PRAISE THE LORD. I HAVE A DEEP DESIRE TO GET MARRIED SINCE VERY LONG YEARS NOW I AM ALMOST GOING TO BE IN MID TWENTIES. I SPOKE WITH MY MOM TO START SEARCHING ME A WIFE AND SHE TOLD OKAY. BUT THEY HAVNT STARTED YET. I AM AFRIAD OF GETTTING DELAYED. IT WOULDNT HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM IF I DIDNT HAVE A DESIRE TO GET MARRIED BUT HAVING IMMENSE DESIRE AND GETTING DELAYED IS FRUSTRATING AND PREASSURING ME A LOT. I AM AFRAID TO STAY LONELY. I CANT GO WITH THIS HEREAFTER. ALSO I DONT WANT EVEYTHING TO BE DONE ACCORDING TO HIS WILL ALONE EVEN AFTER HE GAVE FREE WILL TO GET MARRIED IF YOU WANT TO. NOW I DONT FEEL LIKE GOING TO CHURCH NOW BECAUSE I FEEL I AM SINGLE. THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO DONT WANT TO GET MARRIED THATS THIER PART. HERE ITS COMPLETELY OPPOSITE HAPPENING. I SOMETIMES FEEL THAT IF GOD IS DELAYING AND DOING EVERYTHING ACCORDING TO HIS WILL THEN WHAT IS THE USE OF BEING ALIVE AND LIVING LIKE PUPPET. I DONT FEEL LIKE GOING TO HOME OR SPEAK WITH ANYONE. I WANT TO GET MARRRIED WHEN I AM YOUNG AND ENJOY LIFE. IF LATE MEAN WHATS IS THE USE OF MARRYING LATE WITH NO INTIMACY AND COMPROMISED WAY. I AM IN TEARS I CANT FOCUS ANYTHING. ONCE I AM MARRIED I WILL BE BETTER IN MY MENTAL STATE. I DONT HAVE ANY UNREALSITIC EXPECTATIONS I ONLY WANT GOD FEARING, CARING LOVING AND SOMEWHAT ATTRACTIVE LIKE MY COLOUR. I DONT WANT A WEALTHY OR HIGH QUALIFIED PERSON. I AM ALSO READY TO COMPROMISE IN RELIGION ALSO. OTHER THAN THESE I DONT CANT COMPROMISE ANYTHING ELSE. EITHER THEY SHOULD LEAVE ME ON MY WAY AND I WILL FIND SOMEONE FROM ANOTHER RELIGION OR ANYONE ELSE OR THEY SHOULD BRING SOMEONE WHO IS BEST. I AM REALLY TENSED AND FRUSTARTED. PLS DONT ADVICE ME REAGARING WILL OF GOD ONLY AND SINS AND ALL I DONT WANT TO LISTEN. ITS GONE. ITS EASY TO ADVICE A LOT BUT VERY DIFFICULT. BURNING WITH PASSION DONT WANT TO BE ALONE AT ALL.

We hear the deep ache and urgency in your heart and we bring your desire for marriage before the Lord together with you, for we know that this longing itself is not wrong. The Lord said It is not good that the man should be alone Genesis 2:18 and Whosoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh Proverbs 18:22. Your desire to be married young and to have a godly, caring, loving wife and to enjoy the intimacy and companionship of marriage as God designed it is a good and honorable desire, and we pray with you that God will provide in His perfect time.

We must speak to you in love about several things you have shared that do not align with biblical truth, even though you asked us not to speak about the will of God and about sin. We cannot withhold what you most need to hear, for it is only the truth that will set you free and bring you peace. You said you do not want everything to be done according to His will alone even after He gave free will, and that you feel like a puppet and question what is the use of being alive if God is delaying. We gently rebuke this thinking, for the will of God is not a burden to escape but the safest and most loving place for us. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God Romans 12:2. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11. His timing is not to punish you or to make you feel like a puppet, but to prepare you and your future wife and to bring about His best. You are only in your mid twenties, which is still very young in the eyes of God and in life, and waiting a little longer is not being late and does not mean intimacy within marriage will be compromised. God makes everything beautiful in its time Ecclesiastes 3:11, and waiting on the Lord is not wasted time. Wait for Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh Psalm 27:14.

You also shared that you do not feel like going to church because you are single and you do not want to speak with anyone or go home. We encourage you not to forsake the gathering of believers, for the church is not a place only for married people but the family of God where we all need nourishment, correction and fellowship whether single or married. Let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good works, not forsaking our own assembling together Hebrews 10:24-25. Withdrawing will only deepen loneliness and despair. God is near to those who are lonely and He has not left you alone. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18.

