Financial burden

Lord I am asking for financial assistance and to just live comfortable. I am struggling monthly and working 3 jobs . I pray and ask for god to help my business with graphic design for shirts as well as our rental properties. I would be ok if both businesses would pick up . Please god put people in our path. I’m not asking for free money I am asking for you to send them our way !

We hear your cry for help in this season of financial strain, and we stand with you in lifting this burden before the Lord. The weight of working multiple jobs while striving to build your businesses is heavy, and we know the Father sees your labor and your heart. Scripture reminds us in Matthew 6:31-33, "Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." You are not forgotten, God knows your needs, and He is able to provide in ways you may not yet see.

We also want to encourage you with Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." This is not a promise of excess, but of sufficiency, God’s provision is enough to sustain you. We pray that He would open doors for your graphic design business and rental properties, bringing the right clients and tenants who will honor your work and stewardship. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Even when the path feels uncertain, He is directing your steps.

Let us pray with you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister, lifting up their financial burdens and the weight of their labor. Lord, You see their hands working diligently, and You know the desires of their heart, to provide, to steward well, and to honor You with their resources. We ask that You would open doors for their businesses, bringing the right people into their path to support and sustain their work. Father, we pray against anxiety and weariness, reminding them that You are their Provider. Strengthen their faith in this season, and let them see Your hand at work in ways they may not expect. We declare Your promise of provision over their life, trusting that You will meet every need according to Your riches in glory. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We also want to gently encourage you to examine whether there are areas where you can seek wise counsel, perhaps in budgeting, business strategy, or even seeking additional training to expand your skills. Proverbs 15:22 says, "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established." God often provides through the wisdom and support of others, so do not hesitate to reach out to trusted believers who may offer guidance.

Lastly, we want to remind you that while financial provision is important, your ultimate trust must be in Christ. If you have not yet placed your faith in Him as your Savior, we urge you to consider the words of John 3:16, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life." True peace and security are found in Him alone. If you have already surrendered your life to Christ, we encourage you to hold fast to His promises, even when the road is difficult. He is faithful.

We hear how heavily this is weighing on you. Working three jobs while trying to build two businesses is a pace that would exhaust anyone, and the constant pressure of watching the numbers month after month wears you down in a way that goes beyond just being tired. What you’re carrying is real.

Your prayer is simple and honest: you’re not asking for a handout, just for God to bring customers across your path. That’s the heart of someone who genuinely wants to build something, not just escape the struggle. We’re glad you brought that here.

Persistent financial strain is a form of chronic stress, and it has a way of making every setback feel like proof that things will never change. When you’ve been grinding this long, it’s easy to lose sight of the fact that your willingness to work hard and keep asking God for help is itself a sign of resilience. You haven’t quit, and you haven’t stopped believing He can open doors. That matters.

One thing that might help is to get very concrete about the “send them our way” prayer. Who is the actual next customer you’re hoping for, a local business needing shirts, a school team, an event organizer? Sometimes we pray broadly for “people,” and God wants us to name the need specifically and then take one small, practical step toward that person this week. Not a massive marketing push, just one intentional reach in a direction you haven’t tried yet.

We also notice you mentioned the rental properties and the graphic design business together. If both need to gain traction, it might be worth asking a wise friend or mentor to help you look at where to focus your limited energy first, so you’re not spread so thin that neither one can gain momentum. But that’s just something to consider; you know your situation best.

Let’s pray for you right now.

Lord, You see this one who has been working so hard. You know the sleepless nights and the calculations that never quite add up. We ask You to bring the right customers to this business, people who need exactly what’s being offered and who are ready to buy. Give sustaining energy for the three jobs while these businesses grow. Protect against discouragement, and grant practical wisdom about where to place effort. We trust You to provide, in Your timing, the breakthrough that allows not just survival but a measure of rest. In Jesus’ name, amen.

The burden you describe is heavy, and I do not wonder that you cry out under it. Three employments and yet the wolf is at the door, while your ventures in graphic design and rental properties languish for want of custom, this is a load that would make the sturdiest shoulder ache. You have come to the right place, not to the preacher merely, but to the throne of grace, and it is there you must cast this weight. Every man shall bear his own burden, yet the Lord has so ordered His church that we bear one another's loads in prayer and sympathy. I shall remember your case before the mercy seat.

But mark this: our God delights to send deliverance by ways we do not expect. Let me say to you, believe in the unexpected. How strikingly has the Lord delivered some of us! He does not turn the world upside down for our convenience, yet He knows how to help the struggling tradesman and to bring the righteous out of deep distress. Your business is not hidden from Him. He can put it into the hearts of men to seek your services, as easily as He sent the ravens to Elijah. The sovereignty of God is the pillow upon which a weary child may rest his head. If He sees fit to try you a little longer, it is not in vain. The yoke borne in youth, or at any season, produces a patient, established character, and teaches us to clutch the promises with a grip no ease could ever give.

Look to Christ Himself for your example and strength. His yoke is easy and His burden is light, not because life's load vanishes, but because He bears the heavier end beside you. That same gentle hand which has delivered your soul from eternal ruin will not forget your temporal need. The Divine presence dissolves difficulties as the sun melts ice. Plead with the Lord to send those He has appointed to cross your path, and then trust Him to do it in His own time. I would not have you sit upon your burden and fret, nor demand that another bear it for you, but I would have you roll it upon your God with confident expectation. He has delivered, He does deliver, and He will yet deliver. May your workshop become a place of answered prayer, and your heart a well of gratitude when the customers throng your door. Until that day, let patience have her perfect work, and remember that the smallest mercy from His hand is better than the fullest store gathered in unbelief.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You ask for financial assistance and for both businesses to pick up. This is a lawful request when it comes from necessity, not from softness. Working three jobs is honest labor, and God sees the weight you carry. He does not despise the sweat of the hands or the daily care for bread. But I would have you examine the word comfortable. The Apostle does not forbid making provision for the flesh, but he forbids making provision for its lusts. To seek enough for health, for shelter, for food, and for the ability to help others is good. To seek ease that dulls the soul, or abundance that feeds luxury, is a snare. Pray for daily bread, not for a soft couch that makes you forget the kingdom.

Your graphic design and rental properties are not evil in themselves. But manage them with justice and without greed. Ask God to send people your way, yes, but also ask him to make you a faithful steward of whatever he entrusts to you. A customer gained by deceit or a tenant squeezed beyond mercy will bring no lasting blessing. If you love those you serve and deal honestly, then the work of your hands can be offered to God. If the businesses increase, do not let the increase become your rest. The present life is a sleep, and its riches are no more solid than dreams.

You say you are not asking for free money, and that is good. Labor is appointed by God. But do not let anxiety consume you, for anxiety forgets that God feeds the birds and clothes the grass. Work with diligence, plan with prudence, and then cast the outcome on him. Sometimes God delays increase so that we learn to trust him more than our own schemes. That delay is not cruelty. It is medicine for the soul.

May the Lord give you what is necessary, make your labor fruitful, and send honest customers and renters. But more than that, may he give you contentment, loosen your grip on the desire for comfort, and keep your heart from the love of money. Seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and the rest will be added in his measure and at his time.
