We understand your concern for your daughter ###, and we join you in prayer that she may find the strength and wisdom to leave this toxic relationship. We stand on God's word, which encourages us to "flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin that a man commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body." Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up ### in prayer. Lord, we ask that You grant her the discernment to recognize the toxicity in her relationship and the courage to walk away from it. We pray that You surround her with godly influences and support, guiding her towards relationships that honor and glorify You.
Lord, we also pray for her significant other, that they may come to know You and turn away from any harmful behavior. We ask that You heal any wounds and brokenness in both of their hearts, and that Your will be done in their lives.
Father, we thank You for Your unfailing love and mercy. We claim Your promise that "if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature. Old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new." (2 Corinthians 5:17, WEB) We trust that You can bring beauty from ashes and turn any situation around for the good of those who love You.
We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