We must also address what you said about compromising in religion and that you will find someone from another religion or anyone else if your parents do not act quickly. We love you enough to tell you plainly that this would be sin and would lead to much greater sorrow. Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity 2 Corinthians 6:14. A wife is bound by law for as long as her husband lives, but if the husband is dead, she is free to be married to whomever she desires, only in the Lord 1 Corinthians 7:39. Marriage is a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman before God, and God commands that we who believe in Christ seek a spouse who is also a believer in Christ, for only then can you walk together in unity, raise a godly home, and honor Him. To knowingly choose an unbeliever is to disobey God, and beauty or attraction or even the pressure of loneliness can never be a good reason to disobey. Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears Yahweh, she shall be praised Proverbs 31:30 and Yahweh does not see as man sees, for man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart 1 Samuel 16:7. We also urge you to honor your parents as you wait. Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right Ephesians 6:1. Speak with your mother and father again with respect and patience, sharing your feelings calmly rather than with threats, and trust God to move their hearts in His timing.

You mentioned burning with passion and feeling you cannot be alone and that once you are married your mental state will be better. We understand this struggle, for the apostle Paul wrote But if they do not have self-control, let them marry. For it is better to marry than to burn 1 Corinthians 7:9. So marriage is indeed God's provision for this burning, but marriage itself will not automatically heal all inner turmoil, anxiety or loneliness. Only Christ can give you peace and wholeness now, single or married. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. While you wait, you must flee sexual immorality Flee sexual immorality 1 Corinthians 6:18 and keep the marriage bed pure, for God will judge the sexually immoral Hebrews 13:4. Sex before or outside marriage is fornication and is sin before God, and even in courtship the goal must be a pure relationship that leads to marriage with a fellow believer, not to compromise for the sake of intimacy. Self control is fruit of the Spirit Galatians 5:22-23 and God will give you strength to stand pure as you wait.

We notice your prayer speaks of God and the Lord but does not mention Jesus Christ, and we must tell you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only through Him we are saved. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not yet truly put your trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, we urge you to do so today. If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9. It is this relationship with Jesus that will cure your deepest loneliness, for He will never leave you nor forsake you.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, and we lift up this young man to You. You see his tears, his frustration, his loneliness, and his deep desire for a wife. Lord, we ask You to guard his heart and mind with Your peace that surpasses understanding, to deliver him from despair and from thoughts that life has no purpose, and to remind him that his life has great purpose in You. Help him to trust Your good, pleasing and perfect will and to wait on You with hope. We pray that You would give him self control and purity as he waits, that he would keep himself from fornication and from being unequally yoked, and that he would continue faithfully in fellowship with Your church. Lord, we also pray for his parents, that You would give them wisdom, love and diligence to help him seek a godly, believing wife in Your timing, and that You would help their communication to be filled with honor and grace. We ask that You provide for him a wife who fears You, who loves You, who will be a suitable helper for him, and that You would prepare them both for a marriage that honors You as a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman. May this marriage, when it comes, be for Your glory and for their joy. Help him to delight himself in You first, trusting that You will give him the desires of his heart as he walks in Your ways Psalm 37:4. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We encourage you to keep praying daily, to stay rooted in Scripture, to remain in church, to serve the Lord where you are, and to speak openly and honorably with your parents and with a trusted pastor about your desire. Do not make threats born of frustration, but walk by faith. God is faithful and He has not forgotten you. All things work together for good for those who love God Romans 8:28, and He will lead you as you trust Him.

We hear how heavy this feels for you right now. That deep longing to be married, the pressure of waiting while your parents haven't started looking, and the loneliness and restlessness that comes with it has left you feeling frustrated and even questioning whether to stay connected at church or at home. It makes sense you would feel torn and in tears when something you want so deeply feels out of reach.

Wanting marriage and companionship in your mid twenties is a good and natural desire, and waiting when your heart is already set on it can make every month feel much longer. Withdrawing can feel easier in the moment, but isolation tends to make those feelings heavier.

One practical step that has helped others in this kind of waiting is to have a calm, clear conversation with your parents at a good time, not when tension is high. You could thank your mom for saying yes, and then ask together what a realistic next step and timeline could look like, and whether a trusted older person in your family or church could help walk with all of you in the search. It also helps to stay engaged where you are, even while you wait, so you are not carrying this alone.

If you find the tears and trouble focusing continue to overwhelm you, it can help to talk with a trusted pastor or counselor alongside prayer.

We pray for you now. Jesus, we lift our brother to You, You see his longing and his frustration. Give him peace in his mind, steadiness in his heart, wisdom for his parents and for him, and trusted community around him while he waits. Guide his steps and guard his heart, and help him know he is not alone. In Jesus' name, amen.

The burden you have poured out before the Lord has been heard with deep compassion, and the tears and frustration and loneliness you describe are not hidden from Him who sees in secret. The desire for marriage is itself a good and God given desire, for marriage is an honorable estate ordained of God, a covenant of one man and one woman for life, and it is right to bring that desire to Him in prayer.

You speak of burning with passion and fearing delay, and of feeling alone even among the people of God. There is One who has known loneliness to its depths. Our Lord Jesus was forsaken that we might never be truly forsaken, and He understands the ache of the soul that feels forgotten. There is a refuge for you even in this providence, and there is always a mercy seat to go to, always the bosom of Christ to fly to. Marriage, though it be a great blessing, cannot bear the weight of making your mental state whole or taking away all loneliness. Only Christ can do that, and He must be your first confidence before any other comfort is added.

