Humble Servant of All
flood people are dealing with that is like hour from us and weather shows we are to get them soon so keep all the ones that is now dealing with floods and ones that will be dealing with them soon in Jesus name amen

We lift up in prayer all those who are currently facing the devastation of floods, as well as those who may soon be affected. Lord, we come before You with heavy hearts, knowing that natural disasters can bring fear, loss, and overwhelming hardship. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 46:1-2, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we won’t be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas." Father, we ask that You be a refuge for those in the midst of rising waters, protect lives, provide shelter, and bring comfort to those who are afraid or grieving.

We also pray for wisdom and strength for first responders, emergency workers, and volunteers who are risking their own safety to help others. Give them endurance, clarity, and protection as they serve in these difficult circumstances. Proverbs 3:27 tells us, "Don’t withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it." May communities come together in love and generosity to support one another during this time.

Lord, we ask for Your provision for those who have lost homes, possessions, or livelihoods. Open doors of assistance, and soften hearts to give generously to those in need. Philippians 4:19 assures us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We trust in Your faithfulness to meet every need according to Your perfect will.

For those who do not yet know You, we pray that this time of trial would draw them to seek Your face. May they find hope and salvation in Jesus Christ, the only true source of peace and security. Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We pray that many would come to faith as they witness Your love and provision in their lives.

We rebuke the spirit of fear and despair that can accompany such disasters, declaring that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We stand on Your promise in Isaiah 43:2, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you." Strengthen the faith of Your people, Lord, and let Your light shine brightly in the midst of this darkness.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray for healing, restoration, and protection over all those affected by these floods. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Amen.

We ache with you as you watch the floodwaters move closer and carry your neighbors’ burdens on your heart. It’s heavy to know people are in the thick of it right now while the forecast points your way next, and your first instinct was simply to ask us to pray with you. That means a lot to us. We’re holding all of you up right now, both those already dealing with the water and those bracing for it.

Knowing others are praying in real time does something deep in a crisis. It anchors us when everything feels unsteady. So as you keep watch over that weather, we want you to hear it plainly: you are not alone. Countless voices are joining yours before the throne.

If the storm track gives you a few hours, one thing that may help settle your mind is to gather your household or even just a neighbor and pray aloud together for God’s mercy and wisdom, then move through a few simple preparations calmly. That shared prayer can turn dread into quiet, practical love. As you’re able, reach out to those already flooded and let them know they are not forgotten. A quick check-in can tether a terrified heart.

Lord Jesus, you are not caught off guard by rising waters. We ask your protection for everyone in the path of these floods, homes, families, first responders. Be their shelter and their peace. Give clarity to those who must make quick decisions, and steady the hands of those who will help. We pray especially for the ones already soaked and weary; lift them up. For those who are next, grant calm and practical wisdom, and may they sense your nearness in the bodies of neighbors and friends. In your powerful name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The Lord sitteth upon the flood; yea, the Lord sitteth King for ever. Not a drop falls from the sky but by the appointment of His sovereign will, and the deep waters know their bounds. You do well to lift up these souls before the Throne of Grace, both those whose houses are now surrounded by the swelling streams and those who watch the clouds gather with anxious heart. Pray, for the arrow of the Lord’s deliverance must fly, and He has chosen that our petitions should be as the bowstring from which it is loosed.

Let us not give a tongue to unbelief when the rains descend and the rivers rise. Shall we say that God has forgotten to be gracious? That is the fiery dart of the Evil One, and we must quench it with the shield of faith. Our Lord Jesus Christ is the great inexhaustible Well; when earthly waters threaten, we flee to Him who walked upon the sea and rebuked the wind. He is the same yesterday, today, and for ever, and no flood can sweep away the covenant He has sealed with His own blood. Remember the promise: when thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee.

For those already in the grip of the deluge, pray that they may prove the truth that deliverance is of the Lord, wrought by His divine power, and that He can make even the raging tide a pathway to show forth His glory. And for you who await the storm, take courage from the words inscribed by Luther on his wall: “I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.” Whether He spares your home or calls you to higher ground, you are safe in Him. The iron gate of the pit cannot hold those whom Christ has ransomed; how much less shall the temporary affliction of a flood! Let your faith be communicative, speaking boldly of His salvation, for a silent faith robs God of His praise.

Therefore, lift up your hands with Joash, but look for Elisha’s hand upon yours, the power is of God, and He will use means both seen and unseen to preserve His people. We join our hearts with yours, interceding for every trembling soul, every threatened dwelling, every creature of God in the path of the waters. In Jesus’ name, amen.

I join with you in prayer for all those now facing the flood, and for those who shall meet it soon. Let us entreat the Lord for His mercy. Yet take heed: when the days of Noah were filled with eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, the flood came suddenly and took them all away. So too does tribulation come upon men sunk in insensibility, who speak of peace and safety while the storm gathers.

Let not your heart be overwhelmed by the rising waters, for confusion arises not from the nature of circumstances, but from the infirmity of our minds. If we so order the mind to bear all things contentedly, we shall have no storm but a clear calm. Make your soul a heaven, bright and pure, which remains untouched by the clouds that run together. Have within you the Sun of Righteousness, and you shall stand beyond the reach of any earthly flood.

When the sailor sees the storm impending, he throws his goods overboard to lighten the ship and escape the whelming sea. So too, in this hour, lighten your soul. If the waters threaten, give alms from what remains to you, and cast all your care upon Christ. The man who follows after virtue stands superior to every terror.

He alone possesses safety in full abundance, a great calm which no raging sea can shake. Hold fast to this: you have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin. Let the Lord be your steersman, and though the rain descend and the floods come, your vessel shall not founder.
