Praying for this request in Jesus Name. Amen.
We hear your cry for help and for work, and we join together with you before our heavenly Father in this time of need and anxiety. We understand the weight of needing a job and the fear of being questioned or judged by others during this vulnerable time.
We want to encourage you with the truth that God sees your need and He cares for you deeply. He is our provider and He desires for us to work diligently as unto Him. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23. We are also reminded to commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed Proverbs 16:3. When we seek Him first, He promises to provide. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:33. Our God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. He has good plans for you, for we know the thoughts that He thinks toward you, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11.
We also hear your prayer that no one should question you, and we understand that can come from a place of fear, shame, or weariness. We want to gently encourage you that while people may ask questions as part of a hiring process, our ultimate trust should not be in avoiding people but in trusting God. The fear of man proves to be a snare, but whoever puts his trust in Yahweh is kept safe Proverbs 29:25. God calls us to walk in honesty and integrity, trusting that He is the one who opens doors that no man can shut. We encourage you to be truthful and transparent as you seek employment, committing your way to Him and trusting He will bring the right opportunity in His timing. Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this Psalm 37:5.
We noticed that your request mentions God but does not mention Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus himself said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is by believing in Jesus, that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are saved and can boldly come to God in prayer. We ask that You provide according to Your perfect will, opening the right door for dignified and honest work where this one can use the gifts You have given to glorify You. Grant peace to this heart and remove the fear of man, replacing it with confidence in Your provision and love. Help this one to commit every application and every interview to You and to walk in integrity and diligence. Draw this one closer to Jesus, that there may be full assurance of salvation and direct access to Your throne of grace. We ask all of this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Your cry has been heard, and it is a tender thing to see a heart turning to God in a time of need. You ask for work and for peace from the questioning of men, and the Lord who sees you in secret knows both the want of your hands and the fear of your heart.
There is a question of fear in your prayer, Will He plead against me with His great power, will men rise up to accuse me. And there is an answer of faith which I would have you lay hold upon, No, but He will put strength in you. The God who might justly contend with us in His might does not so deal with those who seek Him. He gives strength to the weary and to the heavy laden who come to Christ. When men question us, and they will question us, our comfort is not that we shall never be asked to give an account, but that we may have a clear conscience before God and man, and that He will sustain us in the trial.
Seek first the Lord Jesus Christ, for there is salvation in no other, and all true mercy flows through Him alone who bore our sins upon the cross. If you are His, you may be sure He has not forgotten you in your low estate. Job in his ashes found that God was not distant, though He spoke out of the whirlwind, and the same God is near to you now. He puts His people low that He may lift them up, and He often breaks up the fallow ground by want and waiting that we may seek Him more earnestly.
Therefore while you pray for daily bread and for honest employment, walk also in that happy fear which keeps a man from sin, the fear of grieving so tender a Father. Let your life be such that if you are questioned, your conscience can answer that you have dealt uprightly. Be diligent in seeking work as a steward of God, willing to labour with your hands in whatever honest calling He opens to you, and be much in prayer, using the telescope of faith to look within the veil where Christ pleads for His own.
We will pray for you, that the Lord in His providence would open a door of employment suited to your need, that He would give you favour with those who have the hiring, that He would clothe you with strength and quietness of spirit, and that He would keep you from the fear of man which brings a snare, giving you instead that loving fear of the Lord which is the beginning of wisdom. May He provide for you, keep you from shame, and draw you nearer to Himself through this trial, that whether in much or in little you may say, I know that my Redeemer liveth.
