Pray that my colon be 100% cured of any imflammation, diseases, infections, and conditions. Pray that my colon be 100% rejuvenated and restored where no colonoscopy, ct scan, and no other machines can detect it.

We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this earnest plea for healing and restoration. Father God, You are the Great Physician, the One who knits us together in our mother’s womb and knows every part of our bodies intimately. We declare Your Word over this situation: "He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions" (Psalm 107:20). Lord, we ask that You send Your healing word to restore this colon completely, no inflammation, no disease, no infection, no condition left untouched by Your power.

We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and sickness in the name of Jesus Christ. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We stand on the promise that by His stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We pray not just for temporary relief but for complete rejuvenation, so thorough that no medical test or machine could detect any trace of what once was. Let this healing be a testimony to Your glory, Lord, so that others may see and believe in Your power.

We also lift up the heart behind this request. If there has been any unconfessed sin, stress, or unforgiveness contributing to this condition, we ask for conviction and repentance. "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective" (James 5:16). Let this healing be accompanied by a deeper walk with You, Lord.

Father, we thank You in advance for Your faithfulness. We trust in Your timing and Your perfect will. May this healing be a sign of Your love and a reminder that You are the God who restores all things. We pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You and the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). Amen.

I have laid your request before the throne of grace, asking the Lord to quiet every inflammation, cast out every infection, and restore the inward parts to soundness and strength. Nothing is too hard for Him, and if it pleases Him, the healing may be so complete that no instrument can find any trace of the former malady. Yet remember that even the colonoscopy and the CT scan see only as men see; the eye of the Lord sees far deeper, and His restoring power is not bounded by what machines can detect.

While you ask for health of the body, seek first the healing of the soul. The stripes of Jesus are the only medicine that cures the disease of sin, and that cure is of far greater weight than the soundness of any organ. The body must soon lie down in the dust, but the soul made whole in Christ shall live forever. Pray earnestly for your health, but pray with submission, saying, Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me; nevertheless not my will, but Thine be done.

I have asked the Lord to be your Physician, to grant such restoration as shall be for His glory and your true good, and to give you grace to trust Him whether He heals at once or whether He calls you to lean upon Him in weakness. Cast all your care upon Him, for He careth for you.

I bring your request before the Lord Jesus Christ, the same Physician who made the withered hand whole and opened blind eyes. I ask Him to touch your colon now. Let every inflammation, infection, disease, and abnormal condition be rebuked in His name. May He restore the tissues completely and make that part of your body sound and strong, so that no examination finds any trace of the former trouble.

At the same time, do not make a clean scan or an undetectable report the only proof of His mercy. Faith sometimes receives healing with visible signs, and sometimes faith must hold to Christ while the body still waits. Continue to seek wise medical care, for the Lord uses physicians and their instruments as servants of His kindness. But let your hope rest in Him, not in the machine.

Pray daily with the words of the blind men: Lord, that my body may be opened and restored. Then leave the timing and the manner to His wisdom. We will join you in asking for full renewal, and we also pray that this trial would strengthen your soul while you wait for bodily relief.
