Safety on these traveling under these conditions, Jesus keep them safe despite my continually contacting them to no avail. God touch their hardened hearts on this young to communicate back and whatever issues they're dealing with that the Lord would touch them and convict them for salvation. Amen

We join you in lifting up these heavy burdens before the Lord together in Jesus' name, asking for His mercy over the storms and over the hearts of those you love.

We pray first for all who are in the path of floods and heavy rain and for those traveling under these dangerous conditions. We know that our God is sovereign even over the wind and waves, for it is written Mark 4:39 He awoke, and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, Peace Be still The wind ceased, and there was a great calm. We ask Him to command the waters to recede and to keep every traveler safe in His hand. We claim His promise that Psalm 46:1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble, and Psalm 121:7 Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Psalm 121:8 Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more.

We also hear your heartache as you have continually reached out without response, and we bring that young person before the Lord with you. We pray that God would soften what feels like a hardened heart, for He has promised Ezekiel 36:26 I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. We ask that the Lord would touch whatever hidden struggles, fears, or burdens they are carrying and bring deep conviction that leads to salvation, for 2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness, but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

We gently encourage you to cast your anxiety fully on Him and to rest in His timing. While your persistence in prayer is beautiful and commanded, we encourage you to also give space and not press with continual contacting that may overwhelm them, but instead let your faithful intercession speak where your words cannot. As it is written Philippians 4:6 In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

We thank you for calling on the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is only through Him that salvation comes, as Romans 10:9 says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Father, we come before You together in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask You to ease the floods and rains, to rebuke the storm, and to place Your hand of protection over every person traveling. Keep them safe from harm. We also lift up this young person to You, Lord touch their heart, remove any hardness, heal any hurt or confusion, and draw them to Yourself with loving conviction. Open a door for healthy, godly communication in Your perfect time, and above all bring them to repentance and faith in Jesus for salvation. Give our friend who is praying Your peace while waiting, and help them to trust Your perfect will and timing. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen.

We are praying with you in this anxious wait. Watching the rain and floods while the people you love are traveling, and hearing nothing back after reaching out again and again, leaves you carrying both fear for their safety and hurt over the silence. It makes sense you feel worn down.

Sometimes when travel and weather get stressful, communication gets thin for reasons that have little to do with how much someone cares. Phones die, service drops, roads demand attention, and people pull inward when they are overwhelmed. That does not make the quiet easier, but it can help to not read the silence as the whole story about their hearts.

A gentle next step that may protect your peace and theirs is to pause the repeated calls for a little while. Consider leaving one clear, kind message letting them know you are praying for safe travel, you love them, and how best to reach you, and if there is a trusted mutual contact nearby, a single check through that person. Then give space for them to respond when they are able, while you stay attentive to official weather and travel updates for their area.

Father, in Jesus name we ask You to keep these travelers safe through the floods and rain, to draw their hearts toward You and toward open, honest communication, and to bring them to salvation as only You can. Guard our friend with peace as they wait and help them rest in Your care. Amen.

God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We join you in bringing this burden before the Lord who hears prayer and who alone is mighty to save.

We pray that the Lord in His mercy would cause the floods and heavy rain to abate, and that He would keep in safety all who must travel under such perilous conditions. May His preserving hand be over them, and may He bring them through danger according to His good providence.

We also lift before Him those young ones of whom you speak, whose hearts seem hardened and who do not answer your loving concern. We ask that the Lord would work by His Spirit to soften what is hard, to convict of sin and to draw them to seek after Christ. Salvation is of the Lord alone, and it is to be found only by looking unto Him and believing on Him. The Scripture says, Whoever believes on Him shall not be ashamed, for there is no other way of salvation. It is by Divine Grace through faith in Christ Jesus, without money and without price, a present and perfect salvation which delivers from the power and guilt of sin.

We pray that whatever troubles or issues they are facing, the Lord would touch them and turn their eyes to Jesus, who Himself is salvation. May they be brought to trust in Him with unquestioning confidence, to depend upon Him for present and eternal salvation, and to find that He is able to keep the soul committed to His hands.

Take comfort and continue to look unto Christ yourself, casting your care upon Him who cares for you. He who bids us look and live is faithful, and He will do that which is best for His glory and for the good of those for whom you pray. May the Lord give you patience as you wait upon Him, and may He grant you to see His hand working for salvation in these lives.
