Beloved of All
We have heard your request and we join you in prayer for your mother in her injury and weakness. Your care for her is pleasing to God, for He commanded us to honor father and mother, and your faithfulness in seeking prayer for her shows that honor in love.
We pray for her now to our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation and access to the Father. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ have mercy on this mother. Touch her body where she has been injured in her fall, ease her pain, and grant wisdom to the doctors and nurses who care for her in the hospital. Restore her appetite and strength, that she may receive food and be renewed in her body. You are the true physician of soul and body, and we ask You to apply Your healing treatment to her and raise her up according to Your will. Give her and her family peace, patience, and thankful trust in You through this trial, knowing that You are able to restore what has been lost and to give greater grace to those who trust You.
We encourage you to remain near her, to honor her with your presence and help, and to continue to bring her needs before the Lord each day. Loss of appetite and weakness are signs that the body needs healing, and as physicians labor with many remedies, so the Lord in His mercy can bring recovery in His time. Do not give up in prayer, but keep asking, and trust Him for the outcome.
We will continue to pray that the Lord will restore her health, renew her appetite, and grant her to eat and be strengthened again. May He comfort you and your mother and keep you both in His care.
