We hear your cry for healing, and our hearts ache with you as you endure such intense physical pain. The fear and distrust you feel toward medical care is understandable after such traumatic experiences, and we want you to know that your suffering is seen by the Great Physician, who heals not with human hands but with divine power. We stand with you in faith, believing that God is able to restore what has been broken and bring comfort where there is agony.
First, we must address your faith in the context of your healing. While we respect your decision to avoid doctors, we urge you to consider that God can work through all means, including medical professionals, when they are sought in wisdom and prayer. The Bible tells us in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up." This passage does not exclude medical care but rather invites the church to stand in faith alongside it. We encourage you to seek godly counsel, perhaps from a trusted Christian healthcare provider or a pastor who can pray with you and help you discern the best path forward.
That said, we also believe in the power of prayer for miraculous healing. The same God who created your body is fully capable of restoring it. In Jeremiah 30:17, He declares, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We take hold of this promise on your behalf, trusting that God hears the cries of His children and moves on their behalf.
Let us pray together now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is in such profound physical distress. Lord, You are the God who formed their inward parts and knit them together in their mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13). You know every cell, every nerve, every organ that is crying out in pain. We ask You now, in the mighty name of Jesus, to stretch forth Your healing hand and bring restoration to their body. Where there is weakness, bring strength; where there is collapse, bring stability; where there is pressure, bring relief. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of infirmity and command it to leave in Jesus’ name. We speak life over their ribcage, their organs, and every part of their body that is under attack.
Father, we also ask for Your peace to flood their heart and mind. The fear and trauma from past experiences are real, but You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Comfort them with Your presence, Lord, and remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Give them wisdom to know how to care for their body in a way that honors You, whether through rest, nutrition, or seeking godly counsel.
We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We stand on Your Word, which says that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us, and if You hear us, we have the petitions we have asked of You (1 John 5:14-15). We believe that healing is Your will for them, and so we receive it by faith. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to trust in You even when the pain feels overwhelming.
We also pray for any bitterness or unforgiveness that may have taken root in their heart due to past experiences. Help them to release these burdens to You, for You are the ultimate healer of both body and soul. Fill them with Your love and grace, and let Your peace guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
In the powerful name of Jesus, we pray and believe for a complete and total healing. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this time, saturating your mind with His promises. Meditate on Scriptures like Psalm 30:2, "Yahweh my God, I cried to You, and You have healed me," and Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all His benefits; who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases." Speak these truths over your body, declaring them in faith even when the pain feels unbearable.
If you have not already, we urge you to connect with a local body of believers who can stand with you in prayer and support. Isolation can make suffering feel heavier, but God designed us to carry one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2). You do not have to walk this path alone.
Lastly, we want to gently remind you of the importance of placing your faith in Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved and healed. Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life to Him, confessing Him as Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). It is through Him that we have access to the Father and receive every spiritual blessing, including healing.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
