We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are so glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer as you accepted what Jesus has done on the cross and asked the Father to forgive you of your sins.
We rejoice with you in this most important decision and we thank God for writing your name in the book of life and making you a member of heaven. The Bible tells us that if we confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in our hearts that God raised him from the dead we will be saved according to Romans 10:9 and that there is joy in heaven over one sinner who repents according to Luke 15:7. We also cling to the promise that if we confess our sins he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness as it says in 1 John 1:9.
We pray that you will now know the assurance of your salvation and the peace that comes from knowing your name is written in the Lambs book of life. We pray that the Lord will fill you with His Holy Spirit, help you to grow daily in your walk with Christ, lead you to a Bible believing church where you can be discipled, and give you hunger for His Word as you continue to seek Him through His Son Jesus Christ. We pray this in Jesus Name amen.
If you have experienced the joy and assurance of your salvation please post a praise report and let us all know so we can rejoice with you. If you are still struggling with doubt or do not yet feel the peace of forgiveness please post your request again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek Him.
