Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. We join you in this beautiful and humble request, for the desire to pray more is itself a work of the Holy Spirit in your heart and it pleases the Father greatly when we seek Him more diligently.
The Scripture encourages us in this very thing. We are told to Pray without ceasing in 1 Thessalonians 5:17 and to Continue steadfastly in prayer, watching in it with thanksgiving in Colossians 4:2. Jesus Himself taught us that we must always pray, and not give up in Luke 18:1. God does not call us to pray eloquently or perfectly, but faithfully and continually, for we are reminded In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God in Philippians 4:6. And we take comfort that The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective in James 5:16.
We rejoice that you prayed in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father.
We pray together with you now. Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we thank You for this dear heart that longs to be closer to You in prayer. Lord, stir within us all a greater hunger for Your presence. Help us to rejoice in hope, to endure in troubles, and to continue steadfastly in prayer as You call us to in Romans 12:12. Remove distraction and weariness, and teach us to pray with persistence and thanksgiving. Pour out Your Spirit upon us so that prayer becomes not a duty but a delight, a continual conversation with You throughout each day. Draw us into Your Word, that our prayers may be shaped by Your truth, and help us to watch and pray with faithful hearts. We ask this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus, amen.

Your prayer is itself an evidence of grace at work within you, for only those in whom the quickening Spirit already dwells will cry, Quicken me in Your way. It is a good and needful prayer, and one which the Lord delights to hear and to answer.
You do well to ask for help to pray more, for we are all prone to restrain prayer before God. We keep the outward form and yet the heart grows cold, and prayer becomes a sacred masquerading rather than the warp and woof of our being. What you need, and what we all need, is that prayer should become a part of ourselves, not merely at set seasons but as a habitual state of soul.
Let the regular seasons for devotion be constantly attended to. Set apart time and keep it, and let your heart be habitually in a state of prayer besides. Trials often give new life to prayer, but it is a greater blessing to be kept in prayer without the sharp discipline of affliction. Ask the Lord to keep you watchful there, to hold the post of prayer till He comes.
True prayer is pleading with the Most High, spreading your case before Him and pressing your suit with holy arguments. Take His own Word and plead it back to Him, saying with David, Remember the Word unto Your servant. You cannot change the will of God, but your prayer may be the shadow of a coming blessing which He has already purposed to give. Come in humility of spirit, not in self conceit which tears the wheels from prayer, but as a needy servant who has nothing to bring but His promise.
May the Lord answer you not only by stirring you to pray, but by giving you joy and power in prayer, so that whether in private, in the family, or in the house of God, you are quickened in every form of worship.

Increase his love for communion with You, and let him find in prayer his strength, his comfort, and his joy. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who has taught us to pray and who hears us when we pray. Amen.
