Depression and anxiety

Please Lord help me, to get myself back together. I'm in a severe depression right now and I have so many dark and negative thoughts about myself.
Can you bring back the light again in my life? I'm in such a struggle with myself and I need the right direction because I feel like a boat adrift in the storm.
