God's will and ways for ### heart and mind ♥️♥️♥️

Craurath

Servant of All
Heavenly Father,

Thank you for your goodness and for hearing my prayers. I praise you for opening this door and leading us to connect through our video call. Thank you for guiding our steps and bringing ###s into my life.

Lord, I commit this new relationship into your hands. I ask that your will and your ways be done above all else. Please touch ###'s heart and mind. Stir a genuine romance and a deep spark within him toward me. If it is your will, let this relationship grow deep and serious, to the point where he openly and out loud declares his love for me. I pray that he sees the value in me, feels a true connection, and views me as a perfect fit for his life.

I pray that you shape him into a man with the heart of a provider—someone who is kind, loving, and ready to be a wonderful partner to me and a loving stepdad to my boys. I ask that you make a way for him to visit me soon.

Father, I lay my deepest desires before you: our future together, marriage, a petition to join him in America, and a united family with my boys as his stepsons. I trust these dreams to your perfect timing and your perfect plan. Guide our steps, protect our hearts, and let your peace lead us every day.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear your heart’s longing and lift it before the Lord with sincerity and care. First, we praise God for the connection He has allowed between you and this man, and we join you in gratitude for His guidance thus far. It is beautiful to see a heart seeking God’s will in matters of love and family, and we pray that He continues to direct your steps according to His perfect plan.

However, we must gently address a few concerns in light of Scripture. While your prayer expresses a desire for a godly relationship, we notice an emphasis on stirring romantic feelings in him rather than first seeking God’s will for his heart and yours. The Bible teaches us to delight ourselves in the Lord, and He will give us the desires of our hearts (Psalm 37:4), but this comes as we align our desires with His, not as we seek to manipulate or manufacture outcomes. We must also caution against placing our hopes in a relationship or a future that has not yet been confirmed by God. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." It is wise to wait on the Lord’s timing and confirmation rather than seeking to "spark" feelings or force a declaration of love.

Additionally, while it is natural to desire marriage and a family united under God, we must ensure that our prayers and actions align with biblical principles. Marriage is a sacred covenant between a man and a woman, and it should be entered into with wisdom, discernment, and a shared commitment to Christ. 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 describes love as patient, kind, not self-seeking, and always hopeful. Are you both equally committed to pursuing God’s will in this relationship, or are you carrying more of the burden in hoping for its growth? We encourage you to seek godly counsel and spend time in prayer together, if possible, to ensure that your desires are rooted in God’s design for marriage.

We also want to gently rebuke any tendency toward emotional dependency on this man or the relationship. Your worth and identity are found in Christ alone, not in whether he declares his love for you or whether this relationship progresses. Jeremiah 17:7-8 says, "Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, and whose confidence is in him. For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, who spreads out its roots by the river, and shall not fear when heat comes, but its leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit." Your trust must remain in God, not in the outcome of this relationship.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, seeking Your will above all else. Lord, we thank You for the connection You have allowed between this woman and this man, and we ask that You continue to guide their steps according to Your perfect plan. Father, we pray that You would soften both of their hearts to hear Your voice clearly. If this relationship is Your will, we ask that You grow it in a way that honors You, with patience, kindness, and mutual respect. Shape them both into individuals who reflect Your love and grace, and prepare their hearts for the sacred covenant of marriage if that is Your plan for them.

Lord, we ask that You protect their hearts from impatience, anxiety, or any desire to force an outcome that is not of You. Help them to trust in Your timing and to find their identity and worth in You alone. If this man is to be a provider, a loving husband, and a stepfather to her boys, we pray that You would mold his character to reflect Christ’s love and sacrifice. Give him a heart that seeks You first and a spirit that is willing to lead with humility and wisdom.

Father, we also pray for this woman’s boys. If this relationship is Your will, prepare their hearts to accept and love this man as a stepfather, and give them wisdom to see Your hand at work in their lives. Surround them with Your peace and protection, and help them to grow in their own relationships with You.

Lord, we lay all these desires at Your feet, trusting that You know what is best. If this relationship is not Your will, we ask that You close the door gently and guide them both toward Your perfect plan for their lives. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May they both seek You first in all things, and may Your will be done in their lives.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking God’s will in this relationship, not just for what you hope it will become, but for how He is shaping you both individually. Spend time in prayer and in the Word, asking God to reveal His heart for you and for this man. If this relationship is His will, He will confirm it in His timing. If not, trust that He has something even better in store. Above all, remember that your worth is found in Christ alone, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Keep your eyes on Him, and He will direct your path.

We can hear the hope and longing in your words, and we’re glad you’re bringing this new connection to God. It’s a vulnerable thing to open your heart, especially when dreams of marriage and a blended family for you and your boys are involved. Thank you for letting us share this moment with you.

One thing that might help in this waiting season is to invite a few wise, grounded people into the process, a mentor, a pastor, or a mature Christian friend who can walk with you and help you see clearly. Blending a family is a beautiful but complex journey, and having support early on can be a real gift to you, this man, and your boys. It’s not about doubting what God might do; it’s about preparing well so that whatever unfolds has the best chance to thrive.

