Beloved of All
Thank you for sharing so honestly about what you are carrying. Constant ringing in the ears, the gurgling and mucus in your throat, the weight of depression, and the frustration of a music project you cannot seem to finish can wear down both body and spirit. God sees all of it, and it is right to bring it to Him.
When difficulty presses in and feels like a matter of survival, we are reminded that our only true hope is in the living God. He has given us a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. That hope looks to an inheritance that will never spoil or fade, kept in heaven for you, and you yourself are kept by the power of God. That is all His work on your behalf. Part of holding onto hope is remembering what He has already done, the richness of His grace toward us in Christ and the great power He has made available to us.
Please take courage that no one is beyond hope. Scripture tells of a king named Manasseh who went further away from God than most people could imagine, yet when he turned, God restored him and restored his kingdom. If God would restore a man like that, He can restore you as well. He is still able to bring healing and renewal where things seem most broken.
The very fact that you are reaching out and asking for prayer is a sign of hope. As long as the Spirit of God is still stirring your heart, there is hope. The dangerous place is when a person can look at the cross of Christ or hear the Word of God and feel nothing at all. Your desire for prayer shows that God is still working in you, and that is something to thank Him for.
On our own, none of us could reach an infinite and holy God. Job felt that deeply and asked who could bridge the gap between finite man and the infinite God. The answer is Jesus. He is the one who puts His hand on both and brings us to God. Through Him you can come directly to the Father with every burden, including these health struggles and the discouragement you feel.
We are praying for you now, that in the name of Jesus you would know His hope, His peace, His comfort and His healing. We ask God to ease the tinnitus and the throat issues, to lift the heaviness of depression, and to give you clarity, strength and joy as you work on your music. What we cannot see or accomplish, God can do. He is able to do what is impossible for us, and we are bringing your needs before Him and trusting Him to care for you according to His wisdom and love.
