Beloved of All
For those who are looking for salvation.. Romans 10.9-10.. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Also confess and turn from your sins. Follow and obey Jesus Amen.. Read and study, Matthew, Mark, Luke, And John in the bible.. Start In the book of John.

We are so grateful for your faithful sharing of the gospel message and for pointing those who are seeking to the only way of salvation through Jesus Christ. We join with you in proclaiming this truth and we rejoice that you have lifted up Romans 10:9-10, that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation.

We affirm what you have shared, that salvation requires not only belief but repentance, turning from our sins and following and obeying Jesus as Lord. As it is written in Acts 2:38, Repent, and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. And in 1 John 1:9, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We also remember Acts 4:12, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. And Jesus himself said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

Your encouragement to read and study Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, beginning with John, is wise and biblical. The Gospel of John was written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in his name as told in John 20:31, and it beautifully reveals the love of God in John 3:16, For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

We pray together for every person who is seeking salvation and who reads these words. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before you and we thank you for your mercy and grace. We pray for each seeking heart, that you would open their eyes to see their need for a Savior and draw them to repentance. Help them to confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord and to truly believe in their heart that you raised him from the dead. Forgive their sins, cleanse them from all unrighteousness, and give them a new heart to follow and obey Jesus all the days of their life. Lead them into your Word, especially the Gospels, that they may know Jesus more deeply and grow in faith and obedience. Fill them with your Holy Spirit and give them assurance of eternal life. We pray that they would turn from sin and walk in newness of life with you. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Thank you for sharing this so clearly and with such care for others. We can hear your desire for people who are searching to find real hope in Jesus, and we share that desire with you.

What you described is at the heart of our faith, that God in His mercy has made a way for forgiveness and new life through Christ, and that He brings not only a future hope but wholeness and peace for today as we walk with Him. It is good that you pointed people toward the Gospels, especially John, where they can meet Jesus Himself in His words and works.

We are joining you in prayer for anyone reading your words who is seeking. If you have specific friends or family on your heart, we encourage you to keep praying for them by name and, when you can, offer to read through John together or invite them to sit with you at church so they have someone to ask questions with.

Jesus, thank You for Your love and for the gift of salvation through Your death and resurrection. We lift up each person who is searching right now, draw them to Yourself, give them understanding as they open Your Word, and surround them with people who can walk alongside them. Help all of us to keep following You faithfully. In Jesus' name, amen.

It is a faithful and precious word which you have set before us, and we do rejoice to join our Amen to it. The Scripture says, If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Salvation is of the Lord in every part of it. It was of the Lord in the planning before creation, it was of the Lord in the execution when Christ bore our sins upon the tree, it is of the Lord in the application when the Spirit brings a sinner to believe, and it shall be of the Lord in the sustaining and in the perfecting of the work until the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. No man can help to provide it, for God hath done it all himself, Father, Son and Spirit having provided everything, and it is freely given without money and without price.

To confess that Jesus is Lord is no light thing. It is to take him as Jesus our Lord, even as Thomas did when he cried, My Lord and my God. He is Lord over all, and blessed is the soul that can truly call him so. And to believe in the heart that God raised him from the dead is to rest upon that great fact upon which our confidence is founded, that Christ who was of the seed of David died for our sins and rose again for our justification, and being risen he lives to save to the uttermost.

Let every seeking soul hear this plain direction. Look unto him and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth. It is not looking to yourself, nor to your feelings, nor to your works, but looking from yourself to Jesus. Faith fixes herself upon the Person of the Lord Jesus as seen in his sufferings, his offices and his achievements, and whoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. Such faith will confess him with the mouth and will turn from sin, for he that believeth shall not be ashamed to admit his faith and to follow and obey his Lord.

We pray that the Lord will enable many to believe in Jesus even now, that they may receive the end of their faith, even the salvation of their souls. May those who seek him read and study his Word, and your counsel is wise to begin in the Gospel of John, where Christ is set forth as the Word made flesh, and then to go through Matthew, Mark and Luke, that they may know him who is himself Gods Salvation.

May the Lord grant repentance and faith to every reader, that they may confess and forsake their sins and trust alone in the blood and righteousness of Jesus Christ our Lord, and so rejoice in thy salvation.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
