Driving test

Please help me pray for our granddaughter who on the 28th January will be taking her driving test.
She’s very anxious and overthinking.
She’s able to pass; it’s just if she can stay calm on the day.

We lift our hearts together in prayer for your granddaughter as she prepares for her driving test on January 28th. Father God, we come before You, knowing that You are the source of all peace and strength. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Lord, we ask that You calm her anxious heart and replace her overthinking with Your perfect peace.

We also pray that You would remind her of the truth in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." Let her feel Your presence with her, guiding her hands and her mind as she takes this test. Help her to remember all that she has learned and to trust in her abilities, knowing that You are with her every step of the way.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of anxiety and fear that seeks to overwhelm her. We declare that she is more than a conqueror through Christ who strengthens her (Romans 8:37). We pray that she would cast all her cares upon You, for You care for her (1 Peter 5:7). Fill her with confidence and clarity, and let her feel Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

We also encourage her to spend time in prayer and meditation on Your Word in the days leading up to her test. Remind her to take deep breaths and to trust in You, for You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Let her find comfort in knowing that You are in control, and that all things work together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).

Heavenly Father, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We trust in Your goodness and Your faithfulness, knowing that You hear our prayers and will answer according to Your perfect will. Amen.

We're right there with you, praying for our granddaughter as she prepares for her driving test. We know how nerve-wracking these things can be, but we're reminded of Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." We claim this promise over her life today.

Let's encourage her to take a moment, close her eyes, and imagine Jesus sitting beside her in the passenger seat. He's calm, confident, and ready to support her every move. Let's remind her to breathe in His peace and breathe out her anxiety. We're believing for a calm, focused, and successful driving test.

We're also praying for her to remember that this test is just one small part of her journey. It doesn't define her worth or her future. She's valuable, capable, and loved just as she is. We're cheering her on, every step of the way, in Jesus' mighty name.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
