God's will and ways to ###'s heart and mind ♥️♥️♥️

Craurath

Servant of All
Heavenly Father,

Thank you for your goodness and for hearing my prayers. I praise you for opening this door and leading us to connect through our video call. Thank you for guiding our steps and bringing ### into my life.

Lord, I commit this new relationship into your hands. I ask that your will and your ways be done above all else. Please touch ###’s heart and mind. Make me his PRIORITY. Stir a genuine romance and a deep spark within him toward me. If it is your will, let this relationship grow deep and serious, to the point where he openly and out loud declares his love for me. I pray that he sees the value in me, feels a true connection, and views me as a perfect fit for his life.

I pray that you shape him into a man with the heart of a provider—someone who is kind, loving, and ready to be a wonderful partner to me and a loving stepdad to my boys. I ask that you make a way for him to visit me soon.

Father, I lay my deepest desires before you: our future together, marriage, a petition to join him in America, and a united family with my boys as his stepsons. I trust these dreams to your perfect timing and your perfect plan. Guide our steps, protect our hearts, and let your peace lead us every day.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear your heart’s longing and lift it before the Lord with sincerity, seeking His perfect will in every aspect of this relationship. First, we rejoice that you acknowledge Jesus in your prayer, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). Your desire for God’s will to be done is commendable, and we join you in praying that His ways prevail above all else.

However, we must gently address a few areas where your request leans more toward personal desires than biblical alignment. While it is natural to long for love and companionship, Scripture warns us against making another person the object of our focus or demanding that they prioritize us above all else. Jesus Himself taught that the greatest commandment is to love God with all our heart, soul, and mind, and the second is to love our neighbor as ourselves (Matthew 22:37-39). When we place expectations on someone to fulfill our emotional needs or declare love on our timeline, we risk idolizing the relationship rather than trusting God’s timing and design.

We also notice your prayer for a "genuine romance" and a "deep spark," which, while understandable, can sometimes lead to emotional dependency rather than godly discernment. The Bible calls us to pursue relationships that honor God, where both individuals are equally yoked in faith (2 Corinthians 6:14). Marriage is a sacred covenant between a man and a woman, designed to reflect Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). If this relationship is to grow, it must be rooted in mutual submission to God’s Word, not merely emotional or physical attraction.

Your desire for this man to be a provider, kind, and loving is biblical, as Scripture instructs men to love their wives as Christ loved the Church (Ephesians 5:25). However, we must also encourage you to examine whether your hopes for marriage and relocation are being submitted to God’s will or driven by personal urgency. The Lord’s timing is perfect, and His plans for you may look different than what you envision (Proverbs 19:21). Trusting Him means releasing control and allowing Him to work in both of your hearts.

We also want to gently address the mention of your boys and the hope for this man to become a stepfather. While blended families are a reality, Scripture places the responsibility of spiritual leadership on the husband and father (Ephesians 6:4). If this relationship is to move forward, it must be with the understanding that any man stepping into your life must be fully committed to leading your family in Christ, not just fulfilling an emotional or practical role.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, asking for Your wisdom and guidance in this situation. Lord, we lift up this relationship to You, asking that Your will be done in every detail. If this connection is of You, we pray that You would draw both hearts closer to You first and foremost. Shape this man into a godly leader, a man after Your own heart, who seeks You above all else. Soften his heart to Your truth and help him to see the value of a relationship that honors You.

Father, we ask that You guard this sister’s heart from idolatry or impatience. Help her to trust in Your timing and to seek Your face above any earthly relationship. If this man is not the one You have for her, give her peace and clarity to move forward in faith. If he is, prepare both of their hearts for the sacred covenant of marriage, rooted in mutual love for You.

Lord, we pray for the boys involved, that You would surround them with Your protection and love. If this relationship is to progress, raise up a man who will lead them in Your ways, teaching them to walk with You. We ask that You remove any obstacles to godly love and open doors for healthy, Christ-centered communication and growth.

Above all, Father, we pray that You would be glorified in this situation. May Your name be exalted, and may Your will be done. We trust You to write this story according to Your perfect plan, and we surrender our desires to You. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and studying His Word, allowing it to shape your desires and expectations. Relationships built on Christ are the only ones that will stand the test of time. If this man is not walking with the Lord, we urge you to prayerfully consider whether this is a path God would have you pursue. The Bible warns us not to be unequally yoked, for what fellowship has light with darkness? (2 Corinthians 6:14). Wait on the Lord, and He will direct your steps (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Thank you for sharing your heart with us. We’ve been praying with you about this new connection and the hopes you carry. It’s clear this matters deeply, not just to you, but to your boys as well, and we want to sit with you in that weight without rushing past it.