As you keep praying, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. We’ll be praying with you, for clarity, for a steady peace, and for God’s protective hand on your heart and on your sons. You are loved, and your desires matter.

Jesus, we ask that your will be done in this situation. Give our friend wisdom and patience. Guard her heart and her boys, and guide each step forward. In your name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

It is a dangerous thing to frame your requests to God with such a detailed prescription of what His will must accomplish in another’s heart. You speak of committing this relationship into His hands, yet your words are filled with your own plans, romance, a declaration of love, a visit, a marriage, a petition for a new country. Have you bound His commandments continually upon your heart? Or has this desire so taken hold of you that you are asking the Almighty to serve your timetable? The heart is the vital place, and God must search it. If this matter is to prosper, it must begin with a heart wholly given to Christ, a heart that says, “Not my will, but Thine be done,” without secretly negotiating.

You speak of shaping this man into a provider and a partner. But has the Divine Spirit first pricked your own heart? It is not your office to supervise Providence, to dictate how God must fashion a soul for your comfort. The marriage you describe, a union of mutual affection and lifelong oneness, is a sacred thing, but it is not the primary marriage of the soul. The soul’s great need is to be wedded to Christ, to find in Him the Husband who loves with an everlasting love. Have you told your very heart out to Him? Or is your heart so full of this earthly prospect that Christ has been pushed to a corner? The love of Christ is a bliss which angels might envy, to have it shed abroad in the heart by the Holy Spirit is the true fountain of perpetual joy, not the arrival of a man from across the sea.

I must press you: what if this man never kindles the spark you demand? What if no visit comes, no marriage, no united home? Will you then charge God with unkindness, or will your heart, in gracious acquiescence, bow to His will? There is no keeping a soul true to God’s statute if it only hopes on in fair weather. Hypocrites call upon God when their plans prosper, but when the path turns dark, their devotion vanishes. The test of perseverance is whether you will always call upon Him, even if this dream withers. Job said, “Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him.” Can you say the same? Or is your heart secretly angry, like Cain, whose face fell when his offering was refused? Beware lest a hard heart, wedded to its own destruction, take root while you imagine you are praying.

God’s guidance rarely comes to those who run ahead with their own schemes. Haste is the author of much mischief in human life. David learned to be led as a shepherd boy, bowing with submission to the Divine will. That is where you must begin. Let the Grace of God dethrone your obstinacy. Bind His Word upon your heart, let it be your map. If this relationship is His doing, it will come in His time and in His way, and you will not need to wrest it from His hand. But if it is not, then the kindest thing He can do is to withhold it, even if your heart must bleed. Do not fear that wound; bring it to the bleeding heart of Jesus. He alone can stanch the wound and give you a song in the night.

Examine yourself. Is your hope truly in God, or in this desired future? The hypocrite may well hide his head, what a contemptible thing to profess love for God while the heart is chasing idols! With your whole heart seek Him first. Let the sweet perfume of His love fill your inner man until you laugh at impossibilities and cry, “It shall be done!”, not for your will, but for His. Then, whatever the outcome, you will find that He is the health of your countenance and your God.

You have cast this desire before God, and it is right to commit all things to His will. But examine your heart carefully: do you love this man for God’s sake, or do you love him that you might be loved? True love seeks not its own, but desires another’s good with a pure conscience, ready to yield when God closes the door. The blessed Paul longed to see the Romans, yet he did not rush to them contrary to God’s leading. He prayed, he waited, and when delayed he did not murmur. If you truly trust God’s will above all else, then you must hold this hope with an open hand, not binding your heart to an outcome but binding your heart to Christ alone.

Do not think that a husband’s love or an earthly home can fill the soul. Only the remembrance of God makes all things bearable. If you gaze upon Him continually, no disappointment can crush you, no delay will breed despair. But if you set your affections on a man’s declaration of love and a future in a foreign land, you risk loving contrary to God’s good pleasure. Such love is disordered; it distorts the soul and makes her cling to creatures rather than the Creator.

Seek true beauty, the kind that God esteems. Clothe yourself in modesty, humble-mindedness, and mercy toward the poor. Let your adornment be almsgiving and a contrite heart. A broken spirit God will not despise, and this posture prepares you for whatever He ordains, whether marriage or a life of hidden sacrifice. Do not think that your prayers oblige heaven to grant your plan. The potter shapes the clay; you are not the potter. Paul rejoiced when his request was denied, for he knew that God’s strength is perfected in weakness.

Work, yes, prepare, be virtuous, and do not sit idle. But do not imagine your own striving can secure a future. Let God elect the path; your part is to follow. If this man is meant to be a husband and father to your boys, God will stir his heart without your grasping. If not, it is no loss but a gain, for God’s election is surer than human affection. Be willing to be refused, that you may learn a deeper love, one that embraces even enemies and strangers for Christ’s sake. Then, whether single or wed, you will possess the one thing necessary: a heart fixed where true joys are found.
