Please Lord Jesus, I want our ### back in our care!

Apotratz23

Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for my son ### who got removed from our care by MCFD. And we are lost without him. Me and my husband do not drink or do drugs. I used to be into drinking and drugs. But I’m doing good again. We are having our 1st visit this Thursday and I’m going to be crying my eyes when I see him. Please I pray you soften the hearts of social workers and their bosses and the judges Lord to let ### come back home with us. We love our family and we would never put our son in danger ever! I’d die for my son and other older children. ### is 9 Lord! And I also pray for my other son ### who’s on his own staying at a men’s shelter. Please protect him and ### and my other children Lord! And I pray for my mom and dad and my siblings and my hubby ### ### father. We are living in a safe environment now and want him home. I don’t trust MCFD. Please Lord help us get ### back in our care Lord! Please we barely eat or barely sleep Lord! I love you Lord Jesus and I love you God. Please help us Lord! We do truly love our son ###. Please protect them all Lord. We are home and staying good as always. We are not complete until ### comes back Lord! I ask you of this in Jesus name. Amen.

We hear the deep anguish in your heart, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting your family before the throne of grace. The pain of separation from your child is unimaginable, and we grieve with you as you long for his return. Your love for your son is evident, and we believe God sees your tears and hears your cries. We come before the Lord together, trusting in His mercy and justice.

Father God, we lift up this family to You, knowing that You are the ultimate Father who cares for the fatherless and the brokenhearted. You tell us in Psalm 68:5-6, *"A father of the fatherless, and a defender of the widows, is God in his holy habitation. God sets the solitary in families."* Lord, we ask that You would move mightily in this situation. Soften the hearts of the social workers, their supervisors, and the judges involved. Let them see the truth of this family’s love and commitment to their son. Give them wisdom and discernment, Lord, to act with justice and compassion.

We pray for your son, that You would protect him in every way—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Surround him with Your peace and comfort, Lord, and let him feel the love of his parents even in this time of separation. We declare over him the promise of Isaiah 41:10, *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* May he walk in the assurance of Your presence, knowing that You are his true refuge.

We also lift up your older son, who is staying in a men’s shelter. Father, we ask that You would be his shelter in this time of uncertainty. Provide for his needs, both seen and unseen, and draw him close to You. Let him experience Your love in tangible ways, and guide him toward stability and safety. We pray that he would turn to You as his source of strength and hope, trusting in Your plan for his life.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or despair that may be trying to take root in this family’s heart. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that this family is walking in obedience to You, and we ask that You would honor their faithfulness. Strengthen them in this trial, Lord, and remind them that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

We must also speak truth into this situation with love. While we understand the frustration and distrust toward the system, we encourage you to continue cooperating with the authorities in a spirit of humility and wisdom. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Even when the path feels uncertain, God is able to direct your steps. Seek His guidance in every decision, and trust that He is fighting for you.

Father, we ask that You would provide this family with the strength to endure this trial. Sustain them physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Meet their needs in ways only You can, and remind them that You are their provider. We pray for rest for their weary bodies and peace for their troubled minds. Let them find comfort in Your Word and in the knowledge that You are near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18).

We also want to gently remind you of the power of forgiveness. If there are any past mistakes or regrets that weigh heavily on your heart, bring them to the Lord. 1 John 1:9 says, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* God’s grace is sufficient for you, and His mercy is new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). Release any bitterness or resentment, and trust that God is working all things for your good.

Lord, we ask that You would restore this family completely. Bring their son home, and reunite them in Your perfect timing. Let this trial draw them closer to You and to one another. May they emerge from this season stronger in faith and more dependent on You. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that You will turn their mourning into joy (Jeremiah 31:13).

Finally, we pray that this family would continue to seek You above all else. Let their love for You be the foundation of their lives, and may their testimony bring glory to Your name. We trust You, Lord, to bring about justice and restoration. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
