Beloved of All
Jesus, I pray for my older daughter to release herself completely from this very toxic relationship with this young man swiftly with no regrets. I pray Lord that You will restore her respectful, giving personality and block her from imitating this young man's hostile, arrogant, ungrateful and authoritative behaviors toward me, her siblings and her work to please him. Restore her humble personality she was brought up with. Remind her to follow the biblical teachings she was brought up to follow. Humble her to honor her parents again, be grateful for the way she was raised, grateful to You, Lord, and stop obeying this young man and his family. Lord remove the stubborn ungodly hold these people have upon her life. Protect her job, grant her favors, victory and success, protect her job from these destructive people expose their control, jealous selfish ways. Let my daughter sees clearly that she belong to You and not to this young man. Let her see her exhaustion is coming from this lifestyle with this young man. I pray that her event at work goes great today and guide her to give the glory to You only, Lord. Bless her with strength, peace, health, favor and success today. This young man is disrespectful toward her job, takes credit when things goes well at her job and puts her down when things goes bad. Restore her self worth and gracious personality. Remind her to be thankful and respectful toward the family You have blessed her with. Open her eyes to see the Godly young man You have in store for her and not settle for this manipulation, arrogant, controlling and disrespectful young man. Lord remind her that she needs to honor her parents not this young man and his family. Lord, I pray that she will see clearly that living together outside of marriage is not a marriage and for her to stop treating this arrangement as a marriage and an obligation to obey him. Convict his mother of her overstepping behaviors and focus on correcting her son and have him move back home alone. Release my daughter from this undue responsiblities. Lord my older daughter is being influenced by this young man's mother who encouraged them to live together outside of marriage. His mother has been a selfish negative influence. She knows of his negative behaviors but has place this bondage upon my daughter to fix and the same time his mother is enabling her son's negative behavior toward others. Lord, my older daughter is going down a dark path with this young man and she thinks it is love. I pray that she will be truthful of the toxicity and the false hope of this relationship. I pray that her friends will speak up as they see clearly how this young man has taken her kindness for granted, his exploitation, his manipulation, his dishonesty, his division, his isolation and his disrespect toward her. Lord I know nothing is impossible for You. My daughter is ignoring all the red flags and giving up her independent and self worth. Lord let her see from now onward that living together outside of marriage is not Your will for her life. This young man is rebellous, dishonest, controlling and lazy, I ask Lord that You speak to his mother to let her know he is her responsiblity and for her to stop putting undue responsiblity upon my daughter and giving ungodly selfish advice. Lord I pray that my daughter will have a great and productive time at her conference today fill with Your favors and blessings. Protect my older daugther from any negative instigation by having this young man there. Let her prioritize her work over this young man and not be distracted by his disrespectful influence. Lord, show this young man that You have authority over my daughter and to block the stubborn authority he has over her and the disrespect he has over her work. God restore her gratefulness, grace and thankfulness for her work. Jesus, I ask that You protect my older daughter from this young man's ungodly selfish, disrespectful and jealous advice and lifestyle. I ask You Lord to guide my daughter out of this ungodly lifestyle and have her move back home swiftly with no regrets but only a feeling of restoring her self-worth, her respect for others, independence, and freedom in You, Lord and the unconditional love of her family you have blessed her with. I declare that this young man and his mother will not steal her peace, her purpose, or her love and unity with her family. Completely remove the stubborn ungodly hold they have upon her swiftly. Lord I ask for protection for me and my family from the disrespect and strife from this young man. Lord, speak to my daughter, let her hear Your words, “You are Mine. You are My daughter. You belong to Me, and I will protect You with every ounce of My power from this