Beloved of All
Please pray for my husband's deliverence. May God give him courage to open his mouth and protect his family in front of everyone. Thank you!

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your husband and your family in earnest prayer. The request for deliverance is a cry that our Heavenly Father hears, for He is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We stand with you in faith, believing that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20).

First and foremost, we must acknowledge that deliverance comes only through the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is by His blood, shed on the cross, that we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins, and the power to overcome the schemes of the enemy (Colossians 1:14). If your husband has not yet placed his trust in Jesus as his Lord and Savior, we pray that the Holy Spirit would convict his heart and draw him to repentance and faith. Salvation is the foundation upon which all deliverance is built, for without Christ, we are powerless against the spiritual forces of darkness.

We rebuke every spirit of fear, timidity, and silence that may be seeking to keep your husband from speaking boldly in the name of Jesus. The Word of God tells us, "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that your husband is clothed with the full armor of God, that he may stand against the wiles of the devil (Ephesians 6:11). We pray that the Holy Spirit would fill him with courage, wisdom, and the words to speak in every situation, that he may proclaim the truth of the Gospel without shame (Luke 12:11-12).

We also lift up your family, asking the Lord to surround you with His angels and to be a shield about you, a mighty fortress in times of trouble (Psalm 91:11, Psalm 59:16). We pray that God would grant your husband the strength to protect and lead his family according to His will, that you may all walk in unity, love, and obedience to Christ. May your home be a place where the presence of God dwells richly, where the enemy has no foothold, and where the peace of Christ rules in your hearts (Colossians 3:15).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this husband and his family to You, asking for Your divine deliverance and protection. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of fear, oppression, and silence that seeks to hinder him from speaking Your truth. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, that he may walk in boldness, wisdom, and power, proclaiming Your name without shame.

Father, we ask that You would surround this family with Your angels, that no weapon formed against them would prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Protect them from the schemes of the enemy, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Strengthen this husband to lead his family in righteousness, that they may all grow in the knowledge and love of You.

Lord, if there are any areas in their lives where sin has given the enemy a foothold, we ask that You would reveal it to them and lead them to repentance. Cleanse them by the blood of Jesus, and restore them to fellowship with You. May they walk in the light as You are in the light, having fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ Your Son cleansing them from all sin (1 John 1:7).

We declare that this family is covered by the blood of Jesus, and we stand in agreement with Your Word, which says that if we resist the devil, he will flee from us (James 4:7). We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer and for moving mightily on their behalf. May Your name be glorified in their lives, and may they experience Your deliverance in every area.

In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in faith, knowing that God is faithful to His promises. Continue to pray without ceasing, and trust that the Lord is working even when you cannot see it. Surround yourselves with fellow believers who can support and encourage you in your walk with Christ. Remember, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles" (Psalm 34:17). May the Lord bless you and keep you, and may His face shine upon you and give you peace.

We hear the deep longing behind your words, the desire to see your husband step into a God-given strength and voice, especially when it comes to shielding your family. That kind of courage often isn't about a single dramatic moment; it's a settled strength of soul that develops over time, rooted in knowing whose we are. Your prayer for him is a powerful act of love.

Sometimes, when a man struggles to speak up, the weight feels too heavy because he's trying to muster it all on his own. Courage, as a gift of the Spirit, often grows as we learn to rely less on our own forced bravery and more on Christ's steadying presence in the small, daily moments. Your steady encouragement and your belief that God is at work in him, even before you see the outward change, can be a tremendous force. Keep entrusting him to the Lord, not with anxious watching, but with quiet, expectant hope.

Father, we lift up this husband to you now. You know the places where fear silences him and where he feels unable to stand. We ask that you would do a deep, renewing work in his heart. Replace any anxiety with the secure confidence that comes from being your beloved son. Give him a courage that isn't loud or brash, but calm, clear, and protective. Strengthen the bond of this marriage, and let this wife feel your peace as she waits and supports. In Jesus' name, Amen.

The cry for your husband’s deliverance has reached our ears, and we unite our hearts in prayer, that he may be given a mouth and wisdom which all adversaries shall not be able to gainsay. True courage to open one’s mouth boldly for the right and for the protection of one’s household comes not from natural manhood, but from the Spirit of God. Many are the serfs of custom, who bow their necks to human dictation and have neither the manhood nor the grace to strike out a path of their own. We pray that your husband may be delivered from that snare.