When a relationship begins with so much distance and so many hopes pinned on one person, it can feel like you have to hold everything together on your own. But you don’t. The same God who opened this door and guided your steps is still leading, and he isn’t nervous about the timeline you’re on. We’re praying with you for his will and his ways, and we’re also asking him to steady your heart right where you are, not just to bring you a future, but to be your peace today.

One thing we’d gently encourage as a next step: give yourself permission to let this grow at a pace that lets you actually see clearly. A video call can spark excitement and hope, but real-life patterns, over time, tell the true story of someone’s character. Especially when children are involved, and your boys are watching, and will one day be deeply affected by whomever you welcome into your life, it’s wise to move carefully, not out of fear, but out of love. Before you pour your whole heart into “perfect fit” language, let this man show you, in ordinary, unhurried ways, who he really is. That kind of patience isn’t a lack of faith; it’s wisdom with teeth.

Father, we come to you together for this woman and her sons. You see her longing for companionship, for a husband who will cherish her and a stepdad who will love her boys well. We ask for your clear direction. Give her a quiet confidence that rests in you, not in any human outcome. If this relationship is from you, help it grow in health, honesty, and appropriate timing. If it is not, redirect her gently and protect her heart. Grant her the courage to wait for what is real and lasting, and in the meantime, keep her sons secure in your care. In Jesus’ name, amen.

It is a great folly to count upon the future as though you could both propose and dispose. You have laid out many plans, yet the best-laid scheme must always bow to this humble clause, “If the Lord wills.” For there is a Divine will which governs all things, and ignorance of what is to come is a matter of fact. You may wish to go here or there, to buy and sell and gain, but do you think you can do as you like and that everything will fall out as you desire, without asking God’s consent? No, the Lord’s purposes stand fast, and the revealed will of God must never be violated by our impatience.

When you pray for this man’s heart to be stirred and for him to make you his priority, remember that salvation is of God’s will, and so is the softening of any human heart. Love to God never gets into a soul without God’s putting it there, and the genuine affection of one creature for another, in the bonds of marriage, is not a relationship of original merit, it is a work of the Spirit, changing the will and making men willing. True wedded life is sustained, cemented, strengthened, and made delightful by mutual love, but that love must be kindled from above. You cannot compel it by your prayers, however devout, nor by your anxieties. The Lord may indeed bring you together, or He may see fit to withhold; but in either case, His love to you is unchanging, if He caresses, it is love, and if He chastens, it is love. God is Love, and to His people nothing else but Love, infinite, boundless, eternal. So trust Him.

You speak of a “perfect fit” and a future in America with your boys. These desires are not wrong in themselves, but see to it that you do not grasp after them so tightly that you lose the great peace which comes from loving God’s Law. To love the Law is to cease from covetousness, and that is great peace. When we bring our minds into conformity with the will of God, the desire of our heart shall be granted to us, but that desire becomes what pleases Him, not what pampers self. Seek first to be God’s pupil, taught by His Spirit in the school of love, and then you will learn to say, “If the Lord wills,” with a glad and quiet heart.

You have laid your deepest desires before the throne, marriage, a united family, a fresh start. But remember, those who are truly His people have learned that God’s promises may tarry, yet they never fail. If He seems to delay, it is not forgetfulness. His love casts its eye upon your future, even when you cannot see the next step. Do not let Satan whisper doubts: “What right have you to hope?” Your imperfections and coldness of love are not grounds for despair, for Christ’s love was given to you with no appeals from your side; of His own free will He died for you. Therefore, love Him in return, and let that love be the deepest spark within you.

Be content to wait for the Lord to write your story. He who has made you with so much care will not break you; when you pass through the waters, He will be with you. And if, in His wisdom, He does not bring this man to visit, or if the relationship does not deepen as you dream, know that His love is still the axle of the universe. Your portion is not to scheme, but to submit. Say with all your heart, “My Man, to whom my soul is married, once and for all, I must love You and serve You till my life’s last breath.” Then, whether single or married, in America or elsewhere, you shall find that no good thing will He withhold from them that walk uprightly. The climax of His love is that He brings you near, even when you once wandered; and He will take vengeance on the Baals of unbelief that would steal your peace. Let your heart respond, “Your face, Lord, will I seek.” And in that seeking, all other needs shall be added, in His time and way.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You pour out many words asking for God's will, yet your heart is already full of specific desires: make him see you as his priority, stir a romance, bring a declaration of love, a visit, marriage, relocation to America. Do you not see the contradiction? You ask for His ways, but you have mapped out the path in detail. True prayer does not command God, but lays the soul bare before Him, trusting His wisdom above our own. The Apostle writes that we must be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that we walk worthily of the Lord and bear fruit in every good work. That is the comfort of Christians, not securing a particular earthly relationship.

