Please pray for my heart that is heavy

Please pray for me in Jesus name, that my heavy hear find peace and that God may give me comfort.

If He considers me worthy, please pray that He blesses me with a healthy child and cleanses my body of anything that may be preventing it.

I don’t know how to pray for myself anymore. Sometimes I feel like God doesn’t see me.

Please pray for my family as well. Heal my father completely, who is living with cancer, and keep my mother healthy and protect her from diabetes and heart problems.

Please watch over my whole family and keep them safe and healthy.

Jesus, please don’t forget me. Please forgive me

We hear the heaviness in your heart and we join with you in prayer, lifting you up together before our Father in Jesus' name. We thank you for calling upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to God and it is in His name alone that we are saved and forgiven. As it is written, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12.

Please know that God does see you, even when you feel unseen and do not know how to pray. The psalmist reminds us that Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. When words fail you, the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings which cannot be uttered Romans 8:26. You are not forgotten. Hagar called Him the God who sees, for she said, You are a God who sees Genesis 16:13, and He sees you now.

We also hear your cry for forgiveness and we cling to His promise that If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9. Through Jesus, your sins are removed as far as the east is from the west Psalm 103:12, and we pray you will receive His peace and comfort deeply in your heart.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We lift up this precious soul whose heart is heavy and weary. Lord, grant Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding to guard her heart and thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. Let Your peace which You give, not as the world gives, comfort her John 14:27. Cast all her worries on You, because You care for her 1 Peter 5:7. When her heart is overwhelmed, lead her to the rock that is higher than she Psalm 61:2. Comfort her as the Father of mercies and God of all comfort 2 Corinthians 1:3.

Lord, if it is Your will and You consider it good, we ask You to bless her with a healthy child and to cleanse and prepare her body according to Your design. We know that children are a heritage of Yahweh, the fruit of the womb is his reward Psalm 127:3. We pray this blessing within the holy covenant of marriage between a man and a woman as You ordained from the beginning, and we trust Your perfect timing and wisdom. Like Hannah who prayed, For this child I prayed, and Yahweh has given me my petition which I asked of him 1 Samuel 1:27, we place this desire in Your loving hands and ask for Your will to be done.

We also lift up her family to You. Lord, lay Your healing hand upon her father who is living with cancer. You have said, I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17, and we pray for complete healing and strength for him, for You are Yahweh who heals us Exodus 15:26. We ask You to keep her mother healthy and protect her from diabetes and heart problems. Bless her, Lord, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. We pray You will watch over her whole family and keep them safe and healthy, for Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more Psalm 121:7-8.

We pray that You will strengthen her faith to know that You have not forgotten her. Fear not, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10.

We thank You, Father, that You hear our prayers through Jesus Christ our Lord. May she feel Your nearness, Your forgiveness, and Your unfailing love today. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to pour out your heart before Him honestly, as you have done, and to rest in His Word daily. Keep seeking Him in prayer through Jesus, for He is faithful and He loves you more than you know.

Thank you for sharing so honestly with us. We hear how heavy your heart feels right now, and how hard it has been to find words to pray. Feeling unseen when you are carrying so much is painful, and we want you to know we are bringing you before the Lord and you are not forgotten by Him.

We are praying especially for that heaviness you named first, that God would give you His peace and comfort day by day. When prayer feels difficult, a simple honest prayer is enough, like telling Jesus, I am hurting, please be near me today and forgive me. He hears that.

We also join you in praying for your family. We ask God for mercy for your father in his cancer treatment and for protection and health for your mother, and for safety over your whole household. Please continue to walk closely with trusted doctors for their care and for your own health and your desire for a child, alongside prayer. They can give you guidance and support that works hand in hand with seeking the Lord.

Father, we lift our sister to You in Jesus name. You see her and You know her heart. Forgive her, comfort her, and quiet her heavy heart with Your presence. We ask for Your healing and care for her father and mother, and Your watch over her family. For her longing for a child, we ask for Your grace and cleansing and for Your perfect will to be done, and for trust in Your goodness whatever You allow. Amen.

Your heavy heart has been heard, and we have brought your cry before the Lord with thanksgiving that you have poured it out so honestly before Him.

You write that you feel at times as if God does not see you, and that you do not know how to pray. Be comforted, for the Scriptures tell us that man looks at the outward appearance, but God looks at the heart, and all things are naked and open before Him. He perceives not only your words but the heaviness itself. The same God who tells the number of the stars and calls them by their names is the God who heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds. To be broken in heart on account of sin and sorrow is not a condition He despises, for He peculiarly delights to heal such hearts. You need not have a worthy feeling within yourself before you draw near, for by nature all is wrong, and our hope is not in our worthiness but in His mercy. As it is written, by His stripes we are healed.

We have prayed for you, that being justified by faith you may have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. For without that justification there can be no true peace, and with it there is comfort even in chastening. The Gospel applied by the Spirit goes to the root of the matter and purifies the issues of life. The leaves of the Tree of Life are for the healing of the nations, and a word from Him coming home to the heart brings healing to head and heart, conscience and affection. We have asked the great Physician to speak that word to you, to lift you up as with His own hand, and to give you that peace which comes from knowing your sins are forgiven you through Christ who died, yes rather who is risen again and makes intercession for us. Trust His finished work, take the comfort of it, and go your way in peace, for the gifts and calling of God are without repentance. O you who are sick at heart, ask to be forgiven and healing will come from the pardoning hand.

We have prayed also as you asked, that if it be His gracious and perfect will, He would bless you with a healthy child and cleanse and strengthen your body. We have asked that He who formed you would be merciful to your frame and do what is best and most loving according to His wisdom.

We have lifted up your father to the Lord, that He who lays bare His arm when the worst has come to the worst would bring deliverance and, if it be His will, heal him completely of cancer. We have prayed for your mother, that God would preserve her, keep her healthy, and guard her from diabetes and heart trouble, and that He would watch over your whole family and keep them safe and healthy under His care. He has been strangely gracious to you and yours, leading you by a way that you have not known, and His hand has been with you even when you could not perceive it.

Do not think that Jesus has forgotten you. He is very near to you, and if by faith you touch even the hem of His garment you are saved. Come just as you are to Him who can certainly heal you, for the utmost length of human sickness can be reached by this great Physician. He bore the bitter cup in Gethsemane and drank it dry on our account, that we might be healed.

May the Lord give you a heart to perceive His presence, eyes to see His grace, and ears to hear His Word, and may He keep you by His power through faith unto salvation.