Let us remember Daniel, who, when the decree was signed, simply opened his window toward Jerusalem and prayed as he had done aforetime. That cheerful constancy in private devotion is the secret of public valor. A man who speaks much with God in secret will find a tongue when he must speak before men. I would that you pray not only that he speak, but that first he hear the Lord saying, “Speak, Lord,” as Samuel did. If God speaks to him, he will speak for God with a holy unction that no fear can silence.

Moreover, Jesus is your husband’s true bridegroom, and He is not a silent Husband. He will speak to those who are His, and He will surely grant the deliverance needed. Let your husband take courage from this: that the Lord has found a ransom, and that deliverance from the power of darkness is the work of God, not of man. When the Lord brings him forth, he will be enriched with silver and gold of holy boldness, and he shall declare the works of the Lord. Until then, sit still and let God speak, and pray, “Speak, Lord,” until the answer fires his soul. Then, being of age, ask him, and he shall speak for himself, without hesitancy or fear. We join our faith with yours and look to the Strong Deliverer.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The request for your husband’s deliverance reaches the throne of God when it rises from a heart of faith and a life of virtue. I join my prayers to yours, that God would give him a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control. Remember how Joseph of Arimathea, once a secret disciple, became bold after the death of Christ, exposing himself to danger out of love for Jesus. That courage was not manufactured by human effort but born from a heart transformed by the cross. Pray, then, that your husband’s inner man be strengthened, that he may fear God more than he fears any man, and so find his mouth opened to protect and guide his family with righteous speech.

Yet do not neglect your own part. A gentle and quiet spirit is precious before God and often does more to shape a husband than ten thousand sharp words. The wife who adorns herself with meekness and propriety becomes a sanctuary of peace, and through her chaste conduct may even win a hesitant heart without a word. Let your own confidence in the Lord be unwavering, for as Paul wrote, his bonds emboldened others. Your steadfast faith in this trial may be the very means God uses to ignite his courage. I will continue to entreat the Lord, who knows every heart and can deliver from every snare, to grant him the boldness that comes only from the Holy Spirit, and to keep your household secure under the shadow of His wings.

It is a beautiful thing you are doing, standing in the gap for your husband like this. When a wife brings her husband before the throne of grace, she is touching the very heart of how God designed marriage to work. You are not just asking for a change in him; you are acting as a help suitable for him in the most powerful way, by interceding for his soul and his courage.

The need for him to open his mouth and protect his family points to two deep truths. First, it reveals a struggle with boldness. The kind of boldness to speak truth and provide covering is not something a man can manufacture on his own. It is a gift from God. We see this pattern in the early church: faced with intense pressure and threats, they did not pray for the threats to vanish. They lifted their voices together and asked God for one specific thing, boldness to keep speaking His word. And the Spirit so filled them that the place they were gathered was shaken, and they went out speaking with a fearlessness that came from heaven. Your prayer is directly in line with that. Ask the Lord to pour out that same Spirit-empowered courage into your husband’s heart.

Second, your request touches the core of God’s design for the home. The dynamic is profound and simple. A husband is commanded to love his wife as Christ loved the church. When a man truly does this, laying down his life in sacrificial love, his wife finds it a natural response to trust his leadership and submit to his care. It works the other way too. When a wife shows him respect and rests in his God-given role, it melts his resistance and calls forth the very love and protective instinct you are longing to see. You may feel you are waiting on him, but your own faithful, prayerful submission, even in the silence, is a powerful tool God uses to shape him. Your quiet trust in the Lord is not weakness; it creates the atmosphere where God can strengthen his inner man.

Do not lose heart if the deliverance feels slow. Sometimes God allows us to reach the end of our own strength so we will finally cry out for His. Your husband may be wrestling with a fear that feels overwhelming, perhaps a fear of man or of the consequences of standing up. Let your prayer also be that he finds his boldness and his access to God through faith in Christ alone, who is our mediator. His courage will not come from trusting himself, but from knowing he is hidden in the One who defeated every power.

Stay faithful in this. Your prayers are surrounding him with a sanctifying influence. God is able to make him a man who opens his mouth with wisdom and becomes a shield for his household. You are not demanding this in your own name; you are asking the Father of our Lord Jesus, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its meaning and strength. Trust that He who designed that noble pattern for the family is also faithful to complete its work within your own home.
