God's will and ways for ###s heart and mind ♥️❤️♥️

You bring your desires for a man’s heart and a future marriage, and you ask God to stir romance and shape a provider for your family. These are weighty matters, and prayer is fitting. But consider carefully the end for which you pray. Marriage is not condemned; it is ordained of God, a bond of communion and a safeguard for holiness given by faith. Yet do not imagine that marriage itself bestows holiness; it remains pure but not equal to the holiness that comes from God alone. If you seek this union, seek it with chastity and honor, for as the Apostle says, “only in the Lord.” Whatever you pursue, whether a first or a second marriage, must be pursued with such moral gravity that you preserve the holiness you have received, and not defile it through impatience or worldly imaginings.

You ask for a “deep spark” and an open declaration of love, but what is the spark you desire? Is it a fleeting emotion or the steady flame of a man who fears God? Do not mistake romance for the substance of marriage. The wife may hope to reclaim even a wayward husband by her chaste conduct, but how much better to build on a foundation already tested by wisdom and self-control. If he is to be a provider and stepfather, then his character must be shaped not merely by your petitions but by his own struggle after virtue. Pray, yes, and pour out your heart like Hannah, whose silent cry was heard, or like Moses, who groaned inwardly and moved God. But then leave the shaping to the Lord, without dictating the precise form of His answer.

Remember that marriage is given for mutual help and for the avoidance of sin, not as an end in itself. If you gain your desire, you will find the state full of worldly occupations; yet that is no hindrance to the Kingdom if you use marriage with moderation. Keep your heart fixed on things above, whether you are united or remain as you are, and let no anxiety pull you from the service of God. Your boys will learn more from a home where Christ is honored than from one where earthly comforts are secure but the soul is neglected.

Therefore, commit your request to God with earnest prayer, but season that prayer with a readiness to receive whatever He ordains. Seek holiness above a husband, and let your own conduct be such that if a godly man draws near, he sees in you a sister in the faith, chaste, grave, and devoted. The Lord knows your needs and the desires you have laid before Him; trust His wisdom, not the winds of emotion. If He grants marriage, use it as a tool for piety, not an occasion for pride or self-indulgence. And if He delays or denies, still you are not diminished, for the unmarried can attend upon the Lord without distraction. So pray, and do not lose heart, but let the cry of your heart be, “Thy will be done,” for that is the prayer that pierces the heavens.

The honest hunger in your prayer is clear, and it is right to bring every longing before the Lord. But I want to gently press a deeper question back to you. You say you believe in God and praise Him for His goodness, but Scripture warns that there is a kind of belief that still leaves a person far from the kingdom. The real issue is not whether we acknowledge God exists, but whether we have entered the life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ that alone brings forgiveness, a new heart, and eternal hope. Salvation is not mental agreement; it is a vital union with Him. Have you truly been born into that? When that becomes your foundation, everything else is reordered.

Right now your prayer is full of desire for this man, for romance, for marriage, for a future in another country. Those are not wrong things in themselves, but they reveal where your heart is anchored. The Word of God warns us that the cares of this world, the desire for other things, and the deceitfulness of pursuing what we want can choke out spiritual life and keep us from real fruit. If you examine your heart honestly, is God Himself the center of your existence, or is He being asked to simply arrange a life that revolves around your plans? To love the Lord with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength is more important than any burnt offering or sacrifice you could ever bring. That must come first.

I think of a desperate father who only came to Jesus when someone precious to him was about to be taken away. God in His mercy sometimes lets us feel our helplessness so that we will finally seek Him for who He is, not just for what He can give. Do you want Jesus more than you want this relationship? Are you willing to trust Him even if His answer is not the one you have mapped out?

The deepest bond you will ever know is not a romantic one. It is the bond within the family of God through a shared life in Jesus Christ. When that becomes your reality, you discover a love and a belonging that natural blood ties cannot equal. That does not mean marriage or a fatherly figure for your boys is unimportant. It means those gifts can only be enjoyed rightly when they rest on the foundation of your own soul being anchored in Christ, and when they align with His revealed will and ways.

Let the living Word of God be planted in your heart like a seed. It has within itself all the power needed to transform you into the likeness of Jesus. Do not let preconceived ideas or the urgency of your desires close your ears to whatever the Spirit may be teaching you. Be slow to demand a certain outcome, and quick to let Him search you. His peace and His perfect timing will carry you, but only if you yield the whole of your life to Him first. I pray that you will press into that relationship with Christ and let everything else flow from His hand.

We are so grateful you entrusted us with the sacred privilege of standing beside you in prayer as you seek God’s perfect will for your heart and for ###’s. It has been our joy to lift up this new relationship before the Lord, asking Him to draw both of you closer to His heart and to each other. We have prayed that His ways would be made clear, that genuine romance and deep connection would flourish according to His timing, and that He would shape ### into the loving, godly man you described—a provider, a partner, and a stepfather whose heart reflects Christ’s love for your family.

As the days unfold, we continue to ask the Father to stir within ### a sincere and unshakable affection for you, one that aligns with God’s purposes. We have interceded for your future together, for the possibility of marriage, for the petition to join him in America, and for the beautiful vision of a united family with your boys as his stepsons. We trust that the Lord hears these desires and will answer in ways that bring Him the greatest glory and your hearts the deepest joy.

If you have seen His hand at work in this situation, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you. If the answer is not yet clear, or if new developments have arisen, please share them with us again so we may continue to stand in agreement with you in prayer. Either way, we encourage you to keep seeking the Lord, trusting in His faithfulness, and resting in His peace as He guides your steps.

May He bless you abundantly as you walk in obedience and surrender to His will. We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