Consider Abraham, who patiently endured after the promise and so obtained it. God’s timing is not ours, and His delays are meant to prove faith and cultivate humility. The head of virtue is a contrite and humble heart, which God does not despise. If you truly desire a godly marriage, seek first that inner beauty which wins His favor, rather than plotting how to capture a man’s affections through a video call. A stepfather for your boys would be a gift, but your first duty is to rear them in the fear of the Lord, trusting their true Father. Have you examined yourself: are you walking in purity and self-control, not letting your heart be carried away by distant hopes? Do not treat your faith as a means to gain earthly comforts; it is a call to take up your cross daily.

I do not condemn the desire for marriage, for it is honorable. But let it be sought with modesty, patience, and a full surrender to God’s will, even if that means waiting years or receiving a different lot. Your deepest longing must be for Christ Himself. When He alone is your priority and your comfort, you will find that all other things are added or replaced by His sufficient grace. Turn your prayers away from directing another’s heart and toward cleansing your own, that you may walk in every good work and word, pleasing Him who called you.

Your prayer lays out the deepest hopes of your heart, and that longing to be seen, loved, and brought into a secure family is something God cares about deeply. But notice how much of your request asks God to shape another persons heart and mind toward you, to make you his priority, to stir a specific romance and spark. That reaches for something only the Lord himself can truly supply in a way that will never fail.

A heart pressed into a narrow place reflects a bond that pulls in different directions. If this man does not share a living, life changing relationship with Jesus Christ, then no amount of longing on your part can create the oneness that a godly marriage requires. Light and darkness do not share fellowship, and righteousness cannot be unequally yoked with unrighteousness. A woman whose heart is set on a shepherd cannot be enticed by all the wealth and glitter Solomon could offer, because her affection already belongs to another. The question worth sitting before the Lord with is this: is your desire anchored in a shared love for the true Shepherd, or has the hope of what this man could become for you and your boys taken the first place?

The kind of love strong enough to face death and flood, the kind many waters cannot quench, is not something anyone can manufacture or earn. It cannot be bought, and trying to purchase it only cheapens it. That is the love Christ has for his people, and it becomes the model and source for a marriage. Agape love does not begin with romantic sparks, but with a heart that has been set free by the power of Jesus and now overflows toward others in deed and in truth. A home shaped by that love becomes a place of beauty and constant delight, not because every desire was met on our timeline, but because both hearts daily submit to the Lord and walk in obedience to his word.

Your prayer includes a petition for his heart to become that of a provider and a loving stepdad. That is a good desire, but the deeper need is whether he has passed from death to life by loving the family of God and knowing Christ firsthand. If someone claims to love God but does not truly love their brother in the Lord, the truth is not in them. A mans capacity to love you and your children sacrificially flows out of his relationship with Jesus, not out of potential you see in him.

Bring those dreams for a future together, marriage, and a united family back to the Father not as demands to be rushed, but as offerings examined in the light of his love. Ask him to search your own heart first: is there any love for the world or a desire to bypass his clear boundaries hiding there? Let his love fill your cup until it overflows, so that you can love him with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength. When that becomes your deepest priority, you can trust the Lord to handle every other longing in his perfect timing and his perfect way. Let your security rest not in whether this man declares his love out loud, but in the unchanging, everlasting love God has already declared over you through Christ. If this path is truly his will, he will confirm it without you needing to carry the weight of making it happen. If it is not, his love is strong enough to hold you and your boys and lead you into something far better than a narrow, pressured place.

We are so grateful you entrusted us with the privilege of standing with you in prayer as you seek God’s perfect will for this new relationship. It is a joy to lift up your heart’s desires before our Heavenly Father—your longing for His guidance, your hope for a deep and genuine connection, and your trust in His timing for your future together.

We continue to pray that God’s will and ways would be made clear in every step you take. May He soften hearts, align minds with His truth, and stir within both of you a love that reflects His own—selfless, pure, and steadfast. We ask the Lord to shape this relationship according to His purpose, drawing you both closer to Him and to one another. If it is His plan, may He deepen the bond between you, cultivate a romance rooted in Christ, and lead you toward the future He has prepared.

We also pray for wisdom and peace as you wait on the Lord. May He strengthen your faith, guard your heart from doubt or fear, and fill you with confidence in His promises. Whether He answers in ways you expect or in ways that surprise you, we trust He is working all things together for your good.

If God has already moved in this situation, we would love to hear your praise report so we can rejoice with you. If you are still waiting, we invite you to post this request again so we may continue to intercede on your behalf. Either way, we are here to stand with you in prayer, believing that God hears and answers according to His perfect love.

May He bless you abundantly as you seek Him, and may His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We pray all these things in Jesus’ name. Amen.
