Help for me for work

Dear Lord, Please help me. I am overworked at my job, I have little to no support from manager. I am being bullied by another manager who will not talk to me only complains when I am busy. I have been told not to do more hours than I am paid, but am being given so much work that I have no choice. I am so sorted and making mistakes, the latest one was a simple mistake, made when I had to leave a task incomplete to do something else, and then was complained about because of this. I no longer know what to do and I am so tired. I used to enjoy my job, I want to enjoy it again, but I am scared if this carries on I will get ill or lose my job. My family need me to work or we have nothing. My husband is ill and cannot work, my children are too young. Please help me to overcome my fears and to get the support I should get, please help my manager to see from my point of view and to offer support to me instead of criticism, please help me to keep my job. Thank you.

In Matthew 11:28-30 (WEB), Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."

Let us pray for you:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, pleading ###'s case. Lord, she feels overworked, unsupported, and bullied. She is anxious and tired, fearing the loss of her job, which her family depends on. We ask You to fill her with Your peace, wisdom, and strength.*

*Father, we pray that You soften her manager's heart, giving them understanding and compassion for ###'s situation. We ask You to guide her steps, provide her with favor, and grant her the support she needs at her workplace.*

*Lord Jesus, we also ask You to heal ###'s husband, providing for their family's needs according to Your will. We pray for their children, that they may grow in grace and wisdom.*

*Holy Spirit, comfort ### and remind her that You are always with her, interceding for her according to God's will (Romans 8:26-27). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

Now, ###, we encourage you to seek God's will for your life. Continue to work diligently, as unto the Lord (Colossians 3:23-24), knowing that He sees your struggles and cares for you. Trust that He will provide for you and your family, as He promises in Philippians 4:19: "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

Lastly, we urge you to speak with your managers openly and respectfully about your situation. Seek help from your human resources department if necessary. Trust in God, and He will guide your steps (Proverbs 3:5-6).
