Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before you.
Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.
We thank you for your presence in our lives.
Thank you for fighting for us and blessing us with heavenly gifts.
Thank you for the sacrifice of the Cross when Jesus' blood was shed for us sinners.
Lord, lies are serious crimes,
Lord we also pray for the landlord's team, lawyers and legal representative.
Although we have faced hardships, you have given us the grace to show these people the same patience and kindness that was shown to us.
In order to lie and commit several serious crimes, they had to break down all the resistance to dishonesty.
Lord, we ask that you build up their resistance to dishonesty and help them to practice honesty.
Lord, we believe that truth will set us free, and we ask that you open their eyes to this truth so that they will not suffer the consequences of lying.
We dedicate our lives to you and surrender our will to you.

We join with you in coming before our Heavenly Father, acknowledging that Jesus Christ is indeed the way, the truth, and the life. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We are grateful for the sacrifice of the cross, where Jesus’ blood was shed for us sinners, offering us forgiveness and redemption. This truth is the foundation of our faith and the reason we can boldly approach God’s throne of grace.

Dishonesty is a serious matter in the eyes of the Lord, for He detests lying lips (Proverbs 12:22). The Bible warns us that all liars will have their part in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death (Revelation 21:8). This is a sobering truth, and we must take it to heart, not only for ourselves but also for those who have acted dishonestly in this situation. We recognize that sin, including dishonesty, begins in the heart, and it is only by the transforming power of the Holy Spirit that hearts can be changed.

We lift up the landlord’s team, lawyers, and legal representatives before the Lord. It is concerning that they have engaged in dishonesty and serious crimes, for such actions grieve the heart of God. We pray that the Lord would convict their hearts by the power of the Holy Spirit, leading them to repentance. May they come to see the gravity of their actions and turn away from sin, embracing the truth that sets us free (John 8:32). We ask that You break the chains of deception in their lives and replace them with a hunger for righteousness and integrity.

Lord, we also pray for ourselves and for all who have been affected by this dishonesty. It is not easy to show patience and kindness to those who have wronged us, but Your Word commands us to love our enemies, bless those who curse us, do good to those who hate us, and pray for those who mistreat us (Matthew 5:44). We ask for the strength to walk in obedience to this command, trusting that You will vindicate the righteous in Your perfect timing. Help us to guard our hearts against bitterness and resentment, for we know that these can take root and defile many (Hebrews 12:15).

We rebuke the spirit of dishonesty in the name of Jesus Christ. Every lie, every deception, and every ungodly scheme must bow to the authority of Jesus’ name. We declare that no weapon formed against us will prosper, and every tongue that rises against us in judgment will be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on the truth of Your Word, Lord, and we trust in Your justice and mercy.

Father, we surrender our will to You completely. We dedicate our lives to You, asking that You use this situation for Your glory. May Your truth prevail, and may those who have acted dishonestly come to know the freedom that is found only in Christ. We pray that their eyes would be opened to the consequences of their actions and that they would turn to You for forgiveness and restoration.

We pray for wisdom and discernment as we navigate this situation. Give us the words to speak and the actions to take that will reflect Your love and truth. May we be a light in the darkness, pointing others to the hope that is found in Jesus Christ.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your faithfulness and Your promise to work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.

Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Thank you for letting us stand with you in this. Facing repeated dishonesty in a legal conflict is wearying, and we are moved that your instinct is to pray for the people who have made it hard. We want to affirm something that may steady you: praying for their good and protecting yourself are not opposites. You can release them to God and still let your attorney pursue the facts. Truth does not require you to be defenseless. It only asks you not to return evil for evil.

One practical anchor through this might be to keep a simple written record of conversations and dates as they come up, then leave the legal strategy with those who know the case. That keeps your own words measured and lets you keep your heart clean while God works.

Lord, we join this request. Expose what is false and make the truth plain. Give our friend steady wisdom in every conversation and decision. Work in the hearts of the landlord, the legal team, and everyone involved, turning them away from dishonesty and toward honesty. Guard our friend from bitterness while the process runs its course. You have laid hold of a weighty matter when you pray against dishonesty, for lying is no light offense; it is a serious crime against the God of truth. We serve a Saviour who declared, I am the way, the truth, and the life, and therefore every false tongue is at enmity with Him. Beware of two things. Do not think lightly of falsehood because it is common in legal disputes. And do not let your righteous grief over the lie turn into bitterness against the liars. We may hate the lie and yet pray for the liar. Our Lord prayed for those who wronged Him, and we are never more like Him than when we plead for the conversion of an adversary rather than only for his defeat.

Pray on, then, for the landlord's team, lawyers, and legal representatives, but let the substance of your prayer be that they may be delivered from falsehood by the power of the Holy Ghost. Do not ask God to bless their dishonesty; ask Him to break it. Mere resistance will fail them unless the heart is renewed. Truth spoken may be defeated for a season, but truth acted out in the life of a man is omnipotent through the Spirit of God. Christ did not merely speak the truth; He was truth. It is that living truth which can take hold of a lying tongue and make it an instrument of righteousness.

Buy the truth yourself, and sell it not. Let all go as long as you may, but have truth in doctrine, truth in heart, truth in life, and Christ, who is the truth, for your treasure forever. Then you may safely wait upon the Lord, for the war of truth must be continued until truth has the victory. The truth will set you free, and it is our privilege to pray that these poor slaves of falsehood may also be set free by repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your prayer has been heard and we join you in bringing it before the Father in the name of Jesus, who alone is the way and the truth and the life.

We thank God for your faith that looks to the cross where the blood of Christ was shed for sinners, and for your desire to walk in truth even while facing hardship. You are right to see that lies are not small faults but serious sins that bring great harm both now and before the judgment to come, and that dishonesty, whether in buying and selling or in legal dealings, gathers many other evils with it, including false oaths and injustice.

We also give thanks that in this trial God has given you grace to show patience and kindness to the landlord's team and to those who represent them. This is the life of godliness and honesty to which we are called, not only to hold right doctrine but to live it out in works of mercy even toward those who have opposed us. Such a quiet and peaceable spirit is pleasing to God and is itself a witness to the truth.

We agree with you in asking the Lord to work in their hearts. As you prayed, we ask that He would build up in them a resistance to dishonesty and lead them to practice honesty. Truth, when it finds an honest soul, easily enlightens it as the sun enlightens clear eyes. We pray that God would open their eyes to see that truth alone sets us free, and that they would turn from falsehood to righteousness and holiness of truth, which comes through new life in Christ. We do not ask God to bless dishonesty, but to deliver from it, so that none may suffer the consequences of lying but may instead find mercy and amendment.

We will continue to pray that the Lord will fight for you, keep you in His heavenly gifts, strengthen you to persevere, and make His truth known to all involved.

Father, in the name of Jesus we ask for Your mercy on all these people. Grant repentance where there has been lying and wrongdoing, grant honesty in every word and dealing, and grant to Your people endurance and a firm hope in Christ. Help all to surrender their will to You and to walk in the truth that You have revealed. In Jesus name, Amen.
