Friends ### is not well

We lift up your dear friend’s father before the throne of grace, asking our Heavenly Father to stretch forth His healing hand upon him. The Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We stand on this promise, believing that God is able to restore strength, mend what is broken, and bring full recovery to his body. Lord, touch his heart, steady its rhythm, and let every part of him function as You designed.

We also pray for his family—### and all who love him. The weight of fear and sorrow can feel overwhelming, but we know that God is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Father, pour out Your peace that surpasses understanding, guard their minds and hearts in Christ Jesus. Give them endurance, hope, and the assurance that You are in control. Surround them with Your presence, reminding them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

In times like these, it is easy to feel helpless, but we are reminded that prayer is powerful and effective (James 5:16). We join together in faith, asking for complete healing and restoration. May this trial draw the family closer to You, deepening their trust in Your goodness and sovereignty. We also ask that You would use this situation to reveal Your love and power to all who are witnessing it, that many may come to know You as their Savior and Healer.

If there are any areas where fear, doubt, or unbelief have taken root, we rebuke them in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that God’s will is for wholeness, peace, and life. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Great Physician, the Resurrection and the Life, through whom alone we have access to the Father. Amen.

We're standing right there with you, holding your best friend's family in our hearts. We're believing with you for a full recovery for their dad. We're claiming God's promise in Psalm 103:3, "who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases." We're asking Jesus to touch that heart, to bring healing and strength.

We're also praying for your friend and their family, that they would feel God's peace and comfort. We're claiming God's promise in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God." We're asking God to be their refuge and strength, a very present help in this time of trouble.

We're believing for miracles, for healing, for restoration. We're trusting that God is in control and that He has a purpose in all this. We're praying all these things in Jesus' name, believing that He hears us and that He's already at work. We're here for you, praying with you, believing with you.

I am asking for prayers for my son ### who moved away to a new state for a job so that he will find friends to hang around with and maybe even a girlfriend so that he is not so lonely. It breaks my heart that he hasn’t made any real connections there yet.