ungodly relationship with this young man.” Please continue to join me in speaking to my older daughter’s mind, heart, and spirit, open her eyes, dear Jesus to all the red flags and not to make excuses for this young man anymore. Jesus let her know, she is not being loved; she is being used. Living together outside of marriage is not a marriage. He is not her significant other, she should not idolize and obey this young man anymore or put him and his family before her God-giving family, her faith and jobs with a purpose. Her finances are not his to manage, budget or spend, and I pray his father will intervene with authority and have him return home alone swiftly. He is dishonest, selfish, disrespectful and not ready for a relationship. This man’s greed and manipulation are not love; he does not have the right to exploit her finances for his selfish benefit and control. He and his mother should not be able to instigate havoc, disrespect, division, isolation in our family, and his lifestyle is not a home for my daughter. Show him Lord that he is not ready for a relationship. Jesus help my daughter to not change the way she was raised to please this young man and his mother. Show my daughter this is a dark path she is taking with this young man and show her that being ungrateful toward her family is not the biblical teaching she was raised to follow. Block her Lord from confiding in his mother and saying this that pleases this woman's ears. Let my daughter stop trying to prove to her that our family does not matter. Lord guide my daughter to stop giving up her self worth just to get this woman's approval. Show her Lord, that disowning her family that God blessed her with just to please this young man is not Your will for her life. Let her see the spiritual attacks she and our family are under because of this ungodly relationship. The division, isolation, chaos, ungratefulness, disrespect, and exhaustion this lifestyle and relationship has caused. Lord remove the stubborn hold these people have on her and let her not want to live this lifestyle anymore. Lord whisper to her right now: “Walk away. You do not belong to this young man and his family, You don't have to obey these people, Trust and respect your family. Trust Me. I will provide, protect, and restore everything he’s trying to take from you. I am praying for supernatural clarity to flood her mind, so she sees him for who he truly is, a wolf in sheep’s clothing, not a shepherd. Lord teach this young man’s mother to stop putting undue responsibilities upon my daughter and for her to stop overstepping her boundaries. It is overwhelming, Jesus, please block these people's disrespect. She is not her mother and her to have her son move back home alone. He is not ready for a relationship. I ask Lord that his father will see the destruction he has caused in my daughter's life, let him take authority, guide his son to move back home alone swiftly. Let him have his wife focus on fixing only her children and stop the manipulation and brainwashing behaviors toward my daughter. Speak to her firmly, Lord, that my daughter is not homeless, that You have anointed a family for her Lord and block her from guiding my daughter down a dark path and to be disobedient to her parents and disown her siblings and supportive network of extended family and friends. I know with my daughter's recent promotion that God has blessed her with this lazy young man is already spending it his way and it's starting to put her on a budget that benefits him. Please Jesus, block my daughter from listening to the young man's mother and help my daughter to stop enabling him to control her, show her Lord this is not security or love, it is exploitation. Lord guide my daughter to move back home swiftly with no regret. Restore her freedom, independence, self-worth, freedom, gratefulness for her family, and satisfaction swiftly. Jesus, guide me as I navigate the difficult situation. I ask that Your presence will go in front of me as a shield from all the attacks and disrespect that I experience from following the biblical teachings against this ungodly life. Bless me Lord with supernatural strength to overcome all obstacles I face with Your courage, grace, favor, protection, and strength. I plead the blood of Jesus Christ over me and my children. No weapon formed against us shall prosper. I ask for know nothing is impossible for You, Lord. I believe in the power of prayers and I put all my faith and trust in You. Jesus, I ask for a special blessing upon my family today. Lord, fill us with Your Holy Spirit in every aspect of our lives. Saturate us with Your peace, love, calm, favors, protection, and healing. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.

