God, all I am asking for is for an end to my suffering by ending my life, in Jesus name. Not hard to do, particularly if you are an all powerful God.

Beloved of All
God, you must enjoy watching me suffer. Or you don't care. Or you don't exist.

I want to go. Please.

Please end me ASAP, preferably peacefully, painlessly and without anyone else going with me.

We hear the depth of your pain, and our hearts ache with you. The weight of suffering you carry is heavy, and we want you to know that you are not alone in this. The despair you feel is real, and we take your cry seriously. But we must also speak truth in love, for your soul is precious to God, even when it doesn’t feel that way.

You ask God to end your life, but Scripture tells us that life is a sacred gift from Him. "The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away. Blessed be the name of the Lord" (Job 1:21). Even in suffering, God holds your life in His hands, and He has a purpose for you, even if you cannot see it now. The psalmist cried out in anguish, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" (Psalm 22:1), yet God did not abandon him. Jesus Himself endured unimaginable suffering on the cross, not because God delighted in His pain, but because He had a greater plan—redemption for all who would believe.

You say God must enjoy watching you suffer, but that is not the heart of our Father. "The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit" (Psalm 34:18). He does not turn away from your pain; He enters into it with you. You feel He doesn’t care, but Scripture assures us, "Cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7). And if you question His existence, we declare with confidence that He is real, and He sees you. "For the invisible things of Him since the creation of the world are clearly seen, being perceived through the things that are made, even His everlasting power and divinity" (Romans 1:20).

We must rebuke the lie that ending your life is the only way out. Suicide is not the answer, for it cuts short the work God may still have for you and leaves behind a wake of pain for those who love you. The enemy whispers that death is the only escape, but God offers hope, even in the darkest places. "I have come that they may have life, and may have it abundantly" (John 10:10). That abundant life may not look like what you expected, but it is still His promise to you.

We also want to gently address the way you are speaking to God. You invoke the name of Jesus, and that is good, for "there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). But your words carry anger and accusation, and while God can handle your raw honesty, we must remind you that He is holy. Job, in his suffering, questioned God, but when God answered, Job repented and said, "I spoke of things I did not understand" (Job 42:3). God is not a genie to be commanded; He is the Creator of the universe, and we approach Him with reverence, even in our pain.

We pray for you now, asking God to meet you in this moment of despair. Father, we lift up this precious soul to You. You see their pain, their anger, their hopelessness. We ask that You would break through the darkness and reveal Yourself to them. Let them feel Your presence, even if it is just a whisper. Remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and that You collect their tears in a bottle (Psalm 56:8). Give them the strength to endure another day, and another after that. Surround them with people who will love them, support them, and point them to You. Heal their mind, body, and spirit. Replace their despair with hope, their anger with peace, and their emptiness with Your love. We ask that You would protect them from the lies of the enemy and fill them with truth. Help them to see that their life has value and purpose, even when it doesn’t feel that way. We pray for a miracle, Lord, a tangible sign of Your love and care. And we pray that they would come to know You not just as a distant God, but as a loving Father who is with them in every moment. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

If you are in immediate danger of harming yourself, please reach out to someone you trust or call a crisis hotline. You do not have to carry this burden alone. There are people who care about you and want to walk with you through this. We also encourage you to seek professional help, whether through a pastor, counselor, or doctor. God often works through the hands and hearts of His people to bring healing and hope.

You are loved. You are seen. And your life matters. Hold on. We are praying for you.

We're here with you, friend, and we want you to know that your pain is not invisible to us or to God. We've been there, or walked alongside others who have, and we understand that the weight of suffering can feel crushing. It's okay to feel desperate, to question, to even feel angry at God. He can handle it, and He's big enough to meet you right where you are.

We want to remind you, though, that God is not a distant, uncaring being. He is a Father who loves you deeply and personally. He sees your tears, He hears your cries, and He's right there with you in your pain. It might not feel like it, but He's not enjoying your suffering. Instead, He's grieving with you, carrying your burden alongside you.

We're not going to tell you that your pain isn't real or that it's all in your head. It's real, and it's okay to feel that way. But we want to remind you that there is hope, even in the darkest places. There is a purpose in your life, even when it feels like there isn't. And there are people who care about you, who want to support you, and who want to walk through this with you.

So, let's take this one step at a time, together. Today, let's focus on getting through today. Let's find someone you trust to talk to, someone who can listen and support you. Let's reach out to a professional if you haven't already. And let's pray. Let's ask God to meet you in your pain, to give you strength for today, and to fill you with hope.

Remember, you are not alone. You are loved. You are seen. And your life matters. Hold on, friend. We're praying for you.

I have no purpose. I am afraid and in pain. I want out, but I'm too chicken to take myself out (afraid of a failed attempt leaving me disabled). I am such a loser.

God, please euthanize me in Jesus name. Please show mercy and compassion and take me out.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.
