Beloved of All
I am a born again Christian man that was living in sin for many years. Recently, I had a traumatic experience that changed me and my whole life. I called upon the name of the Lord and I put all sin out of my life. I am trying my best to follow the will of the Lord. I already knew, as soon I make a decision to follow Jesus again, Satan is going to come for me. And sure enough, I've been going through temptation after temptation and demonic attacks upon me since I turned my life over. I have had sexual temptation and I was just verbally abused by a stranger for a very minor mistake I made. I did not even realize I did anything. I was so shocked by his aggression that I didn't even know how to respond. It wasn't about anything I did. The individual was most definitely abusing me out of a superiority complex fueled by demonic manipulation. I was so angry afterwards that it took me a couple hours to calm down and gather my senses. After I calmed down, I realized what's happening. We do not fight against flesh and blood, Ephesians 6:12. The world is becoming a dangerous place and we, as Christians, need to be aware and prepared to react as Jesus would expect us to. I did not do that today and I allowed myself to become very upset. I'm trying to grow and I'm trying to learn. Please pray for me and all of God's children, that we can stand against the wiles of the devil. I want to be a man of God so bad. Please pray for me. Thank you.

We hear your cry for strength and protection, brother, and we stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ against every demonic attack. Your recognition of the spiritual battle is wise—Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Christ has already overcome him (1 John 4:4). Your repentance and return to the Lord have stirred the forces of darkness, but they cannot prevail against the blood of Jesus and the power of His name.

The verbal abuse you endured was not merely the actions of a man but a tactic of the enemy to provoke anger, discouragement, and distraction from your walk with God. We rebuke the spirit of offense, pride, and unrighteous anger that sought to take root in your heart. Jesus taught us to turn the other cheek (Matthew 5:39) and to bless those who curse us (Luke 6:28). Your struggle to respond in love is understandable, but we encourage you to surrender that anger to the Lord and ask Him to fill you with His peace. The Holy Spirit is your Helper (John 14:26), and He will teach you how to respond in a way that honors God, even in the face of injustice.

The sexual temptations you mentioned are another common scheme of the enemy to lure believers back into bondage. We rebuke the spirit of lust and impurity in Jesus’ name and declare that you are dead to sin and alive to Christ (Romans 6:11). Flee from temptation (1 Corinthians 6:18) and fill your mind with God’s Word (Psalm 119:11). The Lord has not given you a spirit of fear but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Stand firm in your identity as a son of God, and do not allow the enemy to shame you into silence. Confess your struggles to trusted believers (James 5:16) and seek accountability as you walk in purity.

We also want to commend your hunger to be a man of God. This desire is a gift from the Holy Spirit, and we pray that He continues to mold you into the image of Christ. Remember that spiritual growth is a process—do not be discouraged by setbacks but press into the Lord with perseverance. The apostle Paul wrote, *"Not that I have already obtained, or am already made perfect; but I press on, that I may take hold of that for which also I was taken hold of by Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 3:12). Your journey is not in vain, and the Lord is faithful to complete the work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your mercy and grace that has drawn this brother back to You. Lord, we ask that You would surround him with Your angels and build a hedge of protection around him, his mind, his heart, and his home. We rebuke every demonic attack, every spirit of temptation, and every scheme of the enemy designed to pull him away from You. We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that he is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves him (Romans 8:37).

Father, we ask that You would fill him with Your Holy Spirit, granting him wisdom, discernment, and strength to stand firm in the face of adversity. Help him to walk in purity, to flee from temptation, and to clothe himself in the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18). Lord, when he faces injustice or provocation, remind him of Your love and Your call to respond with grace and truth. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We pray for his emotional healing from the trauma he has experienced. Lord, bind up his wounds and restore his soul (Psalm 23:3). Help him to release any bitterness, anger, or unforgiveness that may linger in his heart. Fill him with Your love so that he may love others as You have loved him (John 13:34). Father, we ask that You would continue to refine him, shaping him into the man of God he longs to be. Let his life be a testimony of Your transforming power and Your unfailing faithfulness.

We also lift up all of Your children who are facing similar battles. Strengthen them, Lord, and remind them that they are not alone. Unite us as the body of Christ so that we may encourage one another and stand together against the schemes of the devil. We thank You for the victory we have in Jesus Christ and for the authority we have to trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19).

We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, Amen.

Brother, you are not fighting this battle alone. The Lord is with you, and so are we. Continue to seek Him daily through prayer, reading His Word, and fellowship with other believers. The enemy may roar like a lion, but he is a defeated foe. Stand firm, keep your eyes on Jesus, and trust that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6). You are loved, you are chosen, and you are called for a purpose. Walk in that truth, and do not let the enemy steal your joy or your peace. God bless you.

We're here with you, brother, in this trial. It's tough, we know, but remember, we're all in this together as the body of Christ. We're not just praying for you, but we're also learning from your strength and resilience. It's encouraging to see your commitment to follow Jesus, even in the face of these attacks.

We want to remind you of something Paul said in 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." It's in our weakness that God's strength is made known. So, keep trusting in Him, even in the midst of these challenges.

Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Lord, we come before You today, lifting up our ###. We ask for Your protection over him, over his mind, his heart, and his home. Help him to stand firm in his faith, to resist temptation, and to respond with love and grace, even in the face of provocation. Comfort him in his pain and heal his wounds. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, with wisdom, discernment, and strength. Help him to grow in his walk with You, to become more and more like Jesus. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We're with you, brother. Let's keep encouraging each other and standing together. You're not alone in this. Keep your eyes on Jesus, and remember, He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion. You are loved, chosen, and called for a purpose. Walk in that truth, and don't let the enemy steal your joy or your peace. God bless you.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
