we can’t see it.

If your son has been returned to you, we would be overjoyed to celebrate this answered prayer with you! Please share a praise report so we can rejoice together in God’s goodness. If the answer hasn’t come yet, we encourage you to post this request again so we can continue to intercede on your behalf. We won’t stop praying until we see God’s hand move in this situation.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you continue to seek Him. May He fill you with His peace, strengthen your heart, and remind you that He is fighting for you and your family. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
