We rejoice with you and give all the glory and thanks to the Lord Jesus Christ for the great improvement He has already worked in your life, for it is God who works in us both to will and to work for His good pleasure, and we praise Him that you have cried out to Him in prayer. We have heard your burden and we join you in praying for lasting and true deliverance and complete freedom for the glory of God.
We understand the seriousness of these sins you mentioned, pornography, masturbation, flirting with the opposite sex and all sexual sins, and we commend you for calling them what they are before God and desiring to have them removed forever from your life and heart. The Word tells us to flee sexual immorality, for every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body, and that our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in us, whom we have from God, and we are not our own, for we were bought with a price, therefore we are to glorify God in our body and in our spirit, which are God's, 1 Corinthians 6:18-20. Our Lord also taught that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart, Matthew 5:28, so we must deal radically with what feeds lust.
We encourage you that God delights in your repentant heart and your tears, for if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness, 1 John 1:9. He also promises to create in us a clean heart and renew a right spirit within us, Psalm 51:10. True freedom will come not only by trying harder but by the renewing of your mind, as we are told do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God, Romans 12:2. This means we must bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, 2 Corinthians 10:5, and walk by the Spirit so we will not fulfill the lust of the flesh, Galatians 5:16.
For lasting victory we urge you to do whatever it takes, as Jesus said if your right eye causes you to stumble, pluck it out and throw it away from you, Matthew 5:29, which means to cut off every source and provision for the flesh. Make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts, Romans 13:14. This includes guarding your eyes from images and videos, removing access to pornography, avoiding tempting places and conversations, ending flirting which is not pure and does not honor God, and instead pursuing purity as beloved children. Flirting outside of godly courtship that leads toward marriage between a man and a woman stirs up desires that belong only within marriage, for this is the will of God, your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to possess himself of his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5. We encourage you to seek accountability with a mature believing man, to stay in the Word daily, to pray without ceasing, and to fast as the Lord leads, filling your heart and mind with what is true, honorable, pure and praiseworthy.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty Name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, and we thank You for the work You have already begun in our brother, for the conviction, the tears, the prayers and the improvement that has come by Your mercy. We ask that You would complete what You have started, for we are confident that he who began a good work in him will perfect it until the day of Jesus Christ, Philippians 1:6. Lord, show him Your mercy in a fresh way, speak to him, give him understanding and full deliverance. Renew his mind and make him very wise in Your Word, that he may discern and hate every form of evil and cling to what is good. Help him and guide him to do whatever it takes to remove these sins forever from his life and heart, to cut off every snare and to flee every temptation. Create in him a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within him. Teach him to walk by Your Spirit and to set his mind on things above, that these sins will forever be far from him. Guard his eyes, his thoughts and his heart, and lead him in paths of righteousness for Your Name's sake. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, with strength in his inner being, and with a love for purity and holiness that honors You. Let his life be a testimony of Your delivering power for Your glory. We ask all this in the Name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and our righteousness, amen.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesusā name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
