We lift up your son before the throne of grace, asking for the Lord’s healing touch to cover him physically, mentally, and spiritually. The Word of God declares in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh.* We stand on this promise, believing that the Great Physician is at work even now, knitting together what is broken and restoring what has been lost.
Father, we ask for strength to rise within him, for Isaiah 40:31 reminds us that *"those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."* Let this truth take root in his heart so that he may walk in the endurance and hope that only You provide.
We also pray for Your perfect peace to guard his heart and mind, as Philippians 4:7 assures us: *"And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* May he experience the deep, unshakable peace that comes from trusting in You alone.
Lord, we rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and despair that may be attempting to take hold of him. In the name of Jesus, we command these things to flee, for 2 Timothy 1:7 tells us, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* Let Your power be made perfect in his weakness, and let Your love be the foundation upon which he stands.
We also encourage you, as his parent, to continue covering him in prayer and speaking life over him. Proverbs 18:21 says, *"Death and life are in the power of the tongue; those who love it will eat its fruit."* Declare God’s promises over him daily, and trust that the Lord hears your cries.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the healing that is already on the way. We trust in Your timing and Your perfect will for his life. May Your name be glorified through his restoration, and may he come to know You more deeply through this season. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
