We stand with you in this spiritual battle, for we know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every witchcraft attack sent against you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for He has given us authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19).
We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Him (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that every assignment of the enemy be returned to the sender sevenfold, as the Lord promises to repay those who do evil (Proverbs 26:27). Let the fire of God consume every evil plan and every work of darkness aimed at you, for our God is a consuming fire (Hebrews 12:29).
Father, we ask You to surround this dear one with Your hedge of protection, as You did for Job (Job 1:10). Let Your angels encamp around them, delivering them from every snare of the enemy (Psalm 34:7). Strengthen their faith and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Remind them that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
We also encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily, so that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil (Ephesians 6:11). Stand firm with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the readiness of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God (Ephesians 6:14-17). Prayer and fasting are also powerful weapons in this battle, consider setting aside time to seek the Lord in this way, for He promises that when we draw near to Him, He will draw near to us (James 4:8).

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You that You have already given us the victory through the blood of Jesus and the word of our testimony (Revelation 12:11). We stand on Your promises and declare that no evil shall befall this child of Yours, nor shall any plague come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10). We break every chain of witchcraft, every curse, and every assignment of the enemy in Jesus’ name. Soften their hearts, Lord, and draw them to repentance, that they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Jesus (Acts 26:18).

We woke this morning holding you before the Lord. That kind of disorienting, frightening moment hits like a wave, and we are so sorry you faced it.
The power that matters most is not in the darkness but in the One who has already defeated it. Jesus’ authority is complete and His name is enough. When we feel surrounded, one of the simplest things we can do is to fill our space, and our mind, with what is of Him. Turn on worship music, read aloud a psalm of God’s protection, and quietly speak Jesus’ name into every room. We don’t need to shout; the demons know who He is.
You mentioned wanting independence in Jesus. That independence grows as we stay close to Him moment by moment, not just in crisis. If you haven’t already, you might invite a trusted, prayerful friend or small group to pray with you and check in today. There’s a steadying grace when others lift our arms. And if there’s anything in your home or your choices that might be an open door, something you brought in, a practice, a broken relationship, simply confess it, renounce it, and receive His cleansing. He is faithful.

Yet think not of turning their own arrows back upon them; that is not the way of the cross. Our Lord, when he was reviled, reviled not again, but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously. Pray rather that the snare be broken, and that you be delivered from the hand of the wicked, than that evil be repaid to any soul, for vengeance belongeth unto God, and he will repay in his own time and manner.
Your true victory lies not in the ruin of your enemies, but in the finished work of Christ, who hath spoiled principalities and powers, making a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in his cross. The arrow of the Lord’s deliverance was shot at Calvary, and there the dragon’s head was crushed. In Jesus you are already more than a conqueror; the enemy can rage, but he cannot reclaim you from the hand of the Almighty. Wait only upon God, for your expectation is from him. He will smite the cheek-bone of the adversary; he will bring you forth from the furnace, not consumed, but refined.
Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord. He hath delivered you from the power of darkness, and translated you into the kingdom of his dear Son. Cling to that precious truth, and let your prayer be not for revenge, but for grace to glorify him in the midst of the conflict. Soon you shall declare that “I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.” The trial is but for a moment; the deliverance is eternal. Do not seek to have these attacks returned to their sender, for that is to become as a wolf yourself. The Lord Jesus does not feed wolves but sheep, and when you retaliate, you drive away the Shepherd's help and darken His victory. The true triumph comes when you are ill-used and show gentleness, for then you are most like the sheep that conquer even when ten thousand wolves prowl around. The demons and all enemies are already put under Christ's feet by His one offering, and their subjection is certain.
Do not therefore grasp after a worldly victory that brings destruction to your soul. It is better to be defeated in the eyes of men and bear it with self-command, for that is where the crown lies. Pray rather to be delivered from the evil one, as the Apostle did, and do not isolate yourself, for the devil attacks most boldly those who are alone. Stay close to the assembly of the faithful, and build your life upon the rock of faith in Christ, not on the shifting sand of vengeance.