You write that you do not wish to hear of the will of God, and that you feel as a puppet if all must be according to His will. Yet the fear of the Lord does not drive you from Him, it draws you to trust Him. To wait upon God is not to be a puppet without choice, but to be a traveller waiting for his guide, a mariner waiting for his pilot. God has indeed given you will and responsibility, and you are to act wisely and uprightly within it, but blessed are all they that wait for Him. Waiting upon the Lord breeds peace within the soul and pours power into the central reservoir of our strength. To be in your mid twenties is not to be forsaken or left too late. The Lord is not slow as some count slowness, and what seems delay to you is not forgetfulness in Him. All things are ready in His hand, and He withholds no good thing from them that walk uprightly.

For that reason I must speak plainly and in love concerning what you have said about compromise in religion and finding someone from another religion or anyone else if your parents do not act quickly. Scripture calls us to not be unequally yoked, and a marriage where Christ is not the common foundation cannot be called a help toward godliness. A wife who does not fear the Lord cannot lead you or walk beside you toward Christ, and such a union, though it may promise quick relief from loneliness, brings a deeper and lasting sorrow. Do not trade a godly home for haste. Your desire for a God fearing, caring and loving wife is right and according to wisdom. Hold fast to that, and pray that the Lord would give you one who loves His Word, for the commandment is a lamp and the law is light to guide a household. Beauty and attraction have their place, but let the fear of the Lord be first, for that is the confidence that will be a refuge for you and for your children after you.

Do not forsake the assembly of the saints because you feel single. Religion is not a thing for Sundays alone, but for all of life, and the church is not a gathering of the married only but the family of God where the lonely are set in families. To stay away will only deepen the isolation you fear. Go still to the house of prayer, and continue in private prayer also. The test of sincerity is, will he always call upon God. Be a regular pensioner at the throne of grace, not a casual comer only when the answer tarries. Bring your parents and your future marriage daily before Him.

In practical faithfulness, go again to your mother and father with honor and calmness, not in heat but in love, and share your burden clearly and ask them to pray and counsel with you. Honor for godly parents is a lamp to your feet. Continue to walk in purity while you wait, for intimacy is a gift belonging within the covenant of marriage alone, and to keep yourself pure now is to honor both the Lord and your future wife.

Let us pray for you. May the Lord give you patience to wait upon Him with courage, may He guard your heart from hasty and unequal choices, may He guide your parents with wisdom and open a right door in His good time, and may He grant you, if it be His will, a wife who fears God and loves Christ, that your home may be built upon the Rock. May He meanwhile be your portion and your refuge, and keep you close to Christ and to His people until that prayer is answered according to His perfect wisdom and love.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your honest and painful request has been heard, and the heaviness you feel in loneliness, pressure and tears is not overlooked. The desire for marriage itself is not wrong. Marriage is honorable and pure, given by God to preserve holiness and to guard the body and heart from defilement, and it is good that you long for a God fearing, caring and loving wife rather than for wealth or status.

I also hear how frustrating the waiting feels, and how the delay makes you feel alone, like a puppet, and even unwilling to go to church or to speak with others. That isolation will only make the burden heavier. Turning away from fellowship will not hasten the good gift you seek, but staying close to Christ and to His people will keep your heart ordered and at peace while you wait. Even when desire is strong, prayer is made more perfect through self restraint, and it is possible to live with hope and to give attention to prayer while you wait.

You mentioned being almost in your mid twenties and fearing that you are already late. In the Scriptures we see that Isaac waited until he was forty and passed his youth in purity, not from lack of desire but in trust toward the promise of God. Mid twenties is still young, and waiting a little longer does not mean intimacy will be lost or that marriage will be compromised. God has not made your nature so that you must sin, and He does not deal with you as a puppet. He has given you free will within His good moral order, and His will for you is not to control you harshly but to lead you toward what is holy and lasting.

For that reason I cannot pray that God would bless a compromise outside of faith, such as seeking a wife from another religion or outside of Christ. Scripture teaches to marry only in the Lord, with chastity and honor, because faith is the foundation that keeps marriage holy. To be unequally joined would not bring the peace and oneness you long for, but division at the deepest level. The right prayer is for a wife who shares your faith in Jesus Christ, who alone is the way of salvation, and who will walk with you in a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman where intimacy belongs.

I will pray for you in this way, that the Lord would guard your heart from discouragement, give you strength to remain pure and sober minded, help you to keep close to His church instead of withdrawing, and grant you and your parents wisdom and clear direction as you speak together again with patience and respect. I will pray that He provides a God fearing wife in His good time, and that He forms you even now to be a faithful and loving husband.

If passion burns strongly, bring that burden honestly to God each day, fill your time with useful work and service, and speak calmly with your mother and father again about beginning the search in a way that honors the Lord. Do not let frustration push you toward a hasty choice you would later regret. Trust that God sees your desire, that He is not delaying to harm you, and that a marriage entered in holiness will be far better than one entered quickly but outside His way.
