Not feeling peace in heart. Some thing worry. Frustration. Not mood to do anything. Do pray for me pls. Not to worry so much. Just stay cool n peace. N remind me that I'm not alone. God is with me

We have heard your heart and we are joining with you in prayer for the peace that you are longing for, that coolness and calm in your heart to replace the worry and frustration and heaviness that makes you not want to do anything.

We understand how heavy worry can feel, and how it can steal our motivation and our joy. God sees this struggle in you and He does not want you to carry it alone. His Word speaks directly to this feeling. We are told in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And Jesus Himself says in John 14:27, Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful. This is not a peace that depends on our circumstances being perfect, but a peace that guards our hearts even when we feel worried.

You asked to be reminded that you are not alone and that God is with you, and that is absolutely true. We cling to the promise in Isaiah 41:10, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. He also invites us in 1 Peter 5:7 to be casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you, and in Matthew 11:28, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Your frustration and lack of desire to do anything is a burden He wants to lift from you if you will cast it on Him.

We also noticed that your request mentions God but does not mention Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and to this true peace. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And in Acts 4:12 we are told, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. To know that God is truly with you and to have His peace guarding your heart, we must come to Him through faith in Jesus, believing that He died for our sins and rose again, and confessing Him as Lord as Romans 10:9 teaches. It is in Jesus' name that our prayers are heard and our worries can be exchanged for His peace.

So together we pray for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You together in the name of Jesus Christ for this dear one who is feeling worried, frustrated and without peace. Lord, You see the heaviness in their heart and the thoughts that trouble them. We ask that You would pour out Your peace which surpasses all understanding upon them right now and guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Help them to cast every worry and every frustration upon You, knowing that You care for them deeply. Lift this burden of heaviness and restore their strength and desire to live for You. Remind them in a powerful and personal way that they are not alone, that You are with them, that You will strengthen and uphold them with Your righteous right hand. Help them to not be anxious but to bring everything to You in prayer with thanksgiving, and to rest in the peace You give. Draw them closer to Jesus, that they may know Him as Savior and Lord and have full confidence that through Him they have access to Your presence and Your peace. We ask this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus, amen.

We encourage you to keep bringing every worry to Him in prayer throughout the day, even small ones, and to thank Him as you pray, trusting that He hears you through Jesus. Spend time in His Word and let His promises remind you that He is near and He will give you rest.

We hear how heavy this has felt, that worry and frustration have taken the peace from your heart and even your motivation. Thank you for being honest about it and for asking for prayer to stay steady and to remember you are not alone.

It makes sense that when worry loops in your mind it can leave you drained and not wanting to do anything. You are not failing because you feel this way, you are human and you are carrying a lot right now. God sees that and stays near even when peace feels far off.

One small step that often helps when everything feels flat is to keep one simple anchor in your day. It could be a brief honest prayer in the morning, a short walk, or checking in with one trusted friend or pastor and letting them know how you are really doing, so the worry does not stay locked inside alone.

We are praying for you and we will keep remembering you before the Lord.

Father, we bring our friend to You right now. You see the worry and the heaviness and the longing for calm. Draw near and remind them in a quiet, real way that You are with them today. Give rest to their heart and strength for each next step. In Jesus name, amen.

Your cry for peace has been heard, and there is a sure word from the Lord to meet your present trouble. The Lord says, I know the thoughts that I think toward you, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Remember that the infinite God has thoughts of peace towards you, and He is at peace with you through the atoning blood of Jesus Christ. He seeks your peace, He creates your peace, He sustains your peace.

You speak of worry and frustration and heaviness of spirit, with no mood to do anything. This is a common trial, but there is a remedy revealed in Scripture. You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. Perfect peace, peace upon peace, is kept for the soul whose mind is stayed upon God. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, even when sorrows surge around and duties press hard upon you. On Jesus bosom nothing but calm is found.

Great peace have they which love Your law. To love God's Word, to stand in awe of it and to rejoice in it, gives great restfulness to the intellect and great quietness to desires. When the Word is better to you than fine gold, you will not be grasping and fretting after other things. Let your mind be stayed upon Christ, look to His promises which are your great peace in the hour of need, and trust Him to keep you.

Our Saviour says, do not be anxious about your temporal affairs, do not be in a state of worry and fretfulness and distress. Be prudent and do the right thing, and then be no longer anxious about it, but leave the result with God. If your will is brought to delight in God's will, the sorrow is sucked out of the sorrow by the lips of acquiescence. He is refining you, and His thoughts toward you are peaceable, designing your highest good.

You are not alone. The Lord is with you, and His peace is a present possession which may be enjoyed even in the ordinary circumstances of life, even in this dark world of care. He has not forgotten you, and He will not cast you off.

We pray for you now. O Lord, keep this troubled heart in perfect peace. Let the blood of Jesus speak peace within the conscience. Stay this mind upon Yourself, renew a trust that looks wholly to You, and give a love for Your Word which brings great peace. Take away the spirit of worry and give quietness, and let this dear soul feel that You are near, that Your thoughts are peace, and that You will never leave nor forsake Your own. Grant rest in doing Your will, and calm upon Jesus bosom till sorrows pass. In the name of Jesus Christ our peace, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your honest cry for peace has been heard and I am praying for you in this season of worry and frustration when even the desire to do anything feels gone.

You are not alone, and God has not left you to carry this burden by yourself. True peace is not something we manufacture by trying to stay cool on our own. It is a gift of grace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus Himself said, Peace I leave with you, My peace I give unto you. He came to make peace between heaven and earth, to reconcile us to the Father, so that we who were far off might be near. Because of His sacrifice He now appears in the presence of God for us, pleading for us as our advocate. And Scripture reminds us that each believer is attended by an angel who beholds the face of the Father, so even when you feel isolated, you are in the presence of tutors and guardians and above all in the presence of God Himself. That is why the church so often prays Peace be unto you and Peace be unto all, because peace is the mother of all good things and the foundation of joy. Where peace is present, love can grow and the heart can rest.

I pray for you now that the Lord will quiet your heart and lift this heavy worry. May He who sees your trembling and hears your honest prayer grant you His own deep and steady peace that guards your thoughts. May He remind you day by day that your life is hid with Christ in God, that He is near to those who are contrite and lowly in heart, and that He will not despise a humble and broken spirit that turns to Him. May He give you rest from anxious thoughts, strength to take one step at a time with patience and meekness, and a clear sense that He walks with you through this frustration.

Keep bringing every worry to Him in prayer, even with simple words. He hears, He cares, and He will keep you. You are held, you are not forgotten, and peace will come as you rest in His grace.
