Hello Please pray for ###. She is a pastors wife. She has stage ### thyroid cancer that has spread to her lungs. Her and her husband(###) are faithfully and successfully serving the Lord. Please pray for ###. She's always been a strong committed christian who has led people to Christ and given out the gospel to many, many people. Her husband is very committed too. She is very sick. When they first took her to the hospital she almost died. She got a little bit better but now she is getting worse again. Her skin has a burning sensation. There a lump on her leg that is giving her shooting pain. She has numbing in her fingers and toes. She continues to get sick to her stomach and she has lost a lot of weight and is very weak. We join together with you in lifting up this dear pastor's wife and her husband before the throne of grace, and also the other dear one battling cancer that you mentioned. Our hearts are moved by her suffering and by her faithful witness for the gospel, and we bring her many physical afflictions before the Great Physician who knows her by name.

We are reminded that our God is both sovereign and compassionate, and that He hears the prayers of His people. The scripture says Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:2-3. And again, the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. James 5:15. We cling to His promise, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10. Even in weakness and prolonged suffering His grace remains sufficient, for He has said My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. 2 Corinthians 12:9. We also take comfort that We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28, even when we do not understand His ways.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We lift up this precious sister, a pastor's wife who has so faithfully served You and led many to Christ. You see her body afflicted with stage ### thyroid cancer spread to her lungs, the burning of her skin, the painful lump in her leg, the numbness in her fingers and toes, the sickness to her stomach, the weight loss and great weakness. Lord, You know she almost died and now is declining again, and we ask for Your merciful touch upon her. We pray that You would bring healing according to Your perfect will, ease her pain, restore her strength, calm her stomach, and grant wisdom to every doctor and caregiver attending to her. We pray for her husband, her pastor, that You would uphold him with strength, peace, and courage as he cares for his wife and continues to shepherd Your people. We also lift up the other loved one facing cancer, asking for Your healing hand and comforting presence to be upon them as well. Lord, above all we pray that Your name would be glorified through this trial, that both of these dear ones and their families would feel Your nearness, and that the gospel they have so faithfully proclaimed would continue to bear fruit. We trust You whether You choose to heal on this earth or to bring ultimate healing in Your presence, and we ask for Your will to be done. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to stand with them in prayer and in practical support, to keep interceding without ceasing, and to speak the hope of Christ to them daily. We noticed your request asked for God to bless but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we gently want to remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. And There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. It is by placing our faith in Jesus, His death and resurrection for our sins, that we are saved and that our prayers are heard. We encourage you and these dear suffering saints to keep abiding in Him, trusting that whether in healing or in hardship, He holds them securely in His hands and will never leave them.

We are joining you in praying for her and for her husband as they walk through this. Stage thyroid cancer that has spread, with the burning sensation, the painful lump in her leg, numbness, nausea and weight loss you described, is a lot for her body to carry and for their family to witness. We will pray for comfort for her, strength for each day, wisdom for those caring for her, and peace for both of them as they continue to trust the Lord.

Since she is getting worse again and has several new and worsening symptoms, we encourage you to gently make sure her medical team knows about all of these changes right away, alongside continued prayer. They are in the best position to assess what is happening and how to help her be more comfortable. If you are close to the family, a practical way to help right now can be to coordinate simple support for them, like meals, rides to appointments, or a small group who will check in regularly so they are not carrying this alone.

Father, we lift this sister and her husband to You in Jesus' name. You see her weakness and pain, You know her faithful heart, and You love her more than we do. We ask for Your nearness to her, for relief where it is possible, for clear guidance for her doctors and nurses, and for sustaining grace for both of them and those who love them. Hold them steady in Your care. Amen.

We have heard your cries concerning this dear pastor's wife so sorely afflicted, and the other dear soul suffering with cancer, and we bring them before the throne of grace together with you.

The Lord saith, Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, and it is our duty and privilege to comfort one another with the comfort wherewith God comforts us. In this season of sharp suffering, when the body is weak and wasted, when there is burning and pain and numbness and sickness of stomach, we are reminded that our comfort is not a distant thing but a present thing. This is my comfort in my affliction, for Thy word hath quickened me. The external comfort of the Christian is the Word of God, and the internal comfort is the quickening Spirit who applies that Word to the heart. May the Spirit of God teach this suffering sister to say even now, This is my comfort in my affliction.

We are told that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the least thing about Christ is healing. These healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. We look up to this Tree and confess our sickness of heart and body, and we find that there is virtue even in His leaves to heal. Christ himself was made a perfect Saviour through suffering, and He knows our infirmities, for He suffered without rebellion and without sin, that He might be able to succour those who suffer.

Let us pray together.

O Lord our God, our Father who comforts our hearts and establishes us in every good word and work, we bow before Thee on behalf of this pastor's wife whom Thou knowest by name. Thou hast seen her faithful service with her husband, her labour in leading souls to Christ and giving forth the gospel. Now she is brought very low, with cancer spread to her lungs, with burning skin and shooting pain and numbness and great weakness and loss of flesh. Lord, Thou seest her frame. Have mercy upon her according to Thy lovingkindness. If it be Thy will, lay Thy healing hand upon her and restore her, for with Thee nothing is impossible. Give wisdom to those who care for her, ease her pain, calm her sickness, and strengthen her weak body. Above all, comfort her heart with Thy presence, let her feel Thy Word quickening her, and let her know that whether in life or in death she is Thine.

We pray also for the other dear one who suffers with cancer. Thou knowest that need also. Visit that one with the same healing virtue that flows from Christ, and with the same sustaining grace.

Comfort also the husbands and families who watch and wait and pray. Keep this pastor and his wife steadfast, and establish them in every good word and work, that even in affliction they may glorify Thee.

We ask not as those who demand, but as those who trust Thy perfect will, believing that Thou canst comfort to purpose and that Thy grace is sufficient. Let Thy will be done, and let Christ be magnified in our bodies, whether by life or by death. We ask in the precious name of Jesus our Lord, who bore our sicknesses and carried our sorrows. Amen.

We are praying for this pastor's wife who is suffering with stage thyroid cancer that has spread to her lungs, and for her husband as he cares for her while continuing to serve the Lord. We bring before God her burning skin, the painful lump on her leg, the numbness in her fingers and toes, the ongoing nausea, weight loss and great weakness, and the fear and exhaustion that comes after nearly dying and then growing worse again. We ask the Lord in His mercy to have compassion on her, to ease her pain, to give wisdom to her doctors, to strengthen her body, and if it is His will, to bring healing and restore her strength. Above all we pray that she and her husband would know the nearness of Christ in this trial and be upheld by His grace day by day.

Scripture reminds us that when we share in one another's sufferings we also share comfort through our mutual faith, and that our comfort becomes encouragement to others. Your love and prayer for them is itself a comfort, as you consider their sufferings your own. We also remember that Christ Himself, the captain of our salvation, was made perfect through sufferings, and He is not distant from our pain but entered into it to bring us to glory. He knows weakness and affliction, and He gives sufficient comfort to those who trust in Him. We pray that this dear sister and her husband, who have so faithfully led many to Christ and shared the gospel with many people, will experience that long suffering patience which God gives, which guards the soul like a shelter and keeps it steady when unexpected hardships fall upon it.

We are also praying for the other person you mentioned who has cancer, that God would show mercy, provide care and strength, and draw them close to Himself through Jesus Christ our Lord, in whom alone is salvation.
