What you are describing is real, and you are right to take it seriously. Scripture treats unclean spirits as personal, malicious beings that seek to inhabit and torment. They are not imaginary, and they are not simply a psychological problem. The sense that you are never alone, the voices, the feeling of being followed, all of it fits the kind of oppression the Bible describes.
But the most important thing for you to know is that Jesus Christ has absolute authority over them. When he walked the earth, demons begged him not to send them into the pit. They knew their time was limited and their power was broken. He gave his disciples authority over unclean spirits in his name, and his people still stand in that authority today.
Do not try to reason with these spirits or study them. Turn your attention to the Lord. Confess any known sin, renounce any involvement with the occult, and close every door you have left open. The fear of the Lord is to hate evil, and hating evil means refusing to tolerate anything in your life or home that invites their presence.
Then fill the empty places. Jesus warned that an unclean spirit can return to a swept and empty house with more spirits worse than itself. Deliverance is not enough if nothing replaces the darkness. Fill your home and your mind with Scripture, with prayer, with worship, and with the presence of the Holy Spirit. Read the Word aloud in every room. Pray aloud. Do not be silent and afraid.
I am praying for you. Greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world. If you belong to Jesus, these spirits cannot own you. They can oppress and frighten, but they cannot take you from his hand. Stand in that, and ask other believers to pray with you and over your home. May the Lord silence every voice that does not confess the name of Jesus, and may you know the peace of a house filled with his presence.
