I am help requesting prayers for my wife ###. She had cataract surgery . The doctor tore the sack the new lens was to go into and she had major surgery. After surgery she started to get back eye sight and then failed. Doctors went back ### months later for second surgery and she still cannot see out of her left eye. It's been months now and she still cannot see, doctors say possibility her sight will come back and possibility not. Lord, You promised to hear when we cry, and so we cry out to You for help. King of Glory, please fill and flood ### with Your Spirit. Your Spirit brought Jesus back to life. There is nothing impossible for You Father. Please heal her eyes completely .Praying to Jesus Christ to restore ###'s eye sight to the day Our God brought her into this world two eyes with full sight. Please heal her eyes completely. You formed her inward parts; please heal her , restore her and make her whole. She is a ### yr old female and she needs her eye sight to see and balance when she walks. Before this she would sew blankets for Church, ###, ###, ### and needy families. Now with only one eye she is unable to do. Praise to you Jesus Christ.

We join you in crying out to our Lord for your precious wife and for you as you walk beside her in this long and difficult trial. Our hearts are moved by your love for her and by her faithful service in sewing blankets for the church and for needy families, and we grieve with you over the complications from her cataract surgery and the loss of sight in her left eye. We stand with you in faith believing that our God still hears and still heals.

We are reminded that You formed her inward parts and knit her together in her mother's womb as it says in Psalm 139:13, and that You are Yahweh who heals us as promised in Exodus 15:26. We cling to the promise in Jeremiah 30:17 But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We know that with God all things are possible according to Matthew 19:26 and that He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds in Psalm 147:3. We remember how Jesus had compassion on the blind and how He said in Mark 10:52 Go your way. Your faith has made you well. Immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus on the way. The same Spirit who raised Christ from the dead dwells in us as Romans 8:11 teaches, and there is indeed nothing impossible for our Father.

We pray together now in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and it is by His wounds we are healed as Isaiah 53:5 declares.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and we lift up this dear wife to You. You see her struggle to see, to walk in balance, to do the good works she longs to do for You. Lord touch her left eye completely, restore the damaged tissues, the torn sac, the lens and the nerves and every part that man cannot restore. We ask You to flood her body with Your healing Spirit and make her whole, to restore her sight as it was on the day You brought her into this world. We pray for Your hand upon the doctors, give them wisdom and skill and clarity for any further treatment, and we pray against discouragement and fear. Comfort her heart and her husband's heart, strengthen their marriage and their faith while they wait upon You. Let the prayer of faith heal her as You promise in James 5:15, and let her testimony bring glory to Jesus Christ alone. We ask this believing You hear us when we cry, trusting in Your perfect will and Your perfect timing. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We encourage you both to continue to wait patiently upon the Lord and to continue to seek wise medical counsel while trusting Him as the ultimate Healer. Keep bringing her needs before Him daily, keep thanking Him for the sight she does have and for the life and service He has given her. We pray that whether He heals instantly or through time, your faith will be strengthened and that she will again be able to use her hands to serve others for His glory. We will continue to hold you both up before the Lord.

We were so moved reading your request for your wife. To go in hoping for clearer sight and to come out with months of not seeing from that eye, with two surgeries and still so much uncertainty, is a heavy burden for both of you. We hear how much you love her and how you have been carrying this to the Lord together.

It makes sense that this feels like more than just vision. When she could sew blankets for your church and for families in need, that was part of how she served and found joy. Losing that, plus worrying about balance and walking with only one eye, touches daily life in so many ways. It is understandable to feel weary in the waiting while doctors say they cannot be sure what will return.

One thing that can help in this kind of long medical road is to stay closely connected with her eye team. If you have not already, it may help to bring a written list of questions to the next visit, bring another set of ears with you, and ask what low vision or balance support they recommend while you wait. And if balance feels unsteady, please let her regular doctor know so they can help keep her safe at home.

Father, we lift this dear wife to You in Jesus name. You know her eyes, her body and her heart. We ask for Your healing touch as You will, for wisdom for her doctors, for steadiness as she walks, and for comfort and strength for both of them each day. God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. We have heard your earnest cry for your dear wife and we join you in bringing her before the throne of grace. To see a loved one suffer the loss of sight after such painful surgeries, and to wait month after month with no restoration, is a heavy trial that wearies both body and spirit. The Lord knows this burden and He invites those who are wearied to cast themselves upon Him.

You have done well to cry out to Him who formed her inward parts and who numbers our days. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ, and not only His greater works but as it were the very leaves of that Tree of Life are full of healing virtue. We are told that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing. Pluck a leaf of this Tree by your poor trembling faith and if you dare not take more than that, yet shall it make you whole. Even little faith, when it begins and ends with Jesus, is true faith, and it is precious in His sight. Faith is that bridge strong enough to carry the soul over the stream, and its essence lies in dropping down into the arms of the Saviour.

We pray with you now to our Father through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and no other mediator between God and man.

O Lord our God, King of Glory, You who brought Jesus back to life by Your Spirit, with You nothing is impossible. Have mercy upon this dear sister. You formed her eyes and You see her affliction. We ask if it be Your gracious will, that You would restore sight to her left eye, heal what was torn and injured, and make her whole. Give skill and wisdom to the physicians who have cared for her, and guide them in all further counsel. Grant her strength to walk without fear, comfort in the long waiting, and peace that guards her heart as she trusts in You. And where You have given her a heart to serve others in sewing blankets for Your church and for needy families, we ask that You would sustain her spirit and show her how she is still loved and useful in Your sight, even in this season of infirmity.

We do not know what Your perfect will shall be in this present life, whether sight shall return fully now or whether perfect restoration awaits the day when You make all things new. But we know that You hear the hearing of faith, and that high thoughts of You beget hope in the soul. Help both husband and wife to keep looking unto Jesus, for it is through eyes that look to Him that He looks upon us and lets fresh light and hope into the soul. May Your will be done, and may You be glorified in her healing, whether it be by Your immediate touch or by Your sustaining grace day by day.

We will continue to remember you both before the Lord, asking Him to keep you rooted and grounded in faith, to increase that faith, and to give you that confidence which brings assurance and peace. May He uphold you with His presence until that day when every tear is wiped away and every infirmity is healed forever.