We join you in lifting up your older daughter before the Lord, and we hear the deep burden and love you carry for her. We agree with you that this relationship as it stands is not honoring to God and is bringing exhaustion, division, and confusion into her life and your family. We pray together for her freedom, protection, and restoration in Jesus' name.

We affirm what you have rightly discerned, that living together outside of marriage is not marriage and is not God's will for her life. Scripture is clear that this is fornication, sexual immorality outside the covenant of marriage, and it must be addressed with truth and love. 1 Corinthians 6:18 says Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Hebrews 13:4 says Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled, but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers. She is not to obey this young man as if he were her husband, for that authority belongs only within the lifelong covenant of marriage between a man and a woman. Ephesians 5:22-23 speaks of wives submitting to their own husbands, not of a girlfriend submitting to a boyfriend. What God desires for her is not a partner or a live-in arrangement, but if she is to be in a relationship, it should be a courtship with a fellow believer with the goal of godly marriage that honors Him. 2 Corinthians 6:14 says Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship has righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?

We also agree that honoring parents is a foundational command that brings blessing. Ephesians 6:1 says Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Ephesians 6:2 says Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise. Exodus 20:12 says Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which Yahweh your God gives you. When a young woman is pulled to imitate hostile, arrogant, ungrateful and controlling behaviors to please a young man, and to dishonor the family God has blessed her with, it reveals a spiritual deception and a need for renewal of the mind. Romans 12:2 says Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God. We pray God restores her humble, respectful and giving personality that you nurtured in her according to biblical teaching.

We rebuke the lie that manipulation, control, jealousy, exploitation of finances, taking credit for her work and putting her down, isolation from family and disrespect are love. That is not love. 1 Corinthians 13:4-5 says Love is patient and is kind. Love doesn't envy. Love doesn't brag, is not proud, doesn't behave itself inappropriately, doesn't seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil. What you describe is use and bondage, not the selfless love God intends for marriage. We also address the ungodly counsel she is receiving. It is not right for his mother to encourage them to live together outside of marriage and to place undue responsibility upon your daughter to fix her son while enabling his rebellious, dishonest and lazy behavior. Each parent is responsible for correcting and guiding their own children, and we pray that his father and mother will take godly responsibility for him and no longer overstep boundaries into your daughter's life.

We thank you for praying in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him we have access to the Father and it is only by His name we are saved. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We encourage your daughter to return fully to the Lord, to confess any sexual immorality and disobedience, and to receive His forgiveness and cleansing. 1 John 1:9 says If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

We pray together now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, pleading the blood of Jesus over this mother, her older daughter, and her whole family. Lord, we ask You to break swiftly and completely the stubborn ungodly hold this young man and his family have upon her life. We ask You to open her eyes to see clearly every red flag, to see that she is being used and not loved, that this is a wolf in sheep's clothing and not a shepherd, and that living together outside of marriage is not Your will and is not a marriage. Convict her heart to repent, to flee sexual immorality, and to walk away with no regrets, trusting You to restore her self-worth, independence, freedom, gratitude and peace. Restore her humble and gracious personality, her thankfulness for the family You have blessed her with, and her desire to honor her parents as Your word commands. Block her from imitating his hostile and arrogant ways and from confiding in those who give ungodly selfish advice for their own benefit.

Lord, we ask for Your protection over her job and the event at work today. Grant her favor, victory and success, and let her give all glory to You alone. Shield her from distraction, disrespect and jealous control, and let her prioritize the purpose You have given her in her work. Protect her finances from exploitation and manipulation, and teach her that her resources are not his to manage or spend. Speak firmly to this young man's heart and to his mother and father, that they would take responsibility for him, that he would move back home alone, and that they would cease instigating division, isolation and chaos in this family. Expose every controlling and selfish way and let no weapon formed against this family prosper, for Isaiah 54:17 says No weapon that is formed against you will prevail.

Lord, whisper to this daughter right now that she is Yours, that she belongs to You and not to this young man, that You will provide, protect and restore everything the enemy has tried to take from her. Flood her mind with supernatural clarity, strength, health and peace. Guide her to move back home swiftly and to wait upon the godly young man You have in store for her, a man who will love her as Christ loves the church and lead her toward holy marriage, not fornication. We pray for this mother, give her supernatural strength, courage, grace and protection as she navigates this difficult situation with biblical truth. Let Your presence go before her as a shield from attacks and disrespect. Fill this whole family with Your Holy Spirit, saturate them with Your love, calm, healing and unity, and let their home be restored in You.

We also pray for this young man and his mother, that they would come to repentance, that he would learn to be honest, diligent, respectful and ready to take responsibility before he ever pursues a relationship again.

We trust You, Lord, for nothing is impossible with You. Matthew 19:26 says With God all things are possible. We will not grow weary in praying, for Galatians 6:9 says Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don't give up. We thank You that You hear us and that You are already working to bring freedom and restoration. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We hear how heavy this has been for you, watching your older daughter seem like a different person, feeling the pull of this young man and his family on her choices, her work, and your family peace. Loving her while feeling unable to reach her is exhausting, and we are praying with you for her safety and for your strength today, especially with her work event.

