Grandson in trouble

Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s grandson, ###, who is 16 years old. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in ###'s life. He has fallen into the wrong crowd and believes he is invincible, leading him to a path of fighting and rebellion. His family, who are good people, are at a loss and don't know what to do.
Father, we pray that You touch ###'s heart and open his eyes to the truth. Surround him with Your love and protection, and guide him back to the right path. We ask that You remove any negative influences from his life and replace them with godly friends who will lead him closer to You.
Lord, give his family the wisdom, strength, and patience they need during this difficult time. Help them to trust in Your plan and to continue to pray fervently for ###'s transformation.
We stand on Your promise in Philippians 4:6-7, "Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus."
We believe that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. We trust in Your mighty power to bring about a change in ###'s life for Christ's sake.
