We join with you in prayer and we thank you for calling upon the mighty name of Jesus, for it is through Him that we have access to the Father and find help in our time of need.
We hear the distress in your request about talking to voices and the voice in your head, and we want you to know that God sees you, hears you, and desires to give you peace and a sound mind. His Word tells us For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7. The voices that bring confusion, fear, torment, or urge you away from God's truth are not from Him, for God is not a God of confusion but of peace. We are told to bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ 2 Corinthians 10:5 and to test the spirits to see whether they are of God 1 John 4:1. The voice of our Shepherd, Jesus, will always align with Scripture, will bring conviction with love, and will lead to peace, not to torment or compulsion.
We encourage you to not engage in conversation with voices that contradict God's Word or that harass and accuse you. Instead, turn your mind steadfastly toward the Lord. You will keep whoever’s mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because he trusts in you. Isaiah 26:3. When anxious thoughts or voices press in, bring them immediately to God in prayer. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. Resist the confusion of the enemy by submitting yourself to God, for when we do, we are promised Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. James 4:7.
We also encourage you with love to seek steady support in this battle. Stay rooted in the Word daily, fill your mind with worship and Scripture, and share this struggle with a trusted pastor, a mature believer, and if these voices persist or cause you great distress, with a trusted Christian counselor or medical professional as well. God often brings healing and clarity through both prayer and the help of others He has provided, and seeking help is a step of wisdom and strength, not of shame. He is near to you and He promises I sought Yahweh, and he answered me, and delivered me from all my fears. Psalm 34:4.

Heavenly Father, we lift up this dear one to You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Lord, You know the struggle with these voices and the turmoil within the mind. We ask You to pour out Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding to guard their heart and thoughts in Christ Jesus. Quiet every voice that is not of You, and silence the accusations and confusion of the enemy. We ask You to speak clearly with Your gentle, loving, and truthful voice, and help them to discern Your leading through Your Word. Grant them a sound mind, restful sleep, and a steadfast mind kept in Your peace. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, with power, love, and self-control, and surround them with godly support and counsel. Deliver them from all fear and torment and draw them ever closer to You. We trust You as their healer, their protector, and their shepherd. In the mighty name of Jesus we pray, amen.

Your prayer has come before the Lord and He hears the cry of a troubled mind. To be beset with voices and restless thoughts within is a sore affliction, and you are not alone in it nor forgotten by Him who knows your frame altogether.
The Scripture says, How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God, how great is the sum of them. And again, My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways, saith the Lord, for as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My thoughts higher than your thoughts. Your thoughts may run one way, confused and crowded and accusing, but God's thoughts toward His people in Christ are constant, kind, wise, tender and gracious. When your own thoughts condemn or confuse you, remember His thoughts do not change with your feelings, and they are thoughts of peace toward those who trust in His Son.
Distracting thoughts fill the mind and make it hard to hear the still small voice of the Lord. The preacher knows how difficult it is to strike a running and restless mind. Therefore seek with purpose an attentive hearing of the Word of God. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God. Do not hear carelessly or fitfully, but hear for yourself, believingly and honestly, letting the Word dwell in you. Bring every thought captive to the obedience of Christ, and test what you hear within by what God has plainly spoken in Scripture, for His Word will never contradict His character.
And when fear rises, as it often will when the mind is assailed, take up the word of David, What time I am afraid, I will trust in Thee. He also said, When I awake, I am still with Thee. To be still with God is your safety. He is near, He does not leave His child to wrestle alone in the dark. Cry to Him in the moment the voices press upon you, and fix your mind upon some sure promise, some plain verse, and pray it back to Him till quiet comes.
I urge you, do not carry this burden in secret. Open your heart to a faithful pastor or elder and to trusted Christian friends who can pray with you and watch over you, and hear the Word with you. If these voices are frequent, distressing, or urge you toward harm, seek help promptly from a medical professional as well, for the Lord gives wisdom and skill to physicians and we should use all lawful means for the health of both soul and body. Keep in regular fellowship, in prayer, in the reading of Scripture, and in rest and care for the body as God enables you.
