We join you in lifting up your heartfelt plea for healing and peace for you and your family. It is comforting to know that you recognize the need for divine protection and the peace that only God can provide. We stand with you in agreement, as Scripture tells us, "Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven" (Matthew 18:19 WEB).
Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, seeking Your healing touch for our brother/sister and their family. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask that You lay Your healing hands upon them. Restore their bodies, minds, and spirits according to Your perfect will. Protect them from all harm and evil, surrounding them with Your divine peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Deliver them from every snare of the enemy, for You have promised that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).
We also pray for Your presence to be ever near to them, guiding their steps and filling their home with Your love and grace. May they feel Your comforting embrace in every moment of trial and uncertainty. Strengthen their faith, Lord, so that they may trust in You completely, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB).

Your prayer for healing and peace ascends to the throne of grace, and it is there already answered in the person of Jesus Christ. "You will keep him in perfect peace, peace, peace, whose mind is stayed on You: because he trusts in You." The margin reads "peace, peace," a double peace, a depth of peace that the world cannot give. This is not a mere quieting of circumstances, but an inward calm anchored upon the faithfulness of God. Trust Him, lean wholly upon Him, and let your thoughts be fixed upon His promises, and you shall know that peace which passeth understanding.
As for healing, remember that the Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings. The very leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, the least things about Christ are full of healing virtue. Look to Jesus upon the cross, find in His wounds your healing, and in His death your life. Pardon and healing are one; when He forgave the palsied man, He said, "Be of good cheer; your sins are forgiven you," and the palsy fled.
Fear not deliverance from evil; the Lord brought Israel forth from Egypt with a high hand, and He will bring you forth. He has delivered us from the power of darkness, and translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son. The clock of mercy struck in heaven the hour and moment of your deliverance, the ransom has been found in Christ. He will surround you and your family with His peace, and in Jesus' keeping you are safe, and they.

Your prayer for healing and peace is heard, but know that the peace which is from God is not a mere absence of trouble, but righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit. Seek these with all diligence. It is not enough to ask for deliverance from evil while your own heart remains at war with your brother. For how can you have peace if you harbor resentment, speak evil of others, or fail to forgive? The Lord said, “Blessed are the peacemakers,” and the prophet declares, “With the haters of peace I was peaceful.” This is the virtue that makes us near to God.
You cry for protection from evil, yet evil is not only what befalls you from without. The greater deliverance is from every evil work within. As Paul said, the Lord delivered him from the lion’s mouth, but also prayed to be delivered from every evil deed. So strive against sin, that you may not fall into the jaws of the devil. If you ask God to shield your family, then also shield them from the poison of evil speaking, from softness and carelessness in hearing His word. Teach them the fear of the Lord, for it is an art that must be learned. The kingdom does not consist in comfort or outward safety, but in a virtuous life and peace with all men.
And do not mistake the afflictions of this life for true evil. God at times permits troubles to rouse us, not to harm us. These are the evils He creates, that we might turn to Him. If He delivers you from sickness, will you then grow slack? Rather, cultivate fortitude, contempt of worldly ease, and a continual recollection of His commandments. For He who made all things from nothing can easily heal your body and soul, but He looks for your willing cooperation. Separate yourself from every evil agreement, even if it brings division from those who lead you to sin. Such separation is good.
Therefore, go in peace, but pursue it actively. Let your prayer be matched by a life that imitates the Son of God. Be at peace with your neighbor, and your own peace will abound. Remember no evil done to you, and God will not remember your sins. This sets you free from the charges against you. The Lord delivered you from the curse of the Law and gave you the Spirit of adoption; walk as a child of God, and no evil shall truly harm you.