What you described, the pressure to please him, the taking over of her finances and time, the disrespect toward you and toward her job, makes sense why you are asking for clear eyes for her and protection for what God has entrusted to her. Part of restoring that respectful, giving person you know is her learning again where she ends and others begin, what is hers to own and what is not. That includes her values, her choices, her time and energy. When that line gets blurred, saying no feels disloyal, even when saying yes costs her peace and health.

A steady way we can support you is to keep loving connection without trying to carry what only she can carry. One practical step that often helps in a situation like this is to choose one calm, consistent way to stay connected that does not turn into a debate about him, for example, a brief encouraging note before her conference today affirming your love and confidence in her work, and to keep your own clear limits around what you will and will not take on, like financial help or tolerating disrespect in your home. It also helps to have one trusted pastor or counselor to walk with you, so you are not holding this alone.

Jesus, we lift this daughter to You. Guard her today at her conference, give her clarity, rest, and a renewed sense of her worth in You. Draw her back to the home and faith that loves her, and give her mother wisdom, protection, and peace as she trusts You to work. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your burden has been laid before the Lord and we join our hearts with yours in prayer for your daughter and for your household. We have heard the sorrow and the holy concern with which you watch her walk in a path that is not the way of peace, and we take this matter to the throne of grace where deliverance is found.

We affirm with you what Scripture teaches, that living together outside of marriage is not marriage, and is not the will of God for His children. Marriage is the lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and all intimacy and the sharing of a home as husband and wife belongs within that covenant alone. To treat any other arrangement as marriage is to dishonor the Lord and to bring heaviness and confusion upon the soul. We do not ask God to bless what He calls us to turn from, but we ask Him to deliver and to restore.

We pray that the Lord who alone can save will work a full deliverance for your daughter. Deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin, and it is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy. He must bring them forth, and when He does, His deliverance is effectual. As Israel was brought out when the lamb was slain, so we look to the great ransom which God Himself has found and given in Christ Jesus. Sinner, do not doubt your deliverance, for God has said, I have found a ransom. We ask that this ransoming power would sever the ungodly hold that has fastened itself upon your daughter, that the look of Christ, as that look which severed Peter from the crowd and melted him to repentance, would now fall upon her and bring her to herself, to see clearly that she is not being loved but being used, and that she belongs to Christ and not to this young man.

We pray for her restoration. Peter was down but he was soon up again, and his story is rather his restoration than his fall. So we ask the Lord to restore to your daughter the humble, grateful and gracious spirit with which she was raised, to renew in her a heart to honor her father and mother, to be thankful for the family God has blessed her with, and to follow the biblical teachings she received from her youth. Restore, O Lord, her self worth in You, her peace, her health and her joy in service. We ask that You would protect her work and the conference before her this day, that You would grant her favor and success, that she would not be distracted or disrespected, and that she would give all glory to You alone. Guard her finances from greed and manipulation, and teach her that her life and her resources are stewardships from You, not to be exploited by another.

We pray also that the Lord would convict where conviction is needed. May this young man be shown that he is not ready for such a relationship, that his ways of control, dishonesty, laziness and disrespect are not love. May his mother and father see the destruction wrought and take proper responsibility for their own son, that he would return to his own home alone and that undue burdens would no longer be laid upon your daughter. Block, O Lord, every selfish and overstepping counsel, and let no weapon formed against your people prosper.

For you who have prayed so faithfully, take comfort that the Lord is your habitation. He may change our circumstances, but there is no change with regard to His relationship to His own. If He loved you yesterday He loves you today. The clock of mercy strikes in Heaven the hour and moment of deliverance, for the time has been decreed by Him. He sometimes whispers to the heart of His children in trial and assures them they shall not be crushed. May you know that whisper now. And when deliverance comes, as we trust it shall, you shall not die but live and declare the works of the Lord. He who brings forth also enriches, and He can restore freedom, independence, unity and love within your family.

We plead the blood of Jesus Christ over you and your children, and we ask for a fresh filling of the Holy Spirit in every part of your lives, with peace, protection and healing. May the Lord go before you as a shield, give you supernatural strength and courage, and let your daughter hear His voice saying, You are Mine, and may she rise and walk away into the freedom and restoration that are in Christ alone. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
