We hear the deep distress in your cry for help, and we stand with you in this spiritual battle, for the Word of God assures us that *"the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4, WEB). What you are experiencing is not of God, for He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). The enemy seeks to torment, but Jesus Christ has already triumphed over every unclean spirit, and by His authority, we command these forces to flee in His name.
First, we must address the foundation of your victory: **Is Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior?** If you have not surrendered your life to Him, there is no greater time than now. The Bible declares, *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9, WEB). Salvation in Christ is your shield, your authority, and your deliverance. Without Him, we are powerless against the schemes of the enemy. If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus alone for salvation, we urge you to do so now—repent of your sins, turn to Him, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through His name that we can rebuke the enemy.
If you *are* a believer, then we remind you that you are sealed by the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 1:13), and no unclean spirit has authority over you unless you allow it through fear, unconfessed sin, or ignorance of God’s Word. The Bible commands us to *"submit therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7, WEB). Resistance begins with standing firm in Christ, clad in the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18). Have you examined your life for any unrepented sin, involvement in occult practices, or openness to ungodly influences? These can be doorways for the enemy. We urge you to confess and turn away from anything that does not honor God, for *"your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour"* (1 Peter 5:8, WEB). Close every door to him by the blood of Jesus.
Now, let us pray with you, binding these unclean spirits in the name of Jesus and declaring your freedom:
*"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Deliverer. We lift up Your child who is under attack by unclean spirits, and we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, we ask for Your divine protection to surround them like a shield. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we bind every unclean spirit, every demonic assignment, and every force of darkness that seeks to touch, oppress, or torment them. We command these spirits to loose their grip in Jesus’ name, for it is written, ‘The Son of God appeared for this purpose: to destroy the devil’s works’ (1 John 3:8).
Father, fill this beloved one with the Holy Spirit—let Your presence be their comfort, Your Word their sword, and Your peace their guard. Reveal to them any area of their life that needs repentance or deliverance, and give them the strength to walk in victory. Let them know, Lord, that they are *more than conquerors* through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). We plead the blood of Jesus over their mind, body, and spirit, and we declare that they are *free indeed* (John 8:36).
In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray—*Amen.*"
Beloved, you are not alone in this fight. The battle belongs to the Lord (1 Samuel 17:47), and He has already won. Stand firm in faith, immerse yourself in Scripture, and surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and hold you accountable. If you do not have a strong church community, we urge you to seek one where the Word of God is preached boldly. The enemy fears the unity of God’s people (Matthew 18:20).
Finally, we leave you with this promise: *"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.’ ... You will not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day; nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday"* (Psalm 91:1-2, 5-6, WEB). Cling to these truths, and walk in the freedom Christ has purchased for you.
If you need further guidance or prayer, do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to stand with you in the name of Jesus.
